I very much enjoyed my experience at Refined. It was truly an amazing feeling to walk in to a bridal shop and know that I could try on every single dress in the store. Christina was incredibly helpful and patient, a true joy to work with. It was so amazing to hear her heart behind why she opened Refined; I felt so connected to her while talking about body positivity. I wish that every plus sized bride could experience the feeling of having so many options for finding their perfect wedding gown. I highly recommend Christina’s bridal shop for all full-figured brides! 10/5 stars, for sure!!!

WOW! My experience was nothing short of perfect! Everything from asking me my style to saying yes to my perfect yes, Christina was so supportive, and patient! It was like having a best friend helping you find your dress! I could not recommend them enough!!!

I had the absolute best experience today!! I come in feeling down and out because I had been to several places before them and was just discouraged and I walked in and the atmosphere and just everything about this place was amazing!! I am so happy to say I said yes to my dress today😍👰🏼‍♀️

I had a really great shopping experience with Refined...even in the height of COVID (I originally went to the shop in November 2020). I honestly was dreading shopping for a dress as a plus size bride. Christina and her assistant were great and I feel like I got the full bridal experience that I could not get anywhere else. That was confirmed when I went to another shop in Birmingham the same day! However, there were some communication issues in the ordering process. I expected the dress to arrive around February/March for a fitting before my May wedding. After several calls to the shop I found out it wouldnt arrive until early/mid April. It was a frustrating experience, but in the end Christina made it right and helped me find a solution. The dress was beautiful and I felt amazing in it...overall, I recommend Refined to any plus size bride in Alabama and beyond.

Christiana and her assistant are amazing. They are knowledgeable and very helpful with finding a dress that matches a brides body type. I cant begin to express how the experience for my daughter was so pleasant.

We had such a wonderful experience here. I joined the appointment as a bridesmaid, and it was absolutely perfect. We all felt comfortable and welcome, and the staff were exceptional. I would recommend this place over and over to all plus sized brides.

I was so nervous about trying on dresses, but the girls at Refined made me feel comfortable from the minute I walked in the door. They were patient and encouraging and helped me feel so good about the dresses and the process. I never thought I would be able to have a good experience shopping for a wedding dress, and this wasnt just good, it was amazing. Jazelyn, thank you so much for my amazing appointment. You and Christina made the day so incredible. I had been nervous about wedding dress shopping for months because I was scared that none of the sample sizes would fit or that the ones that did wouldn’t be in the style I was looking for. Clothes shopping is already very stressful so you can imagine how WEDDING DRESS shopping felt. You all made me so comfortable and relaxed, and really helped me feel beautiful. I can’t thank you enough and I’m so glad there’s such a place with a caring team that’s catered toward women like me.
