Called to enquire about availability and sizing of an item, a gentlemen answered the phone and rudely told me to go on their website for this information and abruptly hung up the phone. I was ready to spend a grand on street gear here and this stores terrible customer service cost them a great client.Teach your employees how to pick up a phone call with some gratitude and patience. We are all going through hard time theres no reason for your employees to treat others with hostility... yikes...

Wow!! Talking about some Fly shoes at Bows and Arrows!! I bought a pair of Jordans that i couldnt find anywhere else. They have great customer service and are knowledgeable on all shoes. Im going back to get this Carhartt hoodie they have!! They are definatly on my MustVisitList!!

I had a great experience here. The two gentlemen were very knowledgeable about the shoes and very patient as I tried on several styles and sizes for over an hour. The size selections were at times limited, but they went above and beyond to suggest options that would work. The store is clean, beautiful and priced as expected. I now have two pair of comfortable kicks; thanks Bows and Arrows!

Bows & Arrows is a small shop offering a limited selection of casual and skating wear, with an emphasis on shoes, including higher end offerings like Vans Vault. Staff are relaxed and knowledgeable about their products. Shop is family owned, and paired with a skating shop across the street, 510 Skakeboarding.

Awesome street wear clothing and shoe store. Their selection is great every time I go in, especially the limited edition runs they get in Stock.

Love the vibe of Bows & Arrows. Its hard to walk down Telegraph and not be allured by their beautiful shoe selection. They offer a unique collection of vans, nikes, and more that rotate as trends come and go. I scored a pair of Nike frees on sale for 70 dollars and receive so many compliments because they arent a typical pair you can find at a Sports Authority or Nordstroms.
