Pricing very confusing; even though I went in to ask about my charges, a very vague explanation. For one thing, I am sure my total would have been less if I hadnt gone for the completely free reading glasses. My 40% off coupon was not really 40% but there again, no clear answer. And apparently only one person there is able to fend off those questions. A 40 minute wait for only more frustration. I feel that there is some sleight of hand going on there. And as the saleslady (very personable, by the way) was going over options, she skimmed along and gave no clear explanations of options or charges.

Dr. Brown saved my life!!! When I saw her she told me to go to the ER right away due to pressure on my optic nerve. I had seen another optometrist and neurologist who both missed it and couldn’t find out what was wrong, but Dr. Brown spotted it right away.I am so thankful! She is incredible! I can’t say enough good things! You won’t ever find a doctor that is as kind and caring as Dr. Brown. She is compassionate and truly one of the best doctors I’ve ever seen!!!

For the last three years I have purchased four to six pairs of single vision glasses for computer work and for reading music, from Eyemart in Billings, MT. This year, through no fault of the skilled technicians at Eyemart, there was a glitch in the lenses. After consulting with my eye doctor and getting the correct formula, I returned to Eyemart where they replaced all of the lenses of my four-part order, COMPLETELY WITHOUT ADDITIONAL CHARGE! I will return when it is time for new glasses! You cant beat the service nor the price!

Where to start? We went in and the gal that helped us was really nice but could tell she was in a hurry to go home. With that being said I didn’t hear anything about my glasses being In I called them and the person who answered the phone immediately said well did you get a text or call? I said no? So instead of looking for my order she said I would receive a text or call. Again after a week I called and they said they have been here since the 23rd. Really? Again no text or call! I was angry they had been sitting there for almost a month!!! So when I went In to get them low and behold they were wrong!!! Put the progressive lens in the wrong spot!! They had to have them redone again not happy. So I get a cal two weeks later saying that the lab sent them to the wrong location and I will get them soon!? I told them to forget it and refund me!!! Horrible service ! Will never go back!! And will let others know not to go there either!!

Just FYI these guys do not accept medicaid!

Hands down, this was the best trip to the eye doctor that Ive ever experienced. The entire staff was the epitome of knowledgeable, courteous and efficient service. The store, the equipment and the merchandise was clean and tidy. The wait time was minimal and I was greeted with courtesy and respect, even though I was unavoidably 15 minutes late for my appointment. Finally, I was extremely impressed by how fast my eyeglasses were ready for pickup...less than 45 minutes! I highly recommend these folks for all of your optical needs. They are consumant professionals and I cannot thank them enough for handling all of my optical needs.

I came into the store at about 445 never dreaming that I would be able to be fitted and find my frames in such a short amount of time beings Eyemart closes at 5 p.m. but sure enough I found frames was fitted and was so happy to find out that they would mail them to me as I live in Wyoming not Montana. By Tuesday morning I received my glasses via FedEx and they fit perfect I do not need any adjustments and I have a progressive lens so I thought sure I would need to have them adjusted but no they are perfect I am so pleased and so very happy with my service and my new glasses I just wanted to let everybody know that I definitely will from now on purchase all my glasses from Eye-Mart Express they were just wonderful I am so pleased

The staff in the Eyemart portion (did not have an appointment with the eye exam company) was absolutely amazing. They were keeping their standards of cleanliness to help prevent the spread of Covid-19 to a T which made me, an immunocompromised guest, incredibly comfortable shopping. When I thought the frames I wanted were gone, the gal helping me (unfortunately, I forgot her name) was ready and willing to find them online and order them for me (thankfully, I did find them!). When we sat down to sort out the lenses, she pointed out that I could get a free pair of inexpensive back-up glasses. Not only that, she immediately had a pair in mind she thought I would like, and would look good on me to boot, and she nailed it! Im wearing that pair as I type, and I love them! We wrapped up around 6:15, they had a closing time of 7, and I was able to pick up my back-up pair before they locked the doors! I highly recommend this place for the amazing staff, the selection of frames ranging from designer to basic and yet they all manage to be fabulous, and the hard work they put in to ensure all who come through the door will leave as healthy as they came. I love this place for glasses! The staff is super friendly and informative. They have the best prices on frames and lenses. They also have a pretty good selection of frames. There 1 hour lens service is amazing. I live on the extreme opposite end of town from this location so its really nice that I dont have to drive all the way back more than a week later to pick up my new glasses.

Dropped in on a Tuesday to see if I could get an eye appointment, the eye doctor office says they have a 2:15 or a 4:00 pm appointment that day. The appointment is thorough and very reasonably priced. I look at the frames available but decide I better get the wifes opinion before I get new glasses.My wife meets me at Eyemart at 5:30 Wednesday night. We find a great pair of regular eyeglass frames plus a frame for a pair of prescription sunglasses. Shannon helps me, gets me signed up, informs me that they have a two pair discount added to my discount card through my employer, they can save me almost $170. Shannon then says that my two pairs will be ready for pickup by 6:45 that evening . I do some Uber driving and at 6:20 I get a text saying one of the two glasses are ready, so I head back to the store. Before I get to the store a second text arrives saying the second pair is ready.Very pleased with my two new pairs of glasses, the service and speed of service. Highly recommend this business. Very friendly staff. They werent sure how my insurance worked and I was confused as to how they were rung up, but in the end Anesha (sp? Sorry!) called me back by the end of the day after she did some research and it was all good! I appreciate when someone says they are going to look into it and call you back that they communicate with you and actually do what they say! I have been going here for many years (as they are one of the few places that I carry lenses in my prescription so my glasses are done in an hour) and have never been disappointed. Amazing experience for me and my two year old son who just got the cutest little thick lensed glasses for the first time. He has autism but was very at ease in the store and with our saleswomen. It was a normal experience, which is not normal for us! We will be back

I ended be able to get 2 pair. 2 is full progressive, no scratch, no line bifocal and really cute. My other free pair is single lens, no amenities and will make great tv glasses. Both were ready within an hour. 1 pair took 9 minutes. My vision is great. I have insurance and had to pay $80 out of pocket which is the least expensive I have ever paid for 1 pair. I am happy

Eye doctor was excellent, however the retail center service was poor. Waited over an hour to get them just to look at my prescription. They seemed to be more interested in attending to people who just walked in to pick up there glasses after receiving text messages that they were ready.
