The guys at the bows are super. I purchased a Bose SoundLink micro speaker about 10 days ago and it broke. I took this speaker to the Bose store, they replaced my speaker quickly. Customer service is top-notch here.

Bose lives up to the quality of its products. Even more so is the excellent customer experience. I had the pleasure of working with Josh who was incredibly knowledgeable in everything I asked. He led insightful demos and I was able to walk out of the store confident in my renewed Bose knowledge and two pairs of ear buds!

I was amazed by the quality and efficient service. I went to replace my faulty speaker and the sales attendant helped me in less than five minutes. All was done and dusted. I went back with a big smile from ear to ear. Speaker is still working great. QUALITY PRODUCTS AND SERVICES! Well done Bose!!

I am a huge Bose fan. I own everything from a pair of (breathtaking) 501 speakers, computer speakers, portables and two 5.1 surround systems. And I think this store is about as exciting as a waiting in line for my prescriptions. Very sterile. Not interactive and the staff consistently suck here. I have been in to buy and ended up at other stores. A swing and a miss for Bose.

Buy the extended warranty if you are buying the Bose Sport ear buds. We are on the fourth set in less than two years. The staff gives you new ear buds on the spot with the extended warranty. The regular warranty requires a mail away which used up two months of a one year factory warranty.

We wanted to take a look at the home theater sound bar and the store associate was very helpful and explained us the details of all of the components soundbar, subwoofer and surround speakers. We will wait for a sale to buy the SoundTouch Soundbar with Bass Module and Surround speakers.
