Bought 2 cute, good quality tops from here. The merchants were friendly and helpful. While you cant currently use the dressing rooms due to covid, you can return for a full refund.

They are well organized, with helpful, experienced staff, and LOTS of selection. A bit overpriced for basic items. They used to be cheap years ago, but now are slightly higher quality and nicer interior, but the price increase is much higher than those modest improvements.

They have a little bit of everything here, from shoes to sweatshirts, too cute outfits to all the Berkeley gear you could want. I always come here for some retail therapy and am never disappointed

I used to love this store until I realized the service that it provides. I bought a pair of pants, worn it ONLY during the fitting room, and decided that I dont like it. Well, they wont let me return those pants because its been worn. Huh, that makes a lot of sense. And there goes my $54.I asked the manager isnt helping out a customer to the best interest of your store?He shrugs and completely ignores that question with the answer We have store policies.Well, definitely not going back again. It is overpriced with very poor service. Do not recommend.

Convenient to pick up a gift or in may cause a pair of gym shorts for a PE class (had picked up my wifes pair which are many sizes too small). Shop staff was super helpful and attentive.

Always a fun place to visit. It is the only store, within walking distance to the UC Berkeley campus, where you can find a full line of Clinique cosmetics. Wide selection of Cal gear. Also has shoes. Reasonable prices.

Bargain clothing and UC Berkeley branded gifts. Got a new flannel shirt for $10 and a Voluspa scented candle also $10. Very happy with both purchases.

Great overall selection of Cal gear. A great alternative to the Student store (super expensive) or Bear Basics. They also have a large collection of clothes with majors on them (including physics, Haas, mathematics, architecture... Etc.)Picked up some great womens tees here as well as crew necks and hoodies (definitely cheaper here than the other two stores mentioned previously).

I really enjoy coming to this place, they have a lot of nice clothes that are affordable and cute. But there are some stuff that are pricy. I like to come here because they have a variety of stuff for sale, they even have a make up lounge, where there is someone that can help out with what you are looking for.

Its been a while since Ive last been to Bancroft Clothing, but the selection of clothing there really varies. From North Face ski jackets, bras and underwear, to bathing suits, this place is really a go-to store right across from the UC Berkeley campus.
