I cant say enough great things about my experience here. At no time did I ever feel rushed or any pressure to buy a dress that day. (Spoiler, I did end up finding THE dress) I came in with a budget in mind and they such an amazing job helping me to stick to that budget without me feeling like I was limiting myself. Their selection is absolutely amazing, the only tough part of my day was not falling in love with 2 or 3 dresses. I cant thank them enough for making the experience perfect. I cant wait to pick up my dress in April.

I saw a dress on instagram and had to find it! The dress was an Eddy K 2022 event dress and the lady on the phone was kind enough to message the designer and find out where was the nearest bridal boutique was to try it on. She called me back and let me know. So nice and helpful! Thankyou!!

From the moment that I walked in I had the best experience! Everyone is very helpful and they were able to help with making the best decision for my wedding dress. They remembered everything from the first time I was in the second time I came to try on a few more before making my final decision. Brittney and Paige are outstanding! They are educated, down to earth, creative, and patient. I called a zillion times about my dress, my fitting, my husbands tux, etc, etc. Every time they were so kind and I never felt like they got frustrated with me. I genuinely had fun working with them to pick everything out and they didn’t shy away from giving me their genuine opinion. I would 10/10 recommend the Bend Bridal Suite to anyone. 💕

I had such a wonderful experience shopping for my wedding dress at The Bridal Suite. Brittany was incredibly sweet and so attentive to my desires and likes. She listened to exactly what I was looking for and gave me her honest opinion without being overbearing or trying to convince me to get something different than what I was going for. I had been to one other bridal shop already and felt as though I was not welcome or liked by the lady helping me. That was definitely not the case at The Bridal Suite. They were so warm and welcoming and made me feel comfortable, confident and not pressured or rushed to find a dress. After trying multiple dresses Brittany still gave me her full attention and patience. The shop had so many amazing dresses I could have picked all of them but luckily I found my absolute dream dress!! I highly recommend The Bridal Suite for your wedding dress needs!

Paige and Brittany are the best!!!! Found my wedding dress the first day of dress shopping with the help of Brittany. We also got our bridesmaids and groomsmen tuxes here as well. I received so many compliments on my dress. The customer service is outstanding. They texted when items arrived and were able to accommodate my hectic schedule. They really know what they are doing and will take great care of you and your wedding needs.

Paige and Brittany are the literal BEST. They helped me find the perfect dresses for myself as well as my ladies! With my family and bridal party coming from out of state- they made everything so easy and were super helpful during the entire process. My engagement was over a year, so they dealt with me A LOT. The Bridal Suite and Special Occasion is the best dress shop Ive been too. They give you such great, personal service while offering reasonably priced dresses. I purchased my dress for senior prom from them and have had a wonderful experience. My dress was affordable, gorgeous, and when I needed some alterations done they were super helpful and made the process easy and fun. I walked in with the intentions to just browse through some dresses, and ended up falling in love with my dress! Definitely look here first when in search of that perfect dress, because they have many of them!

The Bridal Suite and Special Occasion exceeded my expectations when they sent beautiful dresses to Utah for my girls. They did an incredible job combining a little flare and class to my older daughters dress to accommodate both of our tastes. My daughter loved it so much, she couldnt stop dancing and twirling in it. My newborn is going to look like a little royal in the perfect blessing gown...a dress of excellent quality that will be priceless as it is passed down through our family. The Bridal Suite and Special Occasion has exceptional owners and employees who sincerely care for those they serve.

Wow... simply an amazing experience. The best bridal experience in town. As a independent shopper, I absolutely adored that I could drop in and not have to schedule an appointment. Other places in Bend were intimidating and dismissive, or rude. This place was perfectly priced, incredibly professional, and I picked out my dress almost instantly because of how amazing this place is. We will be back for bridesmaid dresses!

Best dress and accessories selection in Central Oregon, by far! I came to Bend to dress shop with my mom and then I cancelled all my Portland appointments. The store was clean and friendly, and Shaley, Brittany and Paige are so friendly and know exactly which dress to have you try on the minute you start describing what you are looking for. I cannot wait to wear my Lillian West dress for my wedding day!

Shaley was just the person I needed to guide me through choosing a wedding dress! She was so helpful, sweet and encouraging. I tried on quite a few dresses but chose the very first one I tried. Haley knew just the perfect headpiece for me and it all came together wonderfully. The salon has a great atmosphere, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a gown. I had a great experience shopping with Paige in this great new bridal store downtown. The atmosphere is wonderful and there is a gorgeous range of dresses to suit every budget. Although I am yet to order a wedding dress, I would highly recommend that other brides to be visit this store.
