I had almost given up finding my mother of the bride dress for my daughters wedding! Was thrilled to find a $300 dress. I went to pay for it and it was on special for $40 I was a happy girl.

I went in to find my wedding dress without a real idea of what I wanted. The staff was so friendly, made me feel extremely comfortable, and helped me find my perfect dress!!! I had the most wonderful experience I could have asked for. Can’t recommend enough!!

I went to Cordially Invited after seeing them at the local bridal show. The moment I walked in, I became even more excited. There were so many dresses in one place. Vicki was absolutely amazing to me. She sat down with me and I showed her my dress inspiration. Vicki then went right to the most beautiful dress and showed it to me. It was perfect! It was so exciting going through all the dresses and finding a few others to try on. I ended up picking the dress Vicki originally showed me. Vicki made everything so exciting and was very positive. I would recommend this store to everyone! In fact, my sister went the next weekend and found her dream dress as well! Vicki did well with staying in my budget and not being pushy in any way. It was a pleasure.

I absolutely loved my experience here. When my family and I first went gown shopping, everyone extremely helpful here. We were able to drink mimosas, relax and have a beautiful experience with out and ounce of stress. The seamstress here is also incredible. She altered my gown, as well as my sisters, bridesmaids, and mothers. Everything is completed very quickly and exactly how you envision your gowns/dresses. Im so happy with everything here, and I definitely recommend other brides to come here too!

Better late than never! I got my dress last March from them and just got married this past October!! It was the best experience ever! Jordan was so sweet and made me feel so great about myself and my dress. I was so unsure about what I wanted when I went in and I was able to try on anything and everything. It was great! I also got my bridesmaids dresses from them and they were so cute! They were 4 way dresses so my girls could wear them whichever way was most comfortable for them! It was awesome! Great store with a huge selection and awesome people!!

Was very happy with my experience buying my wedding dress. The staff was super friendly, helped me and my made of honor the perfect dress, and any time I came in, they just made me feel beautiful, lucky and more excited for my wedding day! I would like to highlight though, that Shirley in alterations is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I cannot thank her enough for everything. I had originally just needed a bustle put in, as my dress fit perfectly. She however, asked me to come for a final fitting a week before my wedding just to make sure which I guess isnt customary when just getting a bustle done, but she somehow knew...that sure enough, I know longer fit my dress. A week before my wedding!! She was so sweet, stayed late to take in the sides and got me my dress in time. It fit perfectly! I felt like a princess on my big day, and is all thanks to the ladies here!

I had a wonderful experience here. It was the second shop I had went to. I got lucky and was the last bride of the day! When I first walked in there was a sign welcoming me and my family, which I found to be so sweet. They took my family into the back and got them situated. My consultant Vicki took me into a room and asked me a few questions like size, and what type of wedding I was having. She then went and pulled the dresses she thought I would like and man did she hit it out of the park. The other consultants took a moment to come and see how things were going, and offered wonderful words. I was absolutely in love with the all dresses I tried on, especially the first three. Of course I went with the one that made us all cry! Even Vicki got teary eyed. She let me put the dress on twice and took the time to button every button and tie a beautiful bow. I never felt rushed, I felt like I was important. Everything was so comfortable and their selection was fantastic, even for a girl my size (18). I loved the whole experience and I would highly recommend them.

Jordan was amazing! She had my room ready with wedding dresses similar to the photos I emailed her prior to my quest for a dress. We ended up going with a completely different dress. It was so much fun trying on a bunch of dresses with her. Everyone was friendly and what a collection of dresses they have! My experience was perfect. And in the end I said, yes! to a dress. :)))))

We went it this evening about 45 mins before they close and they stayed open until 6 just for my fiance. She tried on 6 dresses (I only saw 5) and they were all gorgeous. The lady helping us was so warm and welcoming. She spent the entire time with my fiance working with her to find the perfect dress and they found it!! I love these ladies!!! Two years ago I purchased my Wedding dress here, and they were absolutely amazing! It didnt take long to find the perfect dress with them. They were so honest and professional it was such a breathe of fresh air!Then recently, I called to get a formal gown for a holiday party (last minute) and they remembered my name and were so accommodating! They stayed after hours to help me and already had about 25 dresses waiting for me when I got there. They were so patient. They are even are doing the alterations on rush to make sure that I have my dress in time. They have the best staff, elegant dresses and are SO AMAZING!!! Thank you, Vicki and Jordyn! I truly appreciate you ladies and will be back for more formal event dresses!

I went to Cordially Invited after visiting two other bridal stores in town. I walked in completely overwhelmed after trying on a number of dresses but not finding the one. I was immediately greeted and so well taken care of. The owner of the store helped me into every dress and let me take my time deciding between each one. I was very impressed by the dress selections and professional staff and walked away with a wedding dress! Ive worked in the wedding industry for a number of years and would happily recommend them to anyone.

I walked in on a Monday night searching for a dress to replace one I had previously ordered online. I didnt have an appointment and was from out of town and the store was closing in an hour. Despite this, I was taken care of and found a stunning dress! Such helpful and friendly staff. I wouldnt recommend going in without an appointment, but for them to be so helpful and patient was great. Highly recommend!!

After a bad experience at another bridal shop I called cordially invited. I expected that because it was after 4pm on a Saturday I would need to make an appointment for a different day but was surprised to hear Im welcome to come in and they would stay past closing if need be to help me find a gown which right away was amazing. When I walked in there I was greeted and told her what I wanted. Right away I was taken to numerous dresses that were all exactly what I liked. The lady spent almost 2 hours with me even after her shift ended and I had a blast! She treated me like a princess and I felt very comfortable. I left in tears very happy with my experience. These ladies know what they are doing! Surprised they arent rated 5 stars! Wil update review after my dress gets cleaned before my wedding. Dont go anywhere else!

Had an amazing experience at Cordially Invited. I walked into the store with no appointment, only to look at wedding dresses. Vicki came along and the next thing you know, I am trying on wedding dresses. They have an amazing selection, by far the best in central Oregon. I tried on about 4 or 5 dresses, Vicki helped me find the dress that was perfect for me! And I said yes to the dress! I couldnt be happier with my choice! I had the BEST time here! Brought in my mother and sister for a first time look at a few bridal dresses. Vickie was extremely helpful and pulled a ton of dresses for me that were AMAZING just from a few simple questions about my style. I came back today after putting a few possible dresses on hold and ended up finding “the ONE!”They accept walk ins and don’t charge for an appointment.Such a beautiful selection with outstanding prices as well. I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Cordially Invited. I went in somewhat skeptical as I was struggling to find the dress and ended up finding a number of dresses I absolutely loved. I worked with Vicki who is the sweetest woman ever and was a complete delight for my whole experience. My experience was not the greatest at Cordially Invited. I came here because I have heard good things in the past from a past bride. My situation was different. I walked into my 10am appointment and got asked Can I help you? I had said I had an appointment and the lady gave me a very confused look. She then got on the phone and called a gal named Darcy, who was supposed to be there for my appointment. Darcy came 20 minutes late for the appointment and when she got there, she put me in a dressing room that seemed like a storage unit. Lots of mannequins and little kids tuxs and nowhere to hang the dresses. This was my first appointment on trying on wedding dresses, and an experience that is supposed to be magical, was far from that.

Ive been engaged for a long time which translates to plenty of time to shop around for *the dress*. Ive probably tried on every dress in every shop in Bend and a few in Redmond! I keep coming back to Cordially Invited. They have the most inventory in stock so you dont have to wait 6 months for your dress to be made, they have dresses in absolutely every price range PLUS! They let you finance your dress! Not to mention they do alterations on site and carry every accessory you might need. And if that werent enough, the staff is spectacular :). They genuinely care about your story and vision and will tirelessly tear thru every dress in stock to find the absolute perfect dress. I just cant say enough about this place. I recommend Cordially Invited to everyone!

Not the best experience. I was not the bride but the woman who was supposed to lead the appointment forgot about my friends appointment and was 20 minutes late. Once she did arrive, she didnt offer to help the bride into any of the dresses, called her the wrong name, brought dresses that didnt align with any of the brides ideal criteria and seemed very short with our group. The reason Im giving this two stars is because there was another woman with short grey hair and glasses who was SO sweet. She actually seemed to care that we were there.

Vicky was very helpful. she answered my many questions about different fabric and accomodated a last minute appointment. I went to three shops and she was by far the friendliest and most helpful. I also had a dress altered there a few years back after price shopping around and it was perfect.

I had a great experience at Cordially Invited! Vicky was a huge help and really took the time to help me find the perfect wedding and reception dress. Cordially Invited was my first (and last) dress shop that I went to and I couldnt be more happy with the service I received.When I walked into the shop my family and I were greeted in a friendly manner after which Vicky took me aside to ask what I had in mind as far as my dress. I went in with a few general ideas but was not set on one specific style so we went to work and tried on several different styles. With each dress I tried on I felt that Vicky really took the time to listen to what I liked and didnt like and after about 7 or 8 dresses we finally found the one! I cant wait to go back and look for bridesmaid dresses. Thanks again for making this a great day for my family and I!

Looked like there was a good selection of dresses, but we didnt get the chance to look more closely. The sales girl was friendly and greeted us right away, but the consultant she called out was incredibly rude and unwelcoming. She started out curt, and when I said that my wedding was more than a year out, I had JUST started looking at dresses, and we (my mom and I) just wanted to look around, she became even more so.She explained pointedly that well, people usually call ahead to make appointments, but... youre here now... When my mom asked, so, she cant try anything on? the consultant responded with a terse ...she can look and a sour expression. (There was NO ONE else in the store, so its not as if we were taking her away from other clients. My fiances sister told me later that she had received the same treatment.) We left immediately after that and went to Bend Wedding & Formalwear, where we found a great selection, a wide range of prices, and friendly and helpful staff.

Once I knew our wedding was going to be in Bend, I called in the morning and made an appointment for that afternoon to try on dresses.Jordan took my information for likes and dislikes over the phone, and when I showed up for my appointment Vicky had already pulled dresses they thought I would like.I probably tried on 7 dresses and easily found the one I loved in my first visit! I couldnt be happier. They were very welcoming, professional and listened to my needs/wants.Prices were great too!

I had wedding dress shopped in Portland and all over Central Oregon, and I found several dresses I liked and had positive experiences, but none of the dresses had quite the it factor that I was envisioning. Then I stepped into Cordially Invited and something magical happened. I had made an appointment in advance, and as soon as I walked in, Jordyn greeted me with a smile and she had a genuine interest in helping me find my dress. From there we laughed like old friends and tried on several different dresses. Before that. she told me to look around and see if anything pops out at you. So I found one, took a note as to where it was, and then she said I have one dress that I think would be perfect. Low and behold, it was the same dress. We saved it for last because we had a feeling and it was THE dress. I ended up coming back with my future mother in law, my mom and my sister, and I got to say YES TO THE DRESS. Jordyn is amazing, knowledgeable, so much fun, and not pushy, and while she did sell me the dress, she feels more like a friend than a salesperson. The highest of praises to her- Im so happy and so thankful for such an easy, happy and genuinely fun experience.

The lady doing alterations is rude and incompetent. How do you charge my fiancé $100 after YOU ripped her dress Shirley?? And not to mention the other charges that you came up with after the dress had been paid for in full. Terrible service and would not recommend you to anybody. Other employees are kind and helpful but due to Shirley i cannot give this business more than a one star review.

Horrible customer service. I went in about a week ago to look at the options for wedding dresses. My friend and I were there for about 20 minutes without any one coming up to us. We saw two ladies in the back but no one to greet us. I have heard so many good things about this place but my experience was terrible.

My daughter purchased a wedding gown here and was frustrated that it was not ordered when they said it would be. I though it was a fluke and gave them a second chance with a purchase of a brides maid dress for the same wedding. I was helped by a sweet young lady, she took down my information by hand on a form (completely manual system?), took my $100 deposit and told me to come back in 2 months to pickup. I called at the beginning of the 2nd month to find they had no clue who I was and they never placed the order for a dress that was needed 3 weeks later. Too late to find a replacement with them, almost too late to find a replacement at all. Disorganization? Manual system that is not consistent for employee use? In both of my instances large amounts of time to track down sales tickets and information were needed. You are providing huge ticket items for what can be one of the most important days of someones life. This is very careless treatment.I am editing to address your response. My daughters wedding dress was not ordered when she was told by your employee that it would be. We didnt manufacture that order date. When I called to find out what happened, the paperwork had to be found, was in the wrong place, apologies were made and it was ordered that day. Luckily she checked in or we may have missed that order as well. When I called in for the update on the bridesmaids dress and found that my order had been misplaced altogether, that showed more to me than a mistake. That is poor order management.
