Wonderful experience wedding dress shopping! My consultant, Molly, understood my vision, gave me several great options, and was very helpful with logistics of what could be altered/customized and how that would affect delivery time frame. Dress arrived in a timely manner and was perfectly steamed for pick-up. They also have a fantastic selection of jewelry.

I found my dress on my second visit and it was a dress I never would’ve pulled for myself to try on and Brook suggested that I try it on just to see if I like it and it was my favorite! I made a few changes to the sleeves on my dress and they were so efficient with my alterations appointments and very easily accessible. I also found my veil and earrings at Ivory and White! I went to several bridal boutiques before Ivory & White. Once I had my first appointment with Lauriston at Ivory & White, I was blown away with how easy and fun the experience was. I visited several salons in Atlanta and Birmingham. Ivory and White was the only one that came close to having the style of dress I was looking for. They have a wide, seemingly carefully curated selection of dresses that range from simple and classic to a little outside of the box. Along with great selection they also provide exceptional customer service. Their salon is gorgeous and really provides a great backdrop for the multiple visits you make once you become a client. They treat you with respect and really make the experience and EXPERIENCE. This is, after all, your wedding dress. You never feel rushed or pushed aside. They truly care about their brides. Every time Ive visited Ive felt lucky that this is the salon that I chose. And as a very picky person who is rarely satisfied, that is saying a lot haha. Its been a great experience! Id add pics of my dress but my wedding is at the end of this month and I dont want to risk anyone seeing my dress before the big day!

A friend recommended Ivory & White to me after getting her dress from there and having a great experience, and I would highly recommend it to all brides! I went multiple times to try on a dress I fell in love with and Lauriston always remembered me, followed up, and was so patient and reassuring throughout the whole process. While in my mind, I felt like I was going crazy trying on the same dress over and over, Lauriston always wanted me to feel comfortable and know that she was there to help. I didnt end up getting a dress from there, and even then, Lauriston was so kind and understanding and I truly felt cared about as a bride. If I could give this boutique a 0 I would. I bought a sample dress from them and everything went great during the appointment. We walked out that day with my dress. It has sat in a closet for over a month now and one day I decided to try it on to see how many alterations would be needed. Come to find out the zipper is broken and there are multiple pieces of fabric stuck inside it. Looking back, the employee used a clip right at that exact spot during the trying on. When we went in to try and get a refund or even for them to just fix it they were extremely rude, said they told us it was broken (they did not, because why would I have bought a broken dress??!!!), said thats what happens with samples and then proceeded to tell my mom that we must have broken it. I will now have to spend god knows how much money to get the damn dress fixed and its now tainted for my wedding day. Great way to ruin my day.

I am so grateful for Molly and Catherine. (Catherine is the seamstress Molly recommended, and she works out of the Ivory & White shop... Super convenient!) They have both been helpful, humble, enjoyable and patient during each of my visits. I came in already having purchased a beautiful dress for a steal of $127, but I wanted to at least try on dresses at a boutique (first dress was an online purchase) to make sure I had the one I wanted. (Plus, I wanted the experience with my mom and sisters there.) Molly knew this on the front end and continued to give me seemingly limitless time to try on as many dresses as I wanted. We all enjoyed her pleasant demeanor and felt like wed become friends as we had developed some inside jokes before we left that first day. She was incredibly gracious in response to my Im preeeeeetty sure I want that one, but I just cant decide on the spot. This resulted in her eventually making a special trip back to the store after they had closed just to let me come and try the dress on one more time that day. I so appreciate her genuine desire to be helpful and to provide personalized, quality customer service. Im from out of town, and she is what sold me on buying my dress so far from home. I know I can trust her level of service and consideration for this season of wedding planning.Now to Catherine, she too became a friend before my first fitting was complete. She and Molly both were quite patient with my desire to try multiple colors of white, cream, ivory, etc sashes, and since my mom was trying to help me save money by finding ribbon to make the sash ourselves, Catherine suggested we check out Oodles of Ribbon/Oodles of Gifts (as well as a delicious lunch place nearby) where we found the perfect ribbon for only $10 as opposed to a possible $200. I deeply appreciate these women and their care for me as an individual bride. They truly get how to serve their customers well, they are available and flexible, very approachable and easy to be around, and while I could go on, Ill simply say please book your appointment today... Even if you think youve already found your dress. ;)
