My ps4 just stopped working i have a Warranty on it so i Brought it into them to get a new no and the girl take it out the box and look at it a Shake it and said i seen a bug pop in and out like really. So right after i take it to play and talk in the mall the guy opens it and there is nothing in it like wow of Course not. My thing is if you do not want to do your job get a new one. I will never Buy from Gamestop again a waste of money on the warranty.

He didnt tell me that there was going to be charge for having a rewards car with them. But he did manage to save me $5

So, when are they going to close this place down? I hear they are about to implement phase 3 and close half there stores. Cant wait for something better to come along that decent and fair on there games. Theses places use to be nice(a long time ago)but now they try to screw over there employees, customers and everything else. GameStop use to be a great place to go, but now it Funko Pop this and mini figure that. This is a video game store not a Spencers gifts.

My grandson loves this location. We visit this store frequently and the manager and staff recognize us immediate. Not in stock- just ask. They go out of their way to get whatever you are looking for!

The service was awesome. They did not have the game we wanted in stock but they took the time to check their shipment they had just received to see if that had it. When they could not find it there they searched all the local stores till they found one with it in stock. Will go back again for sure.

The staff now is the nicest and most accommodating its been in four years! I can finally stop going to other locations! Great job ladies!

Very nice and helpful. Went there for an old PS3 controller. Got a corded one. Guy was honest about the one short coming the controller had. Would come back.

They have a good selections of games. Also they have good deals and info about the games you are about to purchase

Personable staff who really know games and are eager to help you with your questions. A large collection of games and collectibles that can keep your attention for a while. Parking is sometimes an issue but it isnt their fault. They share their space with Starbucks. All in all, I enjoy the store and am proud to call it my local Game Stop.

Customer service is pretty much on point, I mean, they are gamestop employees so what do you expect, however the prices for used games are ridiculous compared to the price of a new game, they are almost the same. Not to mention you can get most games for cheaper elsewhere like best buy.

Not terrible but not the best they seem to keep firing people so the new people never know anything stood in line for an hour while a associate looked for my reserved game that i tried several times to point out to him

There are never enough staff working. Ten days before Christmas and one cashier on a Friday night at six pm. The employee was more concerned with answering the phone than attending to the 10 people standing in line. Computer “crashed” and can’t attend to customers. Last Christmas, they lost my layaway items and couldn’t provide the product I bought, two weeks before the holiday.

Sarah was pretty helpful. The manager seemed a little standoffish but he was probably just busy
