I have been here twice now & each experience has been wonderful. The receptionists communicate so well, they call to confirm your appointment and let you know if you need to be in early for paperwork. Theyre incredibly friendly and kind in person as well. My appointments have started by their scheduled times. & the eye doctor was wonderful as always. He listens to my concerns, kindly guides me through the exam and finds me the lens most right for me. Thank you!

The only place I would even consider going. Excellent doctors with vast knowledge and experience. Staff top notch too. Very convenient location. Always willing to go the extra mile and take the extra time to dial in your perfect prescription and if your having an issue they respond immediately, they are the best.

I have been going here for eye care almost 2 decades. Dr Biegel & his brother David are very kind, friendly, & professional.Their frame prices are reasonable, compared with other places. I take forever to pick out frames so I shop around & I have even returned to their office with the frame information from another eye place & some frames they have been able to meet or beat the price, if it is one they carry!I will agree with some reviewers, the front desk staff aren’t as helpful as the staff that were there 5 or 10 years ago. They could use improvement in attitude, customer service, & they lack experience in their field (being able to do adjustments). I have seriously thought about switching eye offices because of these issues but I love the doctors so I am hoping this will improve.

I am so happy I found this clinic!!! I was treated so kindly and the girls were happy to help!! The sweetest girl, Meghan helped me find exactly what I was looking for. She was so patient and gladly answered all my questions. She suggested so many options and helped me choose what best suited me! I feel so thankful that she took the time to really invest herself to helping me. I will definitely be coming here again! Thank you again!!!! Best place and employee!!

My first time since I was a child getting an eye exam and everyone was so welcoming and friendly, they made everything so easy for me as a first timer getting glasses. Shannon and Ron were amazing, and Dr. Felston was quick and professional!

My Optometrist retired so my daughter and I came here... Excellent customer service, thorough physician, Dr. Kevin Biegel. They treated us so nice, Megan and Kayla ROCK!! We loved the contact try on table, the set up made us feel so welcome! Thank You guys 😄

I took my family to Billings Vision and referred some people here a few years ago then they told me they weren’t accepting our insurance any longer. Two years later in finally getting around to finding another provider and my insurance still shows that they are an in network provider.. I’m really disappointed because I would have been continuing our visits if they wouldn’t have told us we couldn’t. What a pain in the butt. I guess they don’t need the business.

Dont go anywhere else. The doctors here are top notch, the service is affordable, and the staff is friendly. They prescribe the contacts you need to fit your lifestyle, unlike some other shops Ive been to that try to force everybody into the same brand for some unknown and likely nefarious reason. Also, go ahead and ask these doctor why many people are wearing too strong of a prescription and what they do to make sure you get the right lens strength. Congratulations on stumbling across this review, you have now found the only Optometrist and Vision Store youll ever need.

If it was possible, I would give them no stars. This place is a scam job. They messed up my husbands glasses, mine, my sister-in-laws, my father-in-laws, my mother-in-laws and a friend of ours. This place is sketchtastic. DO NOT EVER GO HERE! It is an insurance scam for sure. They tried to get all of us to pay even though our insurance covered everything. Its a bunch of teenagers running the place. Stand your ground on paying anything and know your policy. DONT LET THEM SCREW YOU OVER!! NEVER GO HERE!!!!

The Optometrist was great. Ive been to him several times over the years. However, his staff, one in particular, had terrible customer service involving my last visit. They gave my glasses to someone else and would not replace them unless I paid for the lenses again. They called the person they gave my glasses to who returned them after having them for 3 weeks, and I ended up with $300 used glasses. Apparently, refunds or replacements arent possible according to the rude, apathetic employee. The experience was certainly enough to impel me to seek my optical needs elsewhere.

The dr was really nice and good with my 4year old but them girls in the front are not nice and really Inpatient with him i will never go back

Dr. Kevin Is great. The staff up front are unqualified and not nice. They dont understand glass coatings and dont care when they fail. Immature staff that think highly of themselves.

Been going to Kevin and his Brother since I was a lil girl and they are the Best around and would go anywhere else.. My kids love him as well.. Been over 20 + years wwith the same eye doctor..
