Oh gosh this place is so cute! If you need to buy a last minute gift, this is a place to go! Not to mention you can return all your Amazon items without boxing them. Friendly staffs, clean store, and everything there has 4 stars or higher in their rating. There are hand sanitizer on many tables as well! My new favorite store at Montgomery Mall :)

It was my first time going to an amazon store , it feels like a bazaar! You can find everything and there are a lot of percentages off. For example some apple products are cheaper than the actual apple store in the same mall! i like the experience its like going to the amazon website but in real life, you feel like buying things you didn’t need in first place so its true to its nature. And store employee were nice

They always have such a crazy assortment of the most random things. One of my favorite places to find a gift for someone if Im in the area. Anything from books, to boardgames, to electronics, to niche kitchen ware with a helpful specific purpose.

Amazon first retail establishment doesnt disappoint. The store conveniently located inside montgomery mall, next to zara. Of course they have so many alexa enabled device collection as well other products that has minimum of 4 stars. They have 2 price regular and prime member. If you are prime member the price is cheaper.

I adore this store, the entire staff are magical humans every single one of them! 🦄 The nicest, friendliest, helpful, most professional people. I dont know who hires them but every company needs to follow suit..the whole world needs too. I am in awe of this high caliber staff. Thank you Amazon and employees!

Neat little store! They have something for everyone! No way you can walk out without making a purchase. I only wish the store was bigger to shop more! Layout is very shopper friendly. Hand sanitizer stations at entrance. They have a little bit of everything. I was not greeted by a staff member but they were visible.

What an awesome place especially if youre already using Amazon.com. Some employees are fantastic but you gotta have those exceptions. The prices change like several times a day. Some employees will explain; others act like its a guarded secret.

First time to this store today. It was alright. Basically, a store that sells a whole bunch of this and that, from electronics to a few books, to housewares and whatnots. They have a whole bunch of categories they sell but none of them are very deep. If you want books, they have very few books - so go to a real book store. If you want toys, they have very few toys - so go to a real toy store. Its almost like browsing in a giant airport store where they sell a whole bunch of things. Nothing special.

Very nice to have my time narrowed down down to only top rated items on Amazon.com! The customer service is amazing and even prime deals! It’s pretty cool.

Great store employees are super friendly. Great deals tons of variety they even have video game consoles.

Located on the lower level by Nordstrom. Odds and ends of various items and things you didnt know you needed across a lot of genres from books to kitchen to smart home to kids toys and games.Felt like a mini target but you know everything in there was well reviewed. Loved the pricing stated both the retail price and the amazon price and some items actually showed someones review on them.Used the amazon app to pay. Friendly staff. Giving the 4 star store 4 stars just because I wish it was the size of a department store and not a normal store.

Store was nearly organized and had a ton of nifty items, just like online.

It looks like a dollars store, but better quality and higher price products.

Very helpful people at this location

I found the store to be a bit underwhelming. The merchandise mix was unremarkable, and the presentation was similarly unimpressive. Additionally, the employees that we encountered in the store were neither helpful nor personable. For a company that really did an outstanding job with the Georgetown bookstore location, I was surprised that this one fell flat. It felt more like an As Seen On TV store with a bunch of unrelated, somewhat gimmicky merchandise thrown together.

Shopped there to buy a card through my Amazon account and they automatically signed me up for a trial audible account against my knowledge or wishes
