First off let me say i had an absolutely LOVELY experience at Roma Sposa! I visited the boutique a short while ago to try on an array of evening gowns, and the service Giulia provided was absolutely incredible! Giulia selected a wide variety of gowns in both length and style, each of which complemented my body and personal style wonderfully. The gowns themselves were absolutely beautiful - the detail work on each dress was breathtaking and each dress is clearly well cared for. I’m also grateful that Giulia’s assistance created a warming and exciting atmosphere that made searching for the perfect gown easy, exciting, and fun! The service and selection were nothing short of perfection, and I will absolutely be returning and recommending Roma Sposa to anyone in need of the perfect gown!

Roma Sposa was exceptional service ! From the minute we had the first call to the last fitting. The entire staff and seamstress made us feel like family. The gowns are one of a kind and Unique. Anna is the best in the business and helped us with the gown , veil and crown. My favorite part of being the Mother of the bride was the fittings in the beautiful showroom that I could take photos. Roma Sposa i would give a 50 star rating !!!! My daughter Adriana was so joyful and timeless her gown ! We were so blessed to have the designer in town for a fitting.

My experience here was amazing! So happy I chose this boutique for my big day! The staff is so friendly and cooperative! All the ladies here are so welcoming and sweet! I dealt with Gulia, she was amazing to work with and always looking in my best interest! I would 10/10 recommend this place to my friends and family!

Loved the place!The bridal stylist Lilly was so helpful and truly listened to my requirements. She showed me the exact dress that I always imagined myself walking down the aisle and it was really beautiful. They have an amazing collection and even if they dont have the exact size they will try to get it ordered as early as possible. I would highly recommend this place!!

Finding my perfect wedding dress was a dream come true at Roma Sposa. My dress was stunning and timeless, it was everything I was looking for. Luma was an amazing consultant and truly made sure every detail was exactly how I envisioned it to be and more. Anna also made my moms mother of the bride dress come true! Definitely visit the evening store down the street, beautiful dresses as well! Ruth was always so helpful and kind. Julia was amazing as well with myself and my bridesmaids. Alterations were everything! They worked magic for my bridesmaids. There were two dresses that needed extra attention and at the end, they were both in love with their dresses and felt so comfortable, it made me so happy. Early on, I felt a sense of comfort with everyone there and by the end, they felt like family. I could not have imagined going anywhere else for my wedding dress and bridesmaids dresses. I recommend Roma Sposa to every bride. Thank you always!

Where do I start... this place has been a nightmare for me. I came in October 2020 to try on galia lahav dresses. I was excited and picked out the one I truly loved. Everything for the try on process went pretty flawlessly. We chose a date in June as our tentative wedding date (tentative bc of covid) and Roma Sposa said no problem. They would have the dress in by May. Fast forward to now June 2021. Roma Sposa never followed up with me to tell me dress came in. Despite calling several times to get an update, Lily and Julia always told me they couldn’t look it up at the moment but they would call me later with an update. This happened five times with no call back. Today was the last straw. My mother has gone up there multiple times now to get some kind of update and they were still unable to tell me ANY update on my dress. The service is deplorable considering how much we’re spending. I can honestly say I do not recommend this place and all I’m trying to do at this point is get my money back because I had to get a dress from another place because of the debacle I experienced here. Zero communication through the whole process. Sad to say, but seriously, beware of this place.

From the excuiste service to the amazing collections they have, you cannot find anywhere better than this place! The owner Ana is one of the most genuine people you will ever meet and will assist you in any way she can! I got married during the pandemic and was worried I was not gonna get my dress in time, but the staff assured me I would not have any issue and they were right it came just on time and fit like a glove! I would recommend anyone to come to Roma sposa before anywhere else!

To any bride out there who is planning on going out of state (say Chicago or New York), please, please do yourself a favor and read this review and save yourself from the nightmare I’ve had. My first ever bridal appointment was with Roma Sposa and I was excited and nervous. I had no idea what to expect, no thoughts of what dress I wanted and overall just uneducated on wedding lingo. The thing about Roma Sposa is that you will never receive false positive-- the associate I was paired with was a short Italian women who knew everything there was to know about bridal gowns. The dress I initially choose off the rack was expensive but something I thought would look nice, the associate was completely honest with me and gave real advice and recommendations rather then trying to make a sale. I felt like I could finally relax and I realize Roma Sposa generally cared about what looked good and what did not. The bridal shop could have pushed the most expensive gown on me but instead they paired me with a designer that loved and I honestly had a hard time taking the dress off, I was absolutely in love.As someone who never had any ideas of what they wanted for a wedding or gown, Roma Sposa made me feel special and comfortable just like any bride should! Not only this, but I continued to return to the shop for accessories and advice, I am always greeted by the manager or owner herself. They are humble and kind and will make any bride feel so special not to mention this is one of the most classy, honest establishments I have ever experienced. If you plan on going to Chicago or New York for a “discounted” gown, keep in mind you are just another number in their books; I was treated terribly when I did travel to other states during my dress shopping experience ( I traveled because I was to shop around more and not choose the first dress I found-- MAJOR REGRET) Roma Sposa is an honest business and the owner and associates genuinely care about their clients. They went above and beyond with me and will do so for any bride!!!!

I had a fabulous experience at Roma Sposa. From the moment I walked in the door I was welcomed into a warm atmosphere. I never knew finding a dress would be so easy! Surrounded by such beautiful gowns the service was equally as exceptional. Myriam was experienced and equally as accommodating. She picked out dresses I had no idea would love to see on my body. She made me look and feel beautiful. This was the second bridal shop that I had been to and Myriam made it my last. Such sweet people that made this experience one of the best ever. It was more than worth it and I could not be happier.

If it weren’t for Roma Sposa I would have never found my dream dress! Luma was the most amazing consultant and made sure everything was perfect throughout my whole process. My dress came in too long on the bottom and the sleeves and the seamstress did a phenomenal job with every single detail. She made the impossible, possible. I seriously can’t imagine if I would have gone anywhere else. By my last appointment I considered everyone there like family because it was so comforting how much they wanted me to be happy with my dress.

I was overwhelmed with how wonderful of an experience my sister and I had at Roma Sposa. The gowns are stunning and they truly capture the one of a kind experience you have there, and on your wedding day. The consultants know just the types of dresses to make you feel absolutely beautiful. My sister found her dress with the help of Lisa, she was so sweet and easy to work with. My mother even found her MOB dress there as well. All in all a beautiful experience here and would recommend to any.

I feel bad writing this but my dress was the ONLY negative aspect of my wedding planning. I am from Toledo (2 hours from the store) and looked all around our area for a dress and didnt find anything I LOVED so I went to Roma Sposa. My first few visits there were AMAZING! I loved working with Luma and the rest of the staff was extremely friendly but after spending $10,000 between dress and jewelry I almost felt like they didnt care anymore after the sale was made. I had to go there several times for alterations and EVERY TIME I waited from 30 minutes to an hour. The seamstress was always rushed and I go to pick up my dress and was told I didnt need to try it on again and that the bustle was self explanatory. THANK GOD one of the workers there wanted me to try it on because the alternations were terrible and bustle was not done correctly. The receptionist was extremely rude and was acting like it was OUR fault we needed to schedule another fitting and that they were all busy and not able to get me in when it was THEIR issue with alterations. I literally wanted to cry but remained calm while in the store. I ended up leaving the dress again and having to come back a week before my wedding to try it on again it was still not perfect but at that point I was over it and decided it is what it is. They did end up crediting my alterations but I still wanted to share this feedback. I later called back in because I was interested in possibly shortening my dress to wear at our anniversary but NO ONE ever even called me back. So sad that this is the kind of service given on such a special occasion but they dont care because they know they are a one time shop for most people. My dress was stunning and it is not that at all it was all the customer service. If that associate wouldnt have had me try the dress on again I would have put it on on my wedding day and wouldnt have been able to bustle or even WALK!

I am so happy I found my dress at Roma Sposa! Every single bridal consultant there, seamstress, receptionists and the owner, Anna, were always very sweet, extremely helpful and accommodating... I couldnt have asked for a more personalized, memorable experience. My mom and sister found their dresses at their evening store as well and can say the same... so as you can imagine we spent a lot of time there between our three dresses, wedding day and even bridal shower accessories.Roma Sposa was the first store we went to out of all the boutiques and Yes the dress was love at first sight but the staff and one-on-one feel/no pressure of Roma Sposa was easy to love as well.From ordering the dress, alterations to accessories...they were very helpful, patient, paid attention to detail and had much understanding as if it were their own wedding...We soon felt like family.Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making the dress of my dreams an experience well forever cherish and that much more special.

I had an amazing experience at Roma Sposa! I went in for a first visit with Lisa (who was very nice and caring) and tried on multiple beautiful gowns. I went in for a second visit during a trunk show and said yes to a dress I fell in love with during my first visit, a simple yet unique gorgeous gown. Anna and Lisa were both extremely helpful and knowledge. I would definitely reccomend to anyone looking for a good experience and beautiful gown.

I went to six different salons on my wedding dress hunt and none of them could compare to Roma Sposa. My consultant Lindsey is seriously the sweetest person you will ever meet.I went to Roma to try on dresses for the first time before I visited other salons. She was so patient with me as we went through different styles of dresses. I tried on one that I absolutely loved, but because I hadnt been to other places, Lindsey encouraged me to go out and try on more before I made a decision. I tried on dozens and dozens of other dresses, but the one at Roma was still on my mind. Lindsey fit me in last minute to try on the dress again. There was no question: this was it!The staff there is so completely accommodating. No matter where you are in your wedding dress hunt, I would encourage you to visit them! I would definitely recommend Roma to anyone.Weee!

The owner worked very well with me as I had some minor issues getting my dress wedding perfect. I was having some trouble with the fit of my dress, and the owner was very kind and patient with me and also really worked with me to make my dress perfect on the big day! She was definitely the most helpful person I worked with at the salon, the service wasnt always top notch but I would say it was with the owner. Overall it was a good experience and they really do have beautiful dresses and gowns.

Thought it would be a good idea to get my Zuhair Murad dress I bought in New York altered here since its the only place in Michigan that carries the designer. TERRIBLE IDEA. At one point the seamstress told me after the dress was altered that it would be an additional couple hundred dollars above what I was already charged. The sales associate stepped in because she saw I was nearly in tears (I knew there wasnt anything I could do and felt like they were taking advantage of me). The alteration lady then replied well we need to make up for the fact she bought the dress somewhere else. I would understand this if I wasnt already paying a premium for the alterations! In addition I paid over a thousand dollars for a custom made skirt that ended up being a single piece of tulle that looked like it took an hour to make... fortunately that same sales association pushed the alteration lady to add more!If you arent willing to alter another stores dress then dont take it to begin with!! Had to make do with what I had since it was so close to the wedding. Now when anyone asks me what I would change about my wedding I always say my dress.

I could not be happier with my experience at Roma Sposa. It was the second shop my mom and I visited to find my wedding dress, and it didnt take me long to find the one at this beautiful place. They carry high-end dresses and provide high-end service. My Monique Lhullier dress was an absolute hit at my wedding, and I felt like a princess, both during the shopping and alterations experience as well as on my big day. I had recently purchased my wedding gown from Roma sposa. Making an appointment here was extremely inviting and easy to schedule. When I arrived, they allow you to browse their selection without a store associate breathing down your shoulder. I love how the gowns they carry here are so different than everywhere else. Everything is top notch designer, so I felt the pricing was very fair especially because of the styles and quality of these gowns. I was helped by Luma and the store owner, Anna. I wouldn’t expect anything less than expertise and honesty at this bridal shop. I look forward to working with them throughout all my bridal gown and accessory needs!

Super rude and mean, stuck up. Their dresses are all ripped up and dirty so when you try them on you cant even get a good look of how the dress is. Theyre super expensive for no reason. They have regular dresses that any other store has for half the price. I almost left twice because of the attitude they had. I tried being nice and laughing with them but they were just plain horrible. Supposed to be an exciting experience but I felt super disrespected.

Lena made my search for the perfect dress so easy and stress-free! She was patient, kind and most of all so fun!

Went there this past weekend. My bridal consultant was VERY rude. She kept correcting me and was not friendly at all! Do not waste your time by going here. Not a big selection and everything was super expensive...I even have a budget of $5,000 and there was not much there for me to chose from. Terrible experience.
