Just want to give a shout out to Matthew (Senior Sale) has a amazing personality and sold us from the start. Was very polite and awesome help. Always keep it straight forward with us. Made sure we were happy to the t and never got rude with us. Went out his way to make sure we got our phones today and made sure everything was up. I couldnt be more please! And we are loving the phones and service. Went from 400 dollar phone bill to 150 and if it was not for Matthew we would be still paying 400. He is the best I recommend him as your sale rep. Thank you so much.
T mobile & sprint have merged & the staff was very helpful in trying to resolve all customer issues for both type of customers. Very friendly & knowledgeable.
We have been with Sprint for over 10 years and we loved the Biloxi store, staff has always been great. Until today! The worst customer service experience my entire life! Ruined my whole night. And the supposed Manager ON Duty was not helpful either when I talked to him on the phone. My husband and I came in to the store at 4:10pm for his 4:30 appointment. We finally get attended to by a girl named Chantal. Every question we had she had to ask someone and her tablet apparently was not working.We came in with a phone that we ordered online for upgrade. And Chantal startd the data transfer from my husbands old phone to the new one. She had asked about updating our sprints sim cards to T-Mobile since we had mentioned that our signal at home has been terrible since T Mobile acquired sprint. So we agreed to it she was still doing the data transfer and its been almost an hour. Finally she gets help from what seems.to be a more senior person since the phone was not working. They checked Sim cards and everything restrted the phones so many times and both phones were not working still! We were waiting and waiting and 40mins later the more senior lady said you have to call customer service. Whatvthe hell just happened??? After almost 2 hours??? We came in with one working phone and left with 2 dysfunctional phones. And no explanation at all but because we ordered it online we have to call customer service. While that may be true why did they have us wait almost 2 hours for nothing. Why was this not mentioned in the beginning so we didnt have to waste our time??!! I called the store afterwards to.talk to a manager his excuse was the staff was in training. Really? So the customer will have to adjust and suffer because nobody in there knows what the heck.theyre doing??? PISS POOR SERVICE!!! We were supposed to purchase a phone case we ended up taking it off the phone and walking out. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! That store is going downhill!
They fixed my screen and replaced the battery, it didnt take long and I highly recommend them. Ive been with them since 2005
The Biloxi store working are awesome but Sprint is horrible and I wouldnt recommend them to my worst enemy

They were very attentive. They answered all of our questions as well as helping my husband with his iPhone. As I waited I was shown several devices. It was an interesting time there.
I have been with Sprint for over 30 years I believe Ive never been with any other carrier and Ive been very happy with all the services Ive ever received. I went there especially to find out about getting the phone cleaned and reset to factory settings. The woman that helped me was very helpful and help me do this and I appreciated it so much.

Some employees were nice, friendly and polite others not so much was told could get a certain product with out hundreds of dollars down called customer service they told me to go to another store which I did and got my products no problem. Also Needed a phone screen fixed it was easy and done well.
This company. I wish I could give it 0 stars if I could.. itβs absolutely horrible! Coming from cspire trying to find a new company and decided to try out sprint. Worst mistake of my life. βCustomer serviceβ on the phone and going in store is worthless, they donβt help and they donβt know what theyβre doing. I received a previously owned iPhone form this company that didnβt work right and no SIM card in my shipment. I have never had such a bad experience with a company in my life. Thereβs no point in calling or even going into the store because neither of them can help you they act like they donβt care. I canceled my contract the same day I signed it, I was done with them the first day I got the phone, called AT&T since I already have other services with them and got approved for the newest iPhone without paying a dime. Beware of this company go somewhere else!
The store gave me the same song and dance when tyying to explain my cell phone charges. My bill changes almost every month and I have unlimited everything. Was a loyal customer for a long time but definitely changing companies when my lease is up in four months. They change policies and prices every month ....sad the company has gone down hill.....glad they have competition to go too though.
Was a prompt experience! Brought my phone in to get repaired, broke glass. The tech was polite, really cool and was done within an hour. Was great .Thank you!

I did business with Sprint for over 10 years in several different States by 4 Brian on at the Sprint store on nevarre in Toledo Ohio is an amazing individual very customer service oriented very knowledgeable very polite and friendly if Sprint as a company had more employees light Brian on might have stayed with them however due to several issues over the course of 3 months myself and my family left Sprint and went with AT&T Josh at the AT&T store at the Franklin Park mall is an amazing individual very knowledgeable very friendly if you need a phone go see Josh he is awesome
Trying to purchase a battery for IPhone and while talking to sales person when another sales person turned the music up so loud that we couldnt hear what he was saying. The employees were having a great time jamming to the music. We walked out because no one bothered to tell them to turn it down. Another lady walked out saying because she had been waiting for the manager since 10AM. The employees all need to be fired.
The service was great! They were very helpful and repaired my phone within an hour. I will return to the store when I get ready to upgrade.

Inept company, inept employees. My husband and I were with this company for almost two years. We had to contact customer service more than 8 times concerning one problem or another. Each Avenue of business, web, in store and call center acted like 3 totally difference companies. Not once did we have a contact with them where we were told the complete information we needed. They were honest about each department though, they said dont go through them they have no clue. We just could not take it anymore and canceled our contract and paid them out. Best decision to date.

Scypion!!! Thats all you need to know! He is the manager here, and for good reason! He has dealt with everything Ive thrown at him and still had a smile on his face. (And thats impressive, because Ive had to have the power button on my phone explained to me) Ive probably driven him crazy a couple times and hes still delivering the best customer service he can give! I promise you cant get any better customer service anywhere else than right here with Scypion!!

Horrible experience !!!. Went to get my business account set up after being preapproved already with business customer services and several representatives where lost on the process to help me then there store manger Dustin Rickeburg refuse to assist me with my account and was rude and He and another female manger left store together laughing and making rude remarks while I was left unassisted in the store for almost 20 mins . Spoke with customer service to make a compliant while I was in the store ! Itβs ashamed you treat well qualified customer like this !!
Ive received good service every time Ive visited. They diagnosed my problem today within seconds and i was on my shortly afterwards.

Worst sprint location Iβve ever been too.Brought my broken but insured phone here to be sent in for repairs and after three hours of frustration and nearly two weeks of waiting, the manufacture returned my phone and was unable to repair it due to βunauthorized modificationsβ. When I brought it up to the other rep he said βWell, Wes is authorized. So his modifications are authorized.β Which basically tells me that for whatever unprofessional reason Wes made modifications to my phone and didnβt document them so when my phone was sent to the manufacturer they refused to repair it.So, basically if you are already frustraighted because youβve broken your hundreds of dollars worth of mobile equipment, donβt go to this store expecting empathy or help, expect this store to get disgruntled that youβre upset and purposely arrange it so that itβs imposible for you to get help.I will be taking this issue to corporate but Iβm sure nothing will come of it so at the least I can hope that my review will help at least one other person with a broken device to SEEK HELP ELSEWHERE. Here you will only be met with indifference, lack of knowledge and an even more damaged device than you went in with.

I called on july 6 at 4:30pm a lady that works there named ( ELIZABETH ) i explained her my prblm she put me on hold for over 25 min.. i had to call again then a guy put me on hold 5 min later the repair guy answered he was helpful but ELIZABETH had ( 0 ) ZERO NONE, interest in helping me at all...πππππ

This store cares nothing about the customers. Treated like a football being passed around to different associates having to tell your story about 3x and then hearing them speak ill about other customers, I know they talked about me when I left. I will never return. Had me wanting to switch carriers π€¬π€¬
I have been here multiple times and almost always leave disappointed. The people that work there are not interested in helping customers. I went in just recently looking to buy a smartwatch. It was like pulling teeth trying to get someone to help me pick out the right 1. When I walked in and said I was interested in getting a smartwatch, I thought I would have somebody knowledgeable that was ready to help me pick the one that was right for me. Instead I had to keep asking questions and each time pretty much got a one-word answer. All the guy wanted to do was talk about how bad he wanted a pizza burger.

I used to go to the Gulfport store by Wal-Mart just to get the awesome customer service by Scypion. I found out he is the Assistant Manager at the Biloxi store now and that is where I go. The staff is very friendly and courteous. Scypion has amazing customer service and his knowledge about all of the products is unmatched. Go see this store for a fantastic experience!
