I called multiple times in one day to see if they had an item and each time was told they were too busy. The manager said to call back at a specific time and when I did, still told too busy. At that point he got super rude. I just wanted to know before we drove out from Sacramento if they had the item to give to my daughter for her birthday.

Dont buy anything online. They charge for shipping in both directions making returns not economically worthwhile. Now Im stuck with a product I cant use.

Great pricing and location to the parking garage. Definitely checkout the clearance racks as they usually have 50% or more deals.

Be Careful!!!There is No Refund. There will be robbery!!The worst store in the world. They dont care about customers. Be careful, they will ask you put your drink on the small pink table infront of the enterance. But, someone will take your drink. And then the manager will tell you We cannot do anything. Even they never say sorry.About refund, I wanted to get a refund one note that I bought just few min ago before I asked a refund. They just pointed at f**king small sign at the casher. And then say No refundI believe all of you are so smart and will not buy something from this store after reading the review.

Big selection of stuff, ok prices. The staff was unwilling to help. Even though there were about 5-6 of them, they said they were under-staffed and wouldnt let us to one of the sections. They also refused to bring us different sizes of the clothes we wanted to buy.

Great ppl, very friendly, social, charming. You get a sense of community walking in, youll cut into their conversations but theyll greet you & offer to answer questions. Great selection, good prices.

Great place to get Cal gear for cheaper than the Student Store. They also have a womens and childrens section, so clothing fits better than the one-(mens)-size-fits-all at the other stores. Their alumni selection is quite small,but they have a great collection of window/car decals, as well as Oakland/Berkeley logo items. Always my first place to search for Cal gear.

They have a Momma Bear shirt but not a Papa Bear shirt (looking for family). Otherwise, somewhat overpriced, but convenient. Would recommend for those looking for some easy Berkeley gifts/apparel.

Will not answer the phone at the number that is listed for Bear Basics - bought a shirt there that is too big. Want to exchange for smaller size but cant get a hold of anyone at the store. Very frustrating

Awful experience in here!!! Came in to buy lots of CAL gear and when my children touched the sweatpants the red headed lady yelled at them. When I mentioned that people should never yell at other people’s children another worker there told me that “she can do that, she’s the manager.” Also he said “we don’t get too many of YOU people here” (I’m black). So rude, so extremely rude. And the sucky thing was I was about to buy 3 shirts and 2 sweatshirts. Ugh!”
