We just moved into a house & needed a new bed. We have been sleeping on a pull out couch and needed some real sleep. We went to Montgomery Mall because it was closest & because there’s 2 mattress stores in the mall. After visiting Ed Levy at mattress warehouse, we really liked how reasonable prices were & how when we told him we’d be going to the other mattress store he said “no worries! We close at 8 and we will be here if it doesn’t work out!” That sense of buying pressure was gone! The other mattress store was the complete opposite. They didn’t want to talk about price or how long it would take to get there… they just wanted us to fall in love with the bed. Well… we were not looking to spend $6k on a bed & wait 4 WEEKS for it to come. No thanks.We went back to mattress warehouse after & Ed was happy to help us again! He gave us exactly what we wanted, he helped us pick out pillows, protectors, and adjustable bases. He told us about the warranty’s and which parts normally break and how to get them covered… he also told us about the price match guaranteed which gave us confidence that we were getting the absolute best price… the best part?? This was an absolutely amazing experience from start to finish! Sugandha was so helpful in not only finding the best mattress, but also in answering any questions I had along the way.
