I try not to need the muffler shop much, but when I do, this is the only shop I let work on my vehicles. They do top notch work at fair prices.

Had an exhaust leak and a chronic rattling in my exhaust as well. I was told the break could be fixed, and it was, as well as the oil change in less than an hour. They inadvertantly fixed the rattle as well! The price was amazing! Would recomend to anyone.

I got my car inspection done here the other day. It was very affordable and they gave friendly service. I can back a couple days later to have the things fixed that failed inspection. They had the repairs done and ended up charging me way less than they were going to because they didnt actually have to fix something they thought they were going to fix. I appreciated the honesty! (I also left my wallet in there when I dropped my car off and they walked out to the parking lot to return it again.) I definitely plan to go back to them for my inspection next year!

Good work, seem like a fun bunch of guys and get me in and out quick and for a reasonable price. Top notch exhaust work. Not a lot of good old school independent shops around any more like this, but Im glad I found them.

These are my go to guys for auto repairs. If they cant fix it then they know who to take it to. They are very knowledgeable and always answer my questions. Definitely recommend this place.

Went for an inspection for my car. Quick and friendly service!

Took my van in for an exhaust repair and they told me the whole system needed to be replaced (even the less than year old muffler) and quoted over $600. Called Midas Mufflers in Lees Summit and they did exactly what we asked and only charged us $150.

Went in for inspection only paid 12 dollars and did not have a long wait also did not have to make appointment

John and Jeff have always done me right with all of my vehicles. There were times that I thought something needed fixed, took it in, fully expecting to owe them $300-$500 to replace something, and they would take a look at it and let me know that something was just a little loose and just needed tightened and that I didn’t owe them anything for that. So many other mechanics would have just replaced the part and charged you for it and not been honest at all about it, but that’s what I appreciate about NCC...honest, reliable mechanics that do what’s best for the customer, not their pocketbooks.

Great customer service! All around a friendly establishment. A little on the $$$$ side. I understand businesses need to make money but $600 for a front brake job with floating rotors--I can go either way on that. Ok, Ill make it a 4 star!The gentleman did do me a favor and got me in on a Saturday and back out before noon. Like I say, great service, just a little pricey.

I have never had such an honest, affordable, and all-around nice experience. They do not take advantage of people! I had other estimates at other places and these guys told me what was wrong,.....and what WASNT wrong, that another place had tried to over-quote me for. I am so happy and will recommend and use them whenever I need anything their shop can offer :)

When I moved here from Kansas I took my vehicle here to have it inspected in order to get it titled and tagged in Missouri. Very thorough and well done. Nice folks to deal with and Ill be back for other things.

My van was repaired at another shop, through no choice of my own....they gave me a long list of things that had to be repaired. I took it to NCC, ...they went over my car from front to rear... and from top to bottom,..... and could not find anything wrong that the other place said needed fixing. Im an elderly woman, and at NCC they take good care of my van, they do not treat me like Im stupid, and they treat me with dignity & respect....I LOVE THESE GUYS.....they are the best, and so honest. my van is running great. SO IF YOU ARE AN ELDERLY PERSON AND NEED AN HONEST MECHANIC...THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO.

Pretty stand up guys, used them a few times seem to be fair. Had a vehicle that wasnt going to pass inspection due to an exhaust leak, they helped me to repair it without to much excess cost and repaired it while it was already on the lift. I was able to get a passed missouri inspection before I left.

Had some exaust work done by NCC Muffler and Break. They did and awesome job. They got me right in and also did it $70 cheaper than I was quoted by other muffler shops. I highly recommend these guys for any automotive work.

NCC usually comes through for me when it comes to muffler repair and state inspections. I did however have a muffler repaired a couple years ago and every time I tell them it rattles at stop signs they look at it and tell me it doesnt... Apparently Im imagining it. That being said my other vehicles have never had a problem after visiting here.

Fast & Friendly service!!! Stopped in today even without an appt for a State Vechile Inspection. I was in & out in less than 30 minutes!!! And, it was on a Saturday morning!!!

I was surprised this morning to get a call from someone at NCC Muffler wanted to speak to me wanted to know why I gave them a 1 star rating. Now the one star might be done by mistake but based on the call that I get and the demand by the person that I fix it and give 5 star rating was very unprofessional and so too was the response from the owner, for that reason I will be leaving the 1 star rating. Next time you dont call a customers and demand a rating that you think you should get. Very poor judgment in your response.

After having a bad experience at another shop yesterday moring. Had a 830 appointment, got there at 836 to wait for 10 minutes till i got serviced. Then the guy told me i was too late and he didnt have any time to inspect my truck before his nexy appointment.I called these guys, he told me to come on over and he could get to me asap. After 5 minutes of being there, they started my inspection. They completed the inspection in 12 minutes and was out the door. Huge help in getting my truck tagged last minute!

This place is a joke. I needed my Cat Converter replaced and they quoted me some outrageous price and then said I needed to fix all this other stuff before they would do it.Then they basically ran me off.I got my cat converter replaced else where and my van runs like a champ now. Dont waste your time with this place.

Ive brought 2 cars here and both experiences were very pleasant. The pricing was great, employees were very friendly and helpful, and the wait was short even when they were understaffed.

NCC was awesome! They went out of their way for us in an emergency situation. Dont think twice just trust them. Take my word, we are very frugal!!!

Went here to get my a/c looked at and they told me I needed a whole new compressor and condenser and it was going to cost well over $1000 then when I got home my battery was dead and my car wouldnt start. I called them they came and got it took it back to the shop and then told me I needed a new battery on top of it. I took it to Jims muffler down the street and they told me something completely different. I had a bad alternator and all I needed was freon in my air conditioner cost me 400 bucks total. This place is a scam I will never go back.

I call this location to get a price quote on getting my caliper replaced on one side. The sway bar links on both sides. I was quoted a fairly high price but I was told I might need breaks on both sides even though the issue was just on one side so I had my truck towed there for repair. Later that day I got a call stating the cap on my rim is broken and it was like that when it got there which was a lie. So I ask how did the tow truck break my rim when no one even touched my rim. The person that called basically was lied to by his worker and in return lied to me. So we came to an agreement they will pay for my cap. Then I get my truck back with brake fluid all over my engine and my window looked like they scratched it in spots this was just an overall bad experience. Also my brakes still need work because my master Cylinder is bad now at least thats what they said.
