Phillip @ Verizon in Georgetown square near Walter Johnson high school is the reason why I haven’t left Verizon yet. He solved all our long term billing issues with Verizon, he walked my mother through how to set up her new phone, and helped my brother set up his new phone. Phillip was multi tasking taking care of 4 customers and making everyone laugh and just going above and beyond his service! Phillip is extremely relatable and people friendly. It felt good knowing that he wasn’t forcing a product at us. Because we all know Verizon management pushes their store employees to sell sell sell. Phillip, I will be buying more products from you! Verizon should have Phillip train all store employees.

Had a pleasant experience getting to the store right as it opened, and waited maybe five minutes behind two other folks. Debbie (Debra) was very helpful as I went about the process of updating my phone. I was thankful for the crowd control measures and plexiglass screens.

As far as in store experiences go, this Verizon store delivers. The two staff members and the manager I worked with were all on top of their game. It is great to have a location for my wireless carrier in such a convenient shopping center. Additionally, the solution to my issue was delivered in a creative way that I didnt anticipate. They saved me time and money!

It was not clear at first that I was dealing with a contractor; not Verizon. You need to be up front with your customers regarding such matters.

I cant believe other folks are giving this place 5 Stars. When I stopped in and looked over their merchandise with a friend, I was confronted with the question What are you doing over there? Then when I told the lady I wanted the telephone I saw, she said Ill be with you in 45 minutes - maybe because she was working on a contract with another customer. Needless to say, I told her Ill just get this phone and plan at another location and left.

Came in because my phone wasnt working properly,The rep, tiffani, pulled up my account and worked out pricing with her manager to get me a new iPhone 7 for only an extra $6/month.Not only that, they took their time with me and gave me the information that I needed to properly attain the promotions on my account.Great Place.

They are NOT A VERIZON CORPORATE STORE. DO NOT BUY PHONES HERE. I have been on the phone with Verizon all morning because this store has royally screwed me over. They are not honoring verizon holiday return policy.
