Worst store the manager is rude and staff is also rude. The only good thing is the music.

Stopped by while I was on my break. I was greeted throughout the store by very friendly staff. Fitting room experience went smoothly. I had a question about an exact item I needed and a very knowledgeable lady assisted me with great options. Amazing customer service from this store. As a manager in retail this is what I like to see.

The store was neat and clean. The sales associates were no where to be found. Customer service is lacking (at least during my visit).

Love it here. Employees could engage and interact with you more on the floor but still I always have a great time every time come to shop at UO

This store is huge! It has a great selection of men and womens clothing, accessories, beauty items and home decor/appliances. Their sale section could use a bit of re-organizing, but thats probably tough to do when so many people go through it in a day. Sales are always clearly posted in the areas of the store with those items, and they even have a photo booth that you can use for free. Using the changing rooms are a breeze and the sales associates are helpful if you need anything.

It is definitely for the younger crowd the selection is good it is trendy but the quality is questionable

Different set up from other UO sites. If you want women/girl clothes, this place is great! But the guys selection is slim--maybe 15% of the store.

Jose is the WORST employee, extremely rude. He seem to be the manager because everyone would refer to him. All other staff were nicer but him. Constantly rolled his eyes at my mom and I. Can’t believe a manager would behave this way.

The store is a mess. The staff is rude. And they sale other brands over the original price. Example- found a north face hat to buy the north face price tag said $25 got to the register and the UO price is $30. Get over yourself UO. I ended up ordering from amazon while walking out of the store. It’ll be at my house tomorrow.

Management is great but some of the regular employees shouldn’t be in customer service if they hate their lives and/or jobs.

I came their on the first couple of weeks after the grand opening. The stores too cluttered, the mens section didnt have a lot of things, and most importantly RUDE STAFF MEMBERS.(1) I was hugging my girlfriend and a manager was looking dead at us(2) i ask for an opinion about the fit of a shirt i was trying on and the girl was very rude(3) I wanted saw a shirt online thats a sales item and the cashier gave me attitude like i did something wrong to her so i just left and didnt buy anything.OTHER URBAN OUTFITTERS ARE 1000 TIMES BETTERDONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY TO THIS UO

This used to be a 5 star place for me, but in the past few years I have not enjoyed their selection in the clearance section. Its clearance so I cant complain too much, but thats its only pull for me.

There are lots of options for everything. From shirts, to socks, to records, to pop sockets, and everything in between.

I dont know about the last person but everyone there is so nice

They are very racist; When they left, they stopped me just because they had a bag as they say: Nothing should fear nothing I asked 3 times if they had seen something in the bag and the employee told me the stupidest answer: he was only doing his job. Of course I only agreed to give them the bag and they checked it for me, without any problem but in all my 18 years it is the first time that they bother me that way, the absurdity is that the store was empty enough to be able to observe to each client that entered the store 😡 total disappointment !!! I never return to that store 😡😤
