I came over from Eugene and heard about Bespoke from a friend and after checking out their Instagram I KNEW I HAD to go dress shopping there. Jenn and Megan were SUPER accommodating for me and my friends and family that came with. They were so super helpful and so sweet in helping me pick my dream dress. Cannot wait to go back to pick up my dress. The best part was finding out when you’re the first bride to purchase a dress it gets named after you. HIGHLY recommend ANY bride check them out!!

Such an awesome experience! I brought my two friends to my bridal appointment, and Stephanie was amazing! She was very in tune with my wants and made sure i was comfortable the entire time. I cannot recommend Bespoke Bride enough. I feel like I have a personal connection to them because the CEO, Jen, went to University of Oregon like I did! They are the real deal. So professional, patient, kind and they have an incredible inventory of dresses. I walked in knowing that they were going to do whatever it took to make sure I found the right dress. Julie, Jen’s mom and CFO, did my fitting and she was fantastic. She knew how all the dresses were supposed to fit and was incredibly patient while my mom and I “hmm’d and hawed” - I left knowing I had found the most perfect dress and I am even more excited for my wedding (if that’s even possible!). Stephanie is absolutely amazing! This was the first location we went to and I wouldn’t have it any other way. Stephanie was the most knowledgeable and helpful stylist I worked with (out of 7). She taught me about bustles, how expensive hemming is based on the type of fabric/lace, and what questions to ask about the dress/designer. I originally booked a week day in August to go shopping at Bespoke but then I saw they were doing their annual sale so I made a last minute appointment for the next day! The ladies there was so welcoming and helpful! Usually those appointments for sales are only 45 minutes long and you have to do all the leg work of picking out dresses and trying them on but there was a lull in times so they quickly jumped in and helped me do all of that! The dress that I ended up getting would have been entirely out of my price range and not one I would have picked for myself, but my stylist was able to pick it based on the things I liked about previous dresses and my body shape and when I put it on, I cried! She was JUST as excited for me as I was. I had an amazing experience and would whole heartedly recommend Bespoke Bride to future brides!

I went in with my family to pick out my wedding dress a couple of days ago. The dresses where all so beautiful, which made it hard to pick just one. I ended up picking a dress that I love and had no idea I would until I tried it. The consultant helping us was not pushy, very patient, asked a lot of question, and encouraged me to try on various dresses she thought I would like based on what I told her. She was amazing and thanks to her I found my dress. Thank you for helping me and being so kind to us.

We had the best experience finding my daughters wedding dress. Stephanie helped us and was so incredibly kind and gracious (we had two little kids with us who were getting quite restless toward the end). We also ran a bit over on our appointment time and did not once feel rushed. She definitely took time to make sure my daughter found the dress she wanted. I would highly recommend them over and over!

This was the second place I visited. I came from 6 hours away and enjoyed my entire experience here! The place I went the day before was very pushy and frankly, rude when I said I wanted to honor my appt at Bespoke. I am glad I did because it was an amazing experience. It was calm, everyone was so happy and kind, and the information they collected before hand made me feel at ease once I got there. I ended up trying on one of their picks first and that dress ended up as the one! They have very reasonable prices and many dresses to choose from. I also liked that there were payment options of 1/2 down or pay in full. Although we paid it all, it was reassuring. Thank you for making this experience comfortable and relaxing. Jen and Bespoke Bride are amazing. Their curated collection was stunning and unique, and I really feel like Jen listened to what I wanted and pushed me to try a few styles I hadn’t considered. Unfortunately, the dress I landed on was not available in the short time frame to my wedding, but the Bespoke crew went above and beyond trying to track down the right size in my desired style anywhere they could (a nation-wide search!). If I ever get married again (fingers crossed this one will stick), I will certainly be driving the 2.5 hours from my hometown to Bend to get my next dress from their shop. 11/10. Would recommend to anyone looking for a wedding dress.

Picking out a dress at Bespoke Bride was a dream come true! It’s a beautiful shop with such a nice atmosphere, and I found the most dresses that I liked there out of the five shops I went to.Jenn is amazing and made me feel so at ease. She had helpful comments but never made me feel rushed or pressured. I could tell she genuinely wanted to help and was never pushy. And she was so patient and understanding with my long decision making process!It was thanks to my positive and relaxed experience at Bespoke that I felt confident choosing a dress, and it really paid off! Bespoke was the first place I went to look for a wedding dress and it was the perfect experience! Jenn (who owns the shop) was super friendly and comfortable to work with. I felt like she listened to me well and helped pull dresses that I wouldnt have thought to, her pick ended up being my favorite! The shop is a beautiful and bright loft space! It feels clean, chic, and homey. The loft space was perfect for my small group and even had a cute personalized letterboard for my appointment.

Where to even begin! I had a few people flying in to help me find the perfect dress for my wedding and I did purchase the ultimate dress fitting package to have some snacks and mimosas. As soon as we arrived to our appointment we felt so welcomed and that it was all about me. Our assistant for the day was absolutely amazing (I forgot her name 😢) and made sure to keep with in my budget and find dresses that were flattering to my body type. Needless to say I left a happy bride with my wedding dress purchased! I recommend every bride shop at Bespoke Bride! I honestly can not tell you how happy I was with the full experience, and the charcuterie board and pastries were amazing!!!!!I want to rewind back to that day so bad because it was absolutely spectacular!!!!

Bespoke is AMAZING!!! If you are engaged do not sleep on Bespoke. I went to a couple different shops around Bend and no one even came close in comparing. This place is beautiful, the esthetics are gorgeous and their hospitality is so wonderful it will make you feel so special and like a bride! When I was first looking where to go I thought it would be too high end just going off their look but they create this beautiful, high end but also relaxed experience and actually had a way wider range of dresses within my price range than other shops. So as far as pricing goes plus the experience you’ll have there’s no reason to go anywhere else! It really is a personal shopper experience. They’re super knowledgeable about the dresses, answer all questions, help throughout the entire appointment, point things out you may not be thinking about and are so nice and professional. I couldn’t decide between two dresses and they let me come in last minute multiple times to try them on and order. They work with you and actually want you to find THE ONE. They have a wide range of dresses from styles to pricing and are all so beautiful and unique. I’m so glad I went here! Can’t say enough nice things but I’ll stop hehe. Go here!!!

I could not have asked for a better experience! This was my first time trying on wedding dresses and Jenn made it stress free and fun! Megan was amazing! She was personable and not embarrassed to have to be there pulling down the dress in embarrassing places lol. I have never felt more welcomed in a store! When I made my appointment it was so nice that they ask you tons of questions to get to know you before you even walk in! When we got there Stephanie my stylist picked out three dresses to show me and she nailed it before I even went to the floor to pick out others to try on! I can not express how happy I am to have a one stop shop here in Bend--- the selection of dresses that they have is unparalleled! They had dresses pulled even before I got there which ended up being my favorites and let everyone run around and pull things for me to try on as well. I was so nervous I wouldnt find a dress and wound up selecting the very first one I tried on. I cannot say enough great things about Jenn and my experience at Bespoke Bride!! Jenn was so wonderful throughout the whole process of finding my dream dress. Jen and the ENTIRE Bespoke team is incredible. They are patient, supportive, make you feel so comfortable, and go above and beyond to make sure that you find the dress of your dreams. The service was so friendly. Even though I couldnt have my friends and family join me, I felt at ease and like I was having a conversation with a good friend. The staff werent pushy and also were upfront about a dress being in or outside of my desired price range. They were also very helpful with deciding which size to get. They also helped me set up a Skype call with my friends and family and walked around with my laptop so they could get a better view. I found the perfect dress and, even though COVID prevented me from having the exact experience I wanted, the staff made my day feel special.They also have a beautiful and varied selection of dresses. Such a beautiful store with so many gorgeous dresses to choose from! Jenn is so sweet and was so helpful throughout the whole process. PERFECT. I went to bespoke bride as my first place to try on dresses and Jenn the owner made the experience even more magical than I expected. This isn’t just your regular cookie cutter bridal shop. She made a genuine effort to learn about me and my fiancé and my vision for our wedding in a matter of 2 hours and helped me find the perfect dress. Her gown selection is gorgeous as well as her shop. I couldn’t be happier with my dress and the time I had at bespoke.

First off I want to say that Jenn is seriously AMAZING l! She was SO helpful and never once did I feel pressured! She was so patient with me the whole time when I felt like I was never going to be able to make up my mind. All the dresses are so beautiful and the samples are kept in tip top shape! Bespoke Bride made my wedding dress experience absolutely perfect!Jen was the sweetest and made me feel so comfortable, I felt like we had known each other for years after 5 minutes of talking with her! I was very nervous about trying on dresses and she did everything to make me feel comfortable and like I looked beautiful in every one I put on. She also went out of her way to give me advice when I asked for her honest opinion and helped give me clarity as I had 9 peoples opinions coming at me. Jen was also great at reminding me to take champagne and snack breaks in between trying on the dresses. OH, and the DRESSES!!! They have amazing dresses, and in the designers they choose are great! Even though it wasnt my style for my wedding I got to try on one of my favorite Hayley Paige dresses and it was a dress up dream come true. Jen also completely understood the vision I had for my dress and my wedding, we were on the same page the entire time, including, completely respecting my budget. Plus, she made sure that I tired on ones that werent what I was originally thinking for my day to ensure I got to look at all styles. The dress I picked out is perfect for my wedding day and I couldnt have asked for a better experience when it came to picking it out - I truly felt like a princess that day. I would absolutely recommend Be Spoke Bridal to anyone looking for a wedding dress. They made my experience SO perfect. The week leading up they texted me asking me question to make sure they were 100% ready for me. When looking at dresses Jenn kept them in my price range and NEVER tried to over charge me or put me in difficult financial decision. She was the sweetest person to work with. She asked me questions about my life as well told me about her and make it so meaningful and personal! Needless to say, I LOVE IT!!

Just picked up my dress and I am so excited. The entire process has been so easy. I was nervous based on all the shows and hype for wedding dresses, but they have made it really fun. They do a good job of being there for questions but not too involved and over bearing. I loved all of the accessories and veils that had to try on for options. Jenn has been amazing and very organized in recommending vendors as well.

Amazing experience at Bespoke! Jen and her staff are so kind and they make the whole experience feel very personalized. The prices are reasonable and you dont feel like you are getting a sell. The other bonus is that you can get the mens gear all dialed in at Bespoke as well, even for out of towners, which saves so many headaches.Ive sent two friends to Bespoke so far and will continue to do so. I can recommend Bespoke for SO many reasons! Looking for a place with anything from boho to full ballgown? Bespoke! Looking for a shop with a full range of pricing options? Bespoke! Not have anyone in town to go with and just need to try on some dresses? Bespoke! You get the picture...I had such a great experience with Jenn and cannot recommend the shop enough. She stayed within my price range (warning me before letting me try something on that was way outside of what I had told her) and gave great suggestions for alternative dresses based on what I liked/didnt like.I went in by myself and expected to just learn more about what styles I did/didnt like. I ended up purchasing the first dress I tried on, though there were other great contenders. I cant wait to go back for alterations because of how wonderful the Jenn & her shop are.

So SO fun. Beautiful shop with tons of different styles, Jenn is so sweet and helpful! The first dress she picked out for me was the one I ended up getting, and they have an in house seamstress. Definitely would recommend.

The bespoke team was AMAZING!! She helped me make sure that I stayed in my budget, and once she got a feel for what I liked she picked out a dress that was in my top two! I think she helped me try on around 15 dresses ( they have a lot of GORGEOUS dresses) and was wonderful the whole 3 hours that I was there! I would highly recommend the Bespoke team!!

I traveled from Alaska, kind of going in blindly in hopes of finding my dream dress. Upon arrival, the location is beautiful and they have the most friendly staff to help you find your perfect dress! After searching other places I couldn’t quite find “the one” until I went to Bespoke! Their dresses are very organized and their shop is very adorable. It had lots of space for me and my family. The staff went above and beyond to help me find my dress and get it ordered in time! I highly recommend adding this gem to your list while wedding shopping. :)

Absolutely loved going to Bespoke Bride! Found my dream dress after shopping in Sacramento, San Francisco, and Los Angeles, California. Came looking for a particular dress that arrived the day of my appointment. Thankfully, Jenn opened the box and I got try on the dress and I absolutely fell madly in love with it. Besides that, they have beautiful dresses and the showroom was comfortable, elegant, and delightful. Additionally, I got custom alterations to the dress that Jenn made possible. I would recommend Bespoke Bride to any bride shopping on the West Coast. I can attest they are the best and the experience was everything I could have dreamed of!

They where so professional! Myself and wedding party members where treated with such respect. We laughed and had so much fun as we tried many dresses. I found a dress but was unsure. We left to go to another appointment at another store. The moment I walked into the other store I knew I was at the wrong place. Within one hour I was back at Bespoke and bought my dress. I thought I should go to at least 4 stores before deciding. I went back to Bespoke twice that day and knew this was the place and this was the dress after I got to try the dress on one more time along with one more dress. Similar dresses but chose the second one on the second visit. Loved the store, the staff, the ambiance and the dresses.

Bespoke Bride is not only such a wonderful atmosphere but also their staff are some of the kindest, most helpful people I have ever met. I scheduled a Classic appointment with them right as they reopened during Phase One of the COVID pandemic, and they were so organized during a time that is SO stressful. When I thought I had to cancel last minute because of a potential exposure they were very understanding; then when I realized it was a false alarm and wanted to keep my appointment, even more last minute, they still were so patient with me and allowed me to keep my spot. AND it gets better. In all of the other appointments I had with different shops, they tried to sell me on the dress and make the typical crying for the right dress moment without it just being natural; Bespoke didn’t do that, my stylist was so sweet and patient, and never tried to sell me on anything. She was respectful of my budget and never went over. I seriously recommend checking them out before any other shop in the bend or Portland area, they have a wide variety of styles and prices, with great sales!!

Had such a fun experience at Bespoke Bridal finding my dress! I was super nervous, but the owner Jenn was so sweet, helpful, and made me feel comfortable with no pressure since it was my first time trying any on. I was able to find a dress that I fell in love with, within my budget, and bring it home with me the same day. Not only did Jenn help me find my beautiful dress, she even asked what else I still needed for my special day and helped connect me with an amazing photographer on such short notice!
