This place is always clean and very organized. The manager is always willing to help and make a deal with the costumers. One of the best stores to go to get a phone. I highly recommend getting a new phone here and being a comeback costumer. Theyll take care of you here

The gentleman that helped me with my issues, was great. He knew what he was talking about, he was able to resolve my issues and he was able to balance between customers. The store was clean and located in a convenient area. This is my favorite store and the only one I will be going to from here on out.

They have just upgraded the store and features and it looks GREEEEAAAT. Also the guy that works there is always ready to help you with any phone you may want or anything else related to it. I recommend this store to EVERYONE 😃.

I’m just responding to the review below me by that person named Ariel. If you’re gonna write a review at least tell the truth about what actually happened. I’ve been going to Lauri a long time now and asked about the situation you’re speaking on. The truth is you and your inflated sense of entitlement parked in a spot that was CLEARLY marked Metro By T-Mobile parking only and felt that for some reason YOU didn’t have to adhere to what the sign stated. You are the one that got belligerent and cussing and threatening. Anytime I’ve ever dealt with Lauri I’ve always had the best service and she’s always treated me with respect and kindness so for you to slander her name because YOU didn’t think rules applied to you is appalling to say the least. Next time tell the whole story and not the one made up in your head. Thank you and good day.- A Very Proud Metro Customer

Let me begin by saying Im not a metro customer. I was a client at the salon next door, the employee working here (laurie) thought I was parking on their side of the lot, she proceeded to run outside cursing and threatening me because of where my vehicle was parked. Completely unacceptable. She needs a lesson on customer service and manners.

I was calling in to a Conference call started at 6:59 to get a agent still did but get and agent and was not able to get in the call the system says I needed select service to get the call to Work was not able to get a human in the phone at all and Missed a Conference call where I was the minute taker ...Im Very Upset Not being able to get and Agent or wait for and agent ....Your system needed to have other or Agent ...We gave truly stop Human Touch .....VERY UNHAPPY AND UPSET CUSTOMER.....AND YES WORKED IN CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR OVER 20 YEARS !!!!??

I do not advise going here,if I could have put negative stars I would have. I went here to add a line to my service,and I was charged a service fee that is not charged if you add a line through a store that is not a franchise,only this was not explained to me until after the fact. I was told by customer service and another store in the area that I was charged too much and I needed to go back and speak to the manager. The manager was not helpful at all and said basically that since they are a franchise they can do whatever they want and there is nothing I can do about the fact that I was charged for something that was not explained to me and that I wouldnt have been charged for right down the street! Dont go here unless you want to pay at least $30 more than you would somewhere else!!
