I went to the Bethesda store . Sylvia helped me to get new service for my i phone and I watch . She showed me my options in terms of services and was exceptional . She was very patient , smiling all the time and I felt completely welcomed in this store . I highly recommend this store . Excellent customer service .

My last several interactions with AT&T, including at this location, have been awful and I had decided to buy my new IPhone at another vendor. For some reason I decided at the last minute to give AT&T one more try. Even as I was opening the door I had decided this probably was a move I’d regret, but to my amazement I had a great experience. Carly, the sales associate I met with at the Elm Street store, was fantastic. Carly listened to me, understood what I wanted and showed me several good options. She explained the pros and cons of each l in a professional and thorough manner. I ended up spending more than I planned and yet feeling very pleased with the purchase. Carly was welcoming, professional and efficient. Her excellent customer service kept me an AT&T customer and a happy one at that!

We bought a new upgraded phone and added a watch to our account. The service man was courteous, helpful, professional, and seemed knowledgeable. However he did not test that everything worked. Shortly after returning home, we learned the phone and linked watch added did not work, so we needed to go back to the store for a new SIM card. When we received a call the next day on the replaced phone, we learned that the new phone and linked watch did not work. This required a second return for another new SIM card. Good service requires thorough testing to make sure everything works. We should not have needed to return two times.

Dwayne B., Carly M, & Leo were all great.  I came to the store on a Friday very upset after breaking my phone.  Carly had to tell me the bad news that I had to be on the AT&T account for them to do anything.  At that point, it had been a pretty bad day given the weather, COVID, phone breaking, etc. Let’s just say I left the store in a less-than-stellar manner (nothing directed at them but just outwardly upset that life sometimes is not easy). In any case, my mom added me on the account & I had to enter the store with my head down. However, Dwayne & Carly helped me with nothing but care & a smile on their faces. A phone is very important for me right now-let’s just say I have a very sick family member & I just about lost it if I couldn’t be in touch with them. I explained this to them & also had a great conversation with them. They were so very gracious & patient. I implore you to give them a raise, or to give the budget to your manager there, Leo, to give them a raise. They handled me with grace when others would’ve probably kept the door locked on me.Then, when I returned because of something else, Leo was equally as patient, personable & nice. He also made a few moves to make things so much easier for me, & I am so grateful for that.Your people at this location seem to truly care about their customers & try their absolute best to make them happy & to make them feel heard. During ‘times like these’, that’s important to have. Thank you to all three from the bottom of my heart.

Due the amazing experiences I have had at the AT&T Store on Elm Street in Bethesda, MD 20814, I have not purchased my Apple products anywhere else.I must specifically point out Dwayne Brown whose professionalism is only outweighed by his kindness, sincerity, knowledge, and laser focus. Dwayne Brown, is amazing. He took care of everything down to the nitty gritty, with a true and authentic smile, and authenticity of helping me. Which he did with aplomb! I only hope this company is aware of what a gem he is before he is snapped up!! I know customer service and, I truly have never been so blown away Dwayne.I must also acknowledge Stephen who, helped me with my accessories and questions with just as much of a true smile and laugh. He was beyond delightful, helpful and considerate.There were two young ladies who I miserably failed to get their names, that worked on a Sunday afternoon. They were beyond lovely.Just an impressive store and, Dwayne Brown is truly a star player.

Michael, Dwayne, Alexis, and Eddie were all amazing when my husband and I came in to upgrade our phones. We were greeted right when we walked in and Michael assisted us. He suggested us upgrades that were comparable with what we already had and we loved both. My husband got the Note 10+ and I got the Galaxy 10+. Definitely recommend them when you are looking to upgrade your phone. They will take care of you and also not over sale you on accessories or anything. Will definitely be coming back here if we need an upgrade and will recommend everyone to come here as well. Thanks guys for being so great :)...!!

My nephew just arrived from Japan and we went to the AT&T store on Elm Street in Bethesda to see if he could get a U.S. SIM card. We thought his Japanese carrier might have been connected to them. Not only was Dwayne extremely knowledgeable and professional, but 100% honest with us about our options. He explained that our nephew would need a prepaid or separate account but if we were already with a carrier other than AT&T, we might want to explore simply adding him to our plan as wed likely get more services at a better price. Its rare to meet professionals with the integrity and customer service that Dwayne demonstrated today.I cant thank him enough for extending his customer service and professionalism beyond getting a commission, but truly going above and beyond to deliver the best advice and customer service to us.

This was my best phone store experience in recent years Sharonda Hall made my day. Her personality was delightful. She welcomed me to the store. I had a bad attitude and she settled my soul.We performed multiple tasks, corrected my mistakes, and all of my wants were addressed. After driving home and realizing that I purchased the wrong phone, I returned to the store. She was equally warm and welcoming. This is rare and I sincerely appreciate her superior customer service.

I had a terrible experience at this store! I waited for a long time to get help but the sales woman started helping some one else who had just walked in. When I objected she was very rude. When I finally got her to help me she didn’t know how to process my order & the manager had to help her out. She also didn’t know how to help me set up my VM or any thing else I had a question about. I was also made fun off because of the PPE I was wearing which seemed excessive to her.

They were really helpful and understanding of my problem. Went above and beyond what I expected. Also there was an irate customer screaming at them while I was there and they dealt with her very calmly. She was screaming at them “This is my regular voice!” There is no way that is that woman’s normal volume. I couldn’t even hear the employee talking to me.

After switching to Sprint (not even sure why), I couldnt survive without my AT&T... While I thought I was doing the walk of shame, into AT&T Michael made me feel taken care of. Sprint service was so sub-par and not reliable... you sometimes dont know what you have until you lose it. I missed you AT&T...Ill never leave you again. :(. Outstanding experience at the AT&T Store on Bethesda Row with its manager, Michael. He didnt do a hard sell, he let the phone sell itself because its an excellent phone. He tranferred all of my files from my old iPhone to my new Samsung Galaxy, answering the many questions that my husband and I had. He told us how to find him (his hours at the Bethesda store) and we are comfortable and confident that Michael has us covered.

This store is the worst. Im Beyond pissed off. I went there to get a case for my iPhone 7 Plus. The sales associate said that they were running a promotion. If I spent 21 dollars I would receive $100 coupon and I could pick any thing I wanted. I thought that was a great deal. Well the next day I get an alert from identity guard stating that there was a review of my credit. It was from Direct TV. That ass hole associate didnt tell me that it was a direct TV promotion and that my credit was going to be reviewed. The associate had me thinking it was a AT&T promotion not a Direct TV Promotion. He totally misrepresented the promotion. Had he told me up front what the promotion was I would have just got my case and left. I tried calling the store today and got a voicemail. I will never visit this store again.

The store staff was totally unhelpful in helping resolve a scam perpetrated by their corporate folks. ATT&T’s offer of a “free phone upgrade to loyal customers” is a bait and switch. The staff of the Bethesda store was unmotivated to help. In fact, the guy “helping” me was more interested in his Chipotle lunch order than in resolving my problem. The store manager was more interested in watching a movie on the in-store screen than in assisting.

I went into this store to get a phone charger and was subscribed to a Direct TV Now service without my knowledge. Financial fraud is how this store is operating. I had to get my debit card replaced and am still being charged by Direct TV. I went to the store to complain and they offered me a bribe on my phone bill.

Avoid this store at all costs. The representative, Aijaz, added a $9.99 per month insurance package to my plan without my permission. Also, they charged me $25 for a SIM card which I later found out would have been free at an AT&T company owned store - which this is not.
