As a “plus size” bride, I already had reservations/fear/anxiety regarding dress shopping so after my first dress shopping appointment (in Portland at a Bridal Boutique) left me feeling discouraged/sadness/disappointed.I found Bella Brides while scrolling through FaceBook and stumbling across a picture of “THE DRESS!” I called and immediately felt cared for and valued as a person and customer. When chatting on the phone with Charlene and describing the dress from the post, she was so sweet & got excited too! I was so thankful that she took extra time on the phone with me answering my thousand insane questions that I had. I knew that this was the bridal salon that I would find my dress at!I traveled from Portland to Bend and made a weekend of it with my squad! She was courteous, savvy, understood my body, and was welcoming to all my guests.I went in two times and both time she had champagne waiting for us and even stayed an hour late on a Saturday!The dresses are gorgeous and they have really good lighting. Prices are reasonable compared to the other stores in town. Overall it was a top notch experience.

Jessica was the first to help me find my dress.. She was outstanding and was totally understanding with my needs and wants in a dress, I happen to find one the first time being there. A couple weeks past and I had a gut feeling the dress I picked was not the ONE. Well, I got in contact with Sarah Jean, and she helped me come back in, try a few more on and she even wanted me to try the first dress on just to make sure.. she pulled a dress from the window without saying she did, and Im beyond thankful she did because one I put that dress on, it was the ONE. I did spend a good 10 minute in each dress to make sure I wanted to switch. I did happen to switch but Im now happy with the dress I picked, I couldnt thank these beautiful gals enough for all the help and support they gave me. Definitely will be back to get my fiancés tux. Charlene was a dream to work with. You attach your wedding dress Pinterest page link when you make an appointment at Bella Brides. When we walked in for my appointment, Charlene already had several dresses pulled based on my taste she observed from the Pinterest page! Not only that but also bubbly and a pair of sparkly studs! She was SO comfortable to work with and easy to talk to, very receptive of things I liked and didn’t, quick to find something else when I mentioned my likes/dislikes, an actual stylist listening to me - not just someone helping me into dresses I’m picking out…the list goes on. There were several dresses I absolutely loved. While I ultimately found the dress I want to get married in at a different shop, I WISHED I had bought at Bella just because Charlene made the process so much more personal and made me feel so good. I definitely recommend her and Bella Brides to anyone looking!

My experience with Bella Brides was absolutely amazing. I called with nothing but a photograph and a style number that I found on Google. Jesseca and Sarah were able to locate the dress for me and told me it could be 6 months (I had time) before it came in. To my surprise Jesseca calls me back three weeks later telling me my dress was in!! The appointment was special and so fun, I tried on many dresses just to be sure and saved MY dress for last. The moment I put it on I knew it was the one! I had the most AMAZING experience at Bella brides. I am having a shorter engagement (6 months) and I have a million things to do on top of full time mommy to my 9 month old daughter. My maid of honor called to check availability for a last minute hope to get in and they made sure one way or another we were getting in there the day we were trying to get in.Amanda is the gal that helped me and she was AMAZING. She made me feel so welcome and so comfortable, I went in there thinking I was gonna get something more Ball-Gown type of dress and when I tried on the first few she always asked me what I liked and didn’t like about each dress, she was so attentive to the stuff I liked/disliked about each one. There was a couple I had liked and than she brought out THE dress it wasn’t the dress I had imagined it was WAY BETTER than I could ever have expected. It was everything I was wanting in a perfect wedding dress. It’s like she read my mind and knew what I was wanting before I even knew. When she told me I was her first bride she was finding a dress for I was shocked. She found the perfect dress and the most perfect sleeves I was wanting for the dress. The experience just that much better and I suggest to anyone wanting to find a perfect dress go see Amanda.

This was an amazing experience! Sarah made my experience truly special! I booked an appointment beforehand, which I recommend, and we had most of the store to ourselves which allowed me the comfort to try on dresses and really focus on myself. Bella Brides was absolutely amazing! I came from out of state and had a tight schedule and they made sure to find a time that worked for me. They asked me about my style and vision for my wedding before coming in so they already had dresses pulled that they thought would be perfect. Charlene really made sure that I felt special while trying on all the dresses. When I found THE DRESS she gave me a bouquet and turn on some music for me to walk down “the aisle”.....There was not a dry eye in the room! I was worried my wedding dress shopping experience in the midst of a pandemic would fall short of expectation. My family and best friend all live out of state and unfortunately couldnt be there in person. I was able to get my people there virtually, and Charlene was phenomenal at making it like they were in the room with us! Sarah was great, she efficiently got the dresses picked out, on and off. The place was clean and comfortable with good lighting and good accommodations for guests. I would have liked to see a little bit more additional safety precautions related to covid. Specifically, face masks rather than shields would have made me more comfortable, they are much more effective. Especially considering that social distancing is impossible for dress fitting and fitting room and indoor space are reasonably close quarters.

I first visited Bella Brides while visiting from MI last November. Jessica was AMAZING to work with. She made me feel so comfortable, beautiful and all around excited to be trying on dresses for the first time. At the time my wedding was over a year a way and I still wasn’t 100% sure what style of dress I wanted. However, I’ve been home in Michigan looking for dresses and not only was I have difficulty finding a dress, but I haven’t been able to even match the experience I had at Bella’s! Every dress I’ve tried on I kept coming back to the very first dress I tried on at Bella’s. SO, I called Bella’s to see if it was still available and if they’d be able to ship to to me, etc. Charlene was so SWEET on the phone and although they sold that exact dress they had in the shop, she called the designer and hunted one down for me. Additionally, she gave me the design number to find the dress here in MI to try on just one more time to make sure. These ladies will go above and beyond for their brides! LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE! I was hesitant about this bridal shop thinking it would be overpriced since it’s located in downtown Bend. However, the dresses were actually affordable and similar to other bridal shops around town. They have a ton to choose from and the experience was top service! I called and got in same day to just look, but Charlene ended up having me try on a few dresses, took pictures, videos and even had me practice walking down the “aisle” to see how the dress flowed. Charlene gave me the ultimate (and unexpected) bridal shopping experience. I ended up getting my dress somewhere else but I highly recommend looking here!!! This place is simply wonderful. Jessica was so sweet and so caring and catered towards my needs and wants. I loved one of my dresses but still had another appointment at a different place that day. I wasn’t quite ready to commit to one yet, even though it was gorgeous. I had brought my grandmothers veil to the appointment and had tried it on with my dress. It was a little wrinkly and Jessica offered to steam it for me and I can come in the next day (today) to pick it up and make my final decision about the dress she set aside for me. Unfortunately, I had found “the ONE” at a different place, but I will be going back to Bella Brides for the Groom and Bridesmaids dresses. The customer service was awesome. Highly recommend!! I am so glad we found this place! I was helping my sister find her wedding dress and after several super disappointing stops we ended up here. It was wonderful! The staff we friendly (even offering free champagne!! 😍) and they were accommodating to the fact that my 3 year old son was with us. As far as their dresses, all I can say is WOW! Ever dress she put one seemed more beautiful the the previous! We couldn’t believe it! After going to places where every dress looked cheap or badly fit it was a wonderful surprise to see dress after dress of exceptional quality! My sister found the dress of her dreams and I cannot stop recommending this place!

I had no idea what type of dress I wanted when I started looking and in total I visited 4 shops, two in Bend and two in Portland. Not only did I find the perfect dress at Bella Brides that was modern yet classic and very “me,” the experience was incredible. Jesseca’s ability to help me see past the awkwardness of dress shopping and help me feel what it could be like on my wedding day was amazing. She was so supportive and helpful and kind, I just could not have asked for a better experience.

We had such a great time! Jessica was super accommodating and really listened to my concerns and opinions. I showed her a picture of a dress I liked and she went and got one that was very similar, and it ended up being my favorite! It was a little out of my budget, but not horrible. Had such an amazing experience with Bella Brides! I wasnt planning on doing the traditional wedding dress shopping because I didnt think I would find anything. I like simple style with unique small details and its so hard to find. My sisters and mom scheduled a special trip to Bella Brides in Bend while I was visiting for a weekend (I live out of state) and I found exactly what I wanted. I didnt realize it was the dress until I put it on,l in the mirror, and started crying. It was the last dress of too many to count. Thank you to Sarah and her team who have been in touch every step to make sure its just what I wanted.

I visited Bella Brides as a mom friend of the bride. It was a great experience! Sara was very helpful, knew what styles to encourage for the brides figure but was supportive of the brides selections and budget. She also was very inclusive of the Maid of Honor who was with us via Facetime. All in all a fabulous experience. And yes, the bride to be said YES to the dress!

From start to finish, these girls were flawless and really know how to make you feel confident for your big day. Twice now theyve taken amazing care of my family. Thank you for going the extra mile and for being the best at what you do.

I had the most positive and FUN experience with Jesseca at Bella Brides. The process of picking and trying on dresses can be overwhelming and discouraging, which is why it’s so important to go to a place that will uplift and support you on the journey! BEST experience ever! So happy to be a Bella Bride!!

I went in super nervous about finding my dress (Im VERY curvy) but I was very well taken care of by Sarah, she was so positive and helpful! It was a great place with an amazing atmosphere, I walked out saying yes to a dress❤

Its a shame when a store is too busy for business... Although there was only one other woman doing an appointment in the whole store, I was quickly ushered out of Bella Brides because they just *couldnt* fit me in, and I was told I *had* to make an appointment. Also a shame was the fact that although one saleswoman was nice, the other was brisk (good cop bad cop?), and I was asked to share just about everything about myself except my social security, and then leave. All I wanted to do was look at a few dresses, and try maybe one on? It was a strange experience, and I left feeling rather put off. However, going to the Bridal Suite in north Bend (by Kohls) was amazing... polite, drop in friendly, very professional and not overbearing. And, funny enough, I bought my wedding dress today! It was perfect, and extremely high quality at a 1/5 the price. Check them out if you are looking for your dream dress.

Jessica was amazing with helping my daughter to pick out her we’dding dress! We had a wonderful, exciting and emotional time. Jessica treated us all well and made Ashleigh feel happy and beautiful! The ladies here were wonderful! You can tell theyre very passionate about what they do and how to assist their clients. Jessica in particular is fantastic, she was very friendly and honestly excited about helping my bridesmaid and I as soon as we walked in. Definitely the place to go if you need some help finding your dress!
