I beleive the lower star reviews are really posted by competitors, the service is good, they have good sales person, the owner Mr.Khilesh is bit busy cz he has loads of orders the shop being very reasonable and best in class in terms of service and quality.I ordered a designer sherwani looking at the picture, in dehradun every one asked me approx 35k plus accessories, also in delhi it was costing approximately 30k with accessories, Mr. Khilesh comitted to give in 22k and he gave it also with quality and design ditto as per the design shared.If u wan tto save money please buy from here else ur wish ur time.Imitiaz salesperson is really good and supporteive

I just visted their shop.. the owner is very rude, they dont know how to talk to customers. First without my permission they just made the bill and when i told them to less the price they tear that bill. And rudly behave.. and the price of the sherwani is very high.. i bought sherwani from one of the shop for 10000 for which roopam sadi show me the same sherwani for 25000.. never go to roopam saree ever. Ill never gonna recommend anyone to go to them. Also their father is not nice person.. sham on them how they treat their customers.. the person in this pic and his father dont know how to talk to customer.. and the price the told me for this sherwani in this pic is 14800 but i bought this sherwani for 8000 from nai sadak..
When i went to give the order of a suit , staff was very helpful. But when i went to collect the order, there was a 180 degree turn in their behaviour. Called to come at a specific time but then made me wait for an hour.After that told not to check the fit/size , as are busy and it is unsafe due to pandemic.Now the size is short, and will have to get another piece. But time that i had has gone.The worst buying experience.

We had a Worst experience visiting here. Store owner was very rude and unprofessional. We visited this store for sherwanis and the stuff shown was so bad and dirty. The fabric was not clean and they used low quality fabric. I have lost my shoes despite presence of salesmans & owner over there in their store. By scolding them for shoes they were least concerned, moreover the owner was also sitting there and he didnt even bother to talk to us. Huge disappointment!I will not recommend anyone to visit them or if you want to visit them please take care of your expensive items at your own risk.
One of the best place to have a royal look at your wedding...I had placed my order in the critical lockdown period...and these poeple have delivered my order in Karnataka... successfully with least complaints.Suggession for online buyers...please give your measurements right and be patient as this a very big business that they do..so you will get very well communication if u be patient.We can trust roopam sarees with all kinds of important functions.The bad reviews are false not because I say..but they themselves have proved it wrong..in my case..
Worst experience ever....Mr. Khilesh(owner) is a worst person. I had ordered my marriage sherwani from this shop recently but it stood out to be my worst nightmare. He sent everything false to me. Sherwani along with feta mojari and Mala being expensive item, it was wrapped in a piece of carry bag and sent to me. He took charges to sent the item through air, but was sent by road. When I told everything regarding the size of sherwani, mojari, feta which all were small in size, the owner denied and told me I am lying but the fact was the dimensions were small and he was not ready to accept his fault even after sending the videos and pictures to him.I would suggest all, that please please dont buy any thing from this shop. The owner is a cheater and just need your money.A big No to this shop.😡😡😡😡
Worst experience. Gained popularity by paying money to youtubers. Owner is very rude. I took Groom sherwani for me and now i am going to buy from somewhere else again as I received the sample piece that was defective. They didnt allow to open the package while receiving by saying that our staff has recently detected covid positive and to follow social distancing. They didnt allow to try the product saying that We are not Manyavar which allows to check fitting at delivery. Very skillfully at each step they trap the customers. I called thrice before delivery but they could never find the product against the receipt they gave to me..Heartless experience as a customer.
Pathetic experience, worst services. Owners act like they are giving you best services and quality whereas they are giving you 3rd class quality with no services. Old clothes are being sold as newly made.Reply to the owner:- No it was a last resort that I took my payment back and that too when my marriage is very near and I have to again make arrangements afresh.PS:- Free advice to all the customers, dont ever go to this store unless you want to get irritated by the services and quality.

Recently visited for wedding related purchase, First we observed that the all guys are decent and expert about the clothing and fabric . Because it was a fixed price shop so probability of negotiation is very less. although cost are reasonable and cloth is also reliable . all price range and all variety of garments available over the 3 floor.
Worst experience ever. Very bad stuff and their behaviour is so rude. They have full gang sitting in and outside their shop for stealing shoes, i lost my shoes there which i had bought few days back( 7-8k loss). Guys do not visit this place for purchasing anything, else you might end up losing your stuff only. Would have given them negative ratings if there is any option. Really shameful people are sitting there for looting customers.
I was a bit hesitant to purchase anything from a social media marketer as I had bad experiences before but I gave a try with Roopam Sarees to order a sherwani. I called the number that I got from the social media portal and spoke to Mr. Khilesh Manchanda. The guy knows pretty well how to provide a best customer experience. The quality of the product was up to the mark, they delivered the product before the estimated time. Loved the product.

Read the whole post before you decide to shop there....Sep 2020 - I gave 5 stars for below reason.Definitely an amazing experience while shopping with the owner Khilesh Manchandana.So, I ordered Sherwani and Indo western for my wedding and i wanted it to be delivered to Pune. I was skeptical at first but Mr. Khilesh Manchanda has always been very responsive from the start he would send pictures he would ask to send him measurements. In fact he use to suggest me the proportionate measurements that suit my body. I never at any given point felt that my requests are being ignored. I changed the pajama of Indo western at last moment and requested Jooti with a little high heel. Each and every request was taken care of.Because of nationwide lockdown it took sometime for him to arrange the dresses. But he use to respond and update the status whenever i use to bother him.Coming to the dresses, quality is better than I expected, and the fit is very accurate. Accessories (Maala, Pagdi) are also good and of high quality. Icing on the cake, all these products are reasonably priced.Overall very good and reassuring experience, would surely visit the shop in future to explore more products.Highly Highly recommended!!!Edit on 21 Nov 2020Gave 1 star for below reason and for sure this will be my last order from this shop.I ordered an indo western from this shop and initially he demanded 5300 rupees then once the dress was ready he changed his statement. He demanded 6800 because by mistake his subordinates used a high quality material. Looking at the time and urgency he just exploited the situation. I had no choice than to go with the flow i had already paid 2000 which in no way he would have returned. In fact he had the audacity to say that this would be sold in shop for 10-12000 if you don’t buy it.Another situation when I received the dress it came out to be bigger than the size what was ordered.Third situation, even after telling him last time that respect the clothes and occasion for which that is ordered and pack things accordingly. But no he would just pack the whole thing and carry bag and just brown tape it. That’s the respect he has got for the clothes and to the business he owns.No reliability, he can flip out from his own words anytime he wants, which in my point of view is the worst thing that a business man can do.To Khilesh - Dude, just bcoz i was respecting you, you exploited the situation beautifully. Trust me life me aisa shop wala aajtak nahi dekha maine jo agreed price se mukar jata ho. Trust me that is the most disgusting thing you did that too for your mistake, i paid it. Shame on you man... All positive comment here are fake. I have pictures and proof that he promised me to get new stitched sherwani, instead game me dry-cleaned sample piece which was not properly fitting. You can reply to this review and I will be happy to show you proof of their cheating and save most important day of your life. Those who have reached out this place without reading reviews first... Located in a small gully, an affordable place for sherwanis. Have to do lot of bargaining. Like 21 thousand asking price, I gave 13 thousand so you can imagine bargaining but there are ample pieces of sherwanis.
Great experience . I had ordered my sister bridal lengha with them and after 10 days i request them to change the colour of the dupatta . They have attended my request sincerely and finally when i get my order every thing is exactly done in the manner i ordered
