Jeremy was so helpful and efficient! I traded in my old phone for a new one and he helped me make sure all my content was backed up and able to be restored on my new phone before we wiped the old one clean. He gave very practical recommendations when I was choosing accessories and explained the costs and future billing changes so I knew exactly what to expect. I highly recommend this store and will certainly tell my friends and family to go see Jeremy!

Diamond was excellent!!! She had the patience that I did not have, I am coming from Sprint now with T-Mobile 😑. We had to call them to unlock my phones and they had us on hold for like 4 hours unbelievable. But diamond was wonderful with all the patience in the world she worked with me with a smile on her face even though I bet she wanted to go off on Sprint. 😂 I recommend this location and also go find Diamond.

I can be indecisive at times. Diamond was pleasantly patient with me. She took time to explain everything to me, including changes to my bill and possible mishaps so I don’t panic later. I hope she’s there next time I go back or someone as nice and pleasant as she is.

DIAMOND IS THE BEST. She was the only rep working at the time and took care of 4 customers at one time. I went to 3 different AT&T stores each with 2-4 people working and ignoring everyone except one customer at a time. She included us all and was so fast and friendly and informed. This lovely woman needs a raise! I went with Verizon and quit AT&T because of her! Best service and experience I have ever had buying a phone! Gave it 2 stars because of Brysan. She was friendly and helpful. When I returned the next day (6/18/20) to try to upgrade my otter box, the employee on duty was impatient and not helpful. She acted as if I was bothering her. She did not give me her full attention. It honestly made me wish I had never set foot in this place.

My saleswoman who helped me, Aimee, was extremely helpful, kind and patient when dealing with me and my hearing impairment. She helped set my phone up with a new screen protector and case as well as switching everything over to my new phone in regards to the apps and photos I had in my old phone
