My wife and I bought Interceptors a year ago. I had to order mine and while I waited for my new Interceptor, Pedego Bend made sure I had a bike to ride when I needed one. Their customer service has been outstanding from day one. Scott and Ryan and the team are exceptional at making sure you are happy. I am learning that is just the Pedego Way. An amazing tour around Bend. Scott was great telling us about the history of Bend and the surrounding area. He even let us stop at Silver Moon Brewery to recharge. The bikes were well maintained, and using the ebikes were incredible!

Great rental place! The staff were helpful to show us how the bikes work, tips and even a route around beautiful Bend! Bikes lasted well over 5 hours! and price was reasonable.

I purchased my Pedego Interceptor Platinum in Orange County, California. But after riding it for a short while, I realized I was working way too hard for this being an electric bike. After traveling up to Bend, Oregon on a road trip, I voiced my concern to Scott at Pedego, Bend, who was most helpful. He offered to swap out the type of sensor that was on the bike for a different type that was easier to pedal. Richard was the awesome mechanic that made the swap. These two made my day! I highly recommend this store...Scott and Richard will definitely take care of you!

We had the very best rental experience thanks to Richard at this wonderful bike shop! We have rented bikes in Boston, San Diego, Washington DC, Denver, San Francisco, and Maine over the last six months and must say that the customer service at this shop was the best we have ever received! I rode a brand-new Pedego city commuter for two days and it was absolutely phenomenal! The power and battery life cannot be matched! I would not have been able to enjoy the beautiful mountainous rides in the Bend, Oregon area with my husband and daughter if not for the pedal assist bike. Although I cycle an average of 100 miles per week on a hybrid bike in our home state of Ohio, which is relatively flat, the Pedego bike is now on my list of must-haves! Both the shop and the bike are top notch in my book... far superior to other manufacturers I have tried!

Amazing staff and incredible talent. I have had two different (street and dirt) bicycles tuned up and repaired by the staff at this location and I cannot possibly compliment them enough. Not only are they kind but they know what they are doing. I have long given up on my bicycle functioning properly after having it tuned up and repaired twice elsewhere in town but after a tune up in Pedego located in Bend, OR my bicycle rides as if it was brand new!I could ask for nothing more, but on top of that the staff is amazing, kind, personal and incredibly knowledgeable. So if you happen to be looking for a tour or bicycle ride around Bend or perhaps just need to have your own personal bicycle tuned up or repaired, I would highly urge you to look no further.Jonah S.

Excellent customer service, very knowledgeable and friendly store. Scott helped me choose the perfect bike for me, made sure I was comfortable with all of its features and then set me up with accessories to make my ride even more comfortable! Richard and Ryan are knowledge, humble, and helpful. I appreciate their genuine desire to get people on 2 wheels. The world is a better place when you visit their shop, regardless of whether you rock the e-bike or not.

Few businesses in all of Oregon come even close to matching the excellent customer service of Pedego Bend. Their products and service are great. Before I took my bikes home, Richard gave me so much practical advice about our bikes, as well as riding around Central Oregon.

We had the greatest! time renting bikes today, Pedego had awesome customer service and were just down right friendly! We will defiantly be back with friends and family to rent bikes and hit the town and/or mountain! 😀
