I had my first exam with Billings Vision Center. I would highly recommend Billings Vision Center to anyone needing vision services. The support staff were very friendly and professional. The clinic itself is very nice and spacious. Dr Tom was an especially great surprise. Hes very personable and good at explaining things in a way thats easy to understand. Dr Tom is a very genuine guy.*In addition, one thing in particular I really liked was that I could easily access and completely fill out my patient history form under the Our Eye Doctor and Staff tab on their website. I didnt even have to print them out and bring them along with me. All I had to do was simply submit the form online. What a great time saver! Thanks Billings Vision Center :D

I am so grateful for the wonderful professional, educational experience I had today at Billings Vision Center. I relocated from NYC in August 2020. I am a youthful 66 and have to make sure I can always see clearly everything. I enjoyed there state of the art technology which granted me no need for eye dilation. Since then, our entire family goes to BVC and have had nothing but amazing, professional and individual care and attention to each family members needs. Tom has always done an excellant job testing our eyes and fitting glasses and contact lenses. I had ane eye injury and Tom came in without any hesitation on a Sunday and checked my eye over thoroughly.

I highly recommend if you are seeking a change in your vision care provider, first time needing eye care or new to the area, Billings Vision Center should be your first choice!!This was our first visit to Billings Vision Center and I couldn’t be more impressed by the level of professionalism, knowledge and kindness of the entire staff!!When scheduling our appointments with Candace she was so friendly and accommodating.We walked in and we were met by all staff with warm greetings or smiles making us feel like we had been going there for years. We checked in with Candace who explained everything very clearly and got us right back to the doctor.Doctor Tom is very easy to talk with and highly educated in his field, which I respect very much in a medical professional. He answered all our questions with clear direct answers and all the information he provided was easy to understand. He was actually very fun to work with making us laugh and feel at ease.After our exam we went to pick out frames which is something I absolutely dread because I have not a clue how to pick something that fits my face and matches my everyday attire. Immediately Shannon was by our side helping my teenage son and then myself make decisions and adding her expertise opinion on what to consider and what to stay away from. Shannon and my oldest son had his frames picked out quickly and she was able to give him feedback in a way that didn’t offend him, and anyone with a teenager knows this is nothing short of a miracle!! When it came to my frames I was very nervous and hesitant because I have to have specialized tint due to a traumatic brain injury I suffered years ago, I get migraines from certain light exposure and Shannon had extensive experience with this condition and immediately knew what color and type of tint I required and Ron was right there to confirm they had it covered!! I have never felt more confident in anyone’s knowledge and ability as I did with Shannon. She set aside all my fears and anxieties and made the experience actually very fun. Admirably Ron was there to keep up the laughter which of course is absolutely necessary to make any experience enjoyable!!Overall this savvy girl’s opinion of Billings Vision Center could not be any higher and that is a difficult mark to reach considering I will dismiss any doctor or specialist immediately if they lack professionalism, courtesy/respect, proficiency of knowledge and follow through.These guys checked all the boxes and they did it with a smile!!

Very knowledgeable staff and very friendly. My eye exam was comfortable and very informative. I felt like when I left I had the answers to all of my questions. They had a great selection of options and styles. I definitely found a new home for all of my eye needs.

I tried another place last year, because I got confused when the business changed. I had such a bad experience at the other place. This year I came back, and will NEVER go anywhere else!! I went in there b/c the rubber on the frames I bought earlier this year (Fossil) were peeling off . The man behind the counter happily replaced them, no questions asked. Total time spent in their beautiful showroom? Probably 4 min.

The staff and the doctors are all awesome people. Every time we go in we’ve had amazing conversations and they really care about everyone’s eye health.

For @45 years, my home was Texas; however, during my 2014 Holiday visit, I decided to stay here (MT/WY). The moment I stepped into this office, I felt warmly calm. It was the combination of Country music playing & the lovely welcome from the staff. I’ve seen different optical doctors since age 12 and Dr Felstet is by far my favorite. After my exam, he walked me over to Ron, who knew what frames would be best for me as soon as I sat down. Not kidding...out of the choices, his initial selection was my final pick. The last couple of years, my SLE became the reason my sight had deteriorated so quickly; therefore, I now need bifocals which isn’t a pleasant realization. However, the entire team’s mannerisms & words gave me the feeling that I was back home, with my sweet family helping me through the entire appointment. Actually, I am quite giddy waiting for my new glasses and yes, seeing everyone again is the main reason why!

Dr. Felstet was fantastic. I was visiting from out of town and had an issue come up with my eye. Not only did he squeeze me in to be seen same day, when I arrived I was seen and treated promptly. He was personable and compassionate in his care. Candice assisted me upon arrival and at check-out. She was professional, prompt, and provided great customer service. Couldn’t be more thankful, only wish I lived closer to be a permanent patient.

I Have Not Been There Yet I Have An Appt In Miles City At The Vision Clinic March 9th At 10:00a.m. But They Dont Take Medicade So I Am Going To Have To Have Them Transfer My Paper Work To You If You Take Medicade The Doctor In Miles City Wanteded To Check My Eye Pressure She Wanted 3 Readings Before Putting Me On Eye Drops

We have tried a few places in our home town over the years but several years ago we found Billings Vision Center with Dr. Felstet. We make the 300+ mile round trip for our exams, glasses, and contacts every time now because it is so worth the expertise and knowledge of Tom and his staff!

I did my research before choosing Billings Vision Center. I was really impressed with their reviews, and they lived up to them. I got excellent advice wrapped up in good old-fashioned Montana graciousness. I was able to utilize my insurance, which was a bonus. And Ron went out of his way to make sure my glass were adjusted just right… and I can go back for an adjustment at any time. I would highly recommend working with them!

Had a great experience here. Doc was running on time, and let me see the pics of the inside of my eyes!! Lady performing eye test were great, Ron provided useful tips about which glasses would work best for me and provided an actual opinion on what looked the best which I appreciated. Glasses were very reasonably priced. Will be going back.

This is a very nice knowledgeable friendly Doctor and helpful Customer Service Workers and good prices. Much better than 2 other eye doctors on grand I’ve been to! Way better than Overpriced McBride and McBride!

He also did a great job of explaining the benefits of using the photo imaging for my exam which took the place of dilating my eyes!

All of the staff at Billings Vision Center will go above and beyond to make sure you have a fantastic experience. I tend to be very indecisive when picking frames and the staff gives great honest feedback about what looks good and what doesnt. Dr. Felstet gives a very thorough exam and Ive always been happy with my prescription. When he recommends a more expensive product, he has me try the cheaper alternative as well so I can see the difference myself. Highly recommend!

As a small business owner I always try to support other small businesses. Ive been using Billings Vision Center for years and always receive great care. I have vision testing for glasses and contacts as well as monitoring for some eye differences that could indicate glaucoma. Ive also purchased my last two pairs of glasses at Billings Vision Center. They have good quality glasses for a variety of budgets. With no vision insurance I always pay cash (which comes with a discount) and during my recent visit I also found out that they continue to accept Medicaid. This payment option is necessary for so many Montanans! Thank you Billings Vision Center, I cant wait to pick up my new glasses!

A medical professional who doesn’t take the pandemic seriously is quite unsettling. Masks should definitely be worn, especially by the doctor.

I really enjoyed the process from start to finish. When I walked in the front desk lady (I’m blanking on her name at the moment) was great. I hadn’t done an eye exam before so she made it very easy on me. The doctor (Tom) was very pleasant as well and answered any and all questions along with making sure I was comfortable with the contact lenses. The man who fitted me at the counter for my glasses (Ron) was very fun and funny and also answered any lingering questions I had along with making the payment process and breakdown of it very simple. Overall if you’re undecided on a eye care place or are thinking about a new one I highly recommend this one. I will be using them for as long as I have eye issues. I had an eye emergency that my primary doctor could not diagnose and she told me to see a specialist. I called the office explained my situation, the lady who answered the phone basically told me there was no openings until December! I told her it was an emergency and she told me that I should try calling another office! Her exact words were I can think of like 10 diffrent offices, I say yes but only so many take my insurance. No compassion for people who are in pain. I thankfully got into a diffrent optometrist and was diagnosed with iritis! The doctor told me this would have gotten alot worse by December and he couldnt believe they would not see me.
