Great experience. I was writing the Oregon timber trail and had a bike failure. They were super helpful able to help me quickly and get the specialized part that I needed. Best of all they had it done quickly and very inexpensively. If I lived in Bend, Id buy a bike here.

This is an amazing shop Ive bought all 3 of my trials bikes threw them and there service couldnt be better shipping is fast and the bikes are built up with excellent quality i would recommend this shop for people who want to get into trials riding there is few places to get these bikes and im glad its a shop in my home state I couldnt be happier with my purchases from webcyclery

This is Bend’s best bicycle shop HANDS DOWN! Kevin and Todd, along with their amazing staff, maintain a retail shopping and service provider that is an exquisite example of exciting excellence! Because they are located in the Old Stone Church on Franklin St. it makes them adjacent to the central part of town and is easily accessible with plenty of parking and a beautiful interior layout with stained glass and sweet bicycles. My husband was traveling home from a long cross country business trip and arrived home on May 25, a Saturday evening, within one hour of his arrival Shannon drives into our driveway with his repaired mountain bike which he wanted to ride on Sunday. I crashed my bike a week ago and knocked my rear derailleur a little out of alignment. I stopped by WebCyclery this morning to get it checked out. Julie put my bike in the stand, aligned the derailleur hanger, made a few other adjustments, and had me back on the road in a half hour. Nice to have my smallest cog back. Excellent service and nice location in an old church building.

Good knowledge, fast service. For the most part these guys know their gear. Sometimes you have to ask several questions to get the full picture. Ill still go to them when I need to. Generally, they arent the friendliest but as long as youre not a whiner they treat you right.

I hardly ever bother to write reviews but Im just incredibly impressed with the guys over at WebCyclery.I had to leave one. Ive been in a few times to check out what they had in the store and they were always friendly and helpful without being overbearing. I usually do all my own bike repair... except for wheels... and after breaking a spoke the other day I decided to give them a try.Not only was i lucky they had the oddball spoke I needed but I dropped the wheel off late on Friday afternoon and had it back Saturday morning... plus they even cleaned my cassette and gave me some pointers for doing a better job of cleaning my drivetrain. This compared to another shop that replaced a spoke on a different wheel for me and didnt even bother to make sure the bladed spoke was aligned properly.I had heard good things about them before and glad I gave them a try, definitely my go to shop in the future and the one I will recommend others to.

Top-notch bike shop in a ridiculously cool old church. Service is excellent and the staff knows their stuff better than most.

I hated my shimano shifting and WebCyclery worked with me to put some SRAM Red on and it is AMAZING. Shannon was fabulous to work with and called me every time there was an issue. Retrofit is a complicated process and WebCyclery was wonderful. Courteous, humble and patient: A GREAT bike shop!!

Great people! Came in with minor mishap while leaving town on a trip. They fixed me up in minutes and didnt even charge me. Just told me to support my local bike shop. I do, will, and hope this promotion does well by them.

I broke one of my skate boots at USCSA Nats last week and needed to get it fixed for an upcoming race. We brought it into Webskis and they popped a new peg in for free. They also lent our team a tent for the last race. Great guys, great shop.

Best shop in terms of service and staff by far

Me and a friend went to Web Cyclery during our mountain biking road trip. Gilad and Geoff at Life Cycles in Eugene (another great shop) recommended we go to Web Cyclery. I was replacing a broken chainstay in the parking lot in front of the shop, and I ran into a few issues where I needed a tool that we didnt bring on the trip, and the guys inside were very helpful and kind. They even stayed a bit past closing to help us out. In return, we scoured the shop for various things to buy, like gels and maps. Check this shop out!

I have two bikes, my skate skis with boots, and various other smaller items from Kevin at Webcyclery. I have also used them for repairs on bikes and skis with great results. They have always given me a great price with a great product...I love these guys. I highly recommend them! By the way, why doesnt everyone own a Scott Adict CX cross bike? Funnest ever!
