State inspection was due on two of our vehicles, so both were taken to Kwik Car separately, both were said to have the same problem . . . Amazing. The first was a garage kept truck with expensive year old wipers that ware said to be peeling, even though it had no sun exposure and was only driven 700 miles since being last inspected, at which time just a day prior the wipers were installed. The other pickup had the same problem and the wipers were working fine last week in the rain, but were again inspected as being bad, by the same service tech. This place cannot be trusted as they are charging drivers $46.00 for wipers that are NOT NEEDED. This place has become a RIP-OFF to it’s customers, refusing to provide a passing inspection without a sale. Beware of doing business at this location.

A neighbor just posted on Nextdoor the this shop took advantage of a college student, female, with a lie about service she needed. Thank goodness her parents stepped in by a second opinion; nothing is wrong with her car. I will never use their services.

They seem to have a protocol to tell every person that comes in that they need an air filter change and a brake fluid flush, and its extremely overpriced. We went in for inspection and our air filter was still in top notch condition and they reccomended a change

I always have my cars inspected here, they are honest, quick and if something comes up I cant take care of myself I would definitely give them a shot.

I got my wipers changed, some bulbs and an inspection and they were super helpful with what my car needed to have fixed. Really friendly and honest, I’m not worried about getting overcharged or taken advantage of here.

Just went here for the first time for registration. Thought I would try it out because I also need a place to take my car regularly. As soon as I pulled in the guy was extremely rude. Continued to be rude the whole time I was there. They have roaches on their seats. Couldn’t even sit down. They mentioned I needed something fixed with my car. Which I totally would’ve have agreed to do. But after all of that I paid for my registration and booked it out of there. Will be taking my car somewhere else!

Would never use again. Very very slow and they skipped me for another car making my wait even longer. Use the Valvoline place in town they are so much better and faster.

I still had 1000 miles to go before oil change, and they let me know instead of doing needless maintenance. Very friendly and professional, I will definitely use them in the future.

Just like multiple other reviewers have said, if you go in for anything they try to sell you something extra whether you need it or not. I experienced it long ago and recently we forgot to warn a family member. They convinced them to buy a cabin air filter for $40 as part of the inspection. They shouldnt even be looking at the filter and you have to take part of the glove box apart to do it which was not authorized. I do not recommend due to their greed and will not use again.

I went here for an inspection. The guy failed my 6 month old windshield wipers and said if I buy his $29 wipers he would pass it(which is normal and I understand if they were actually bad). I took it to another lube and inspection.

I took one of my vehicles here and had no issues, the guy was great. The next day I took my other vehicle but had someone different working on my car. I gave him my vehicle for an oil change with no pieces missing and he lost a piece of my filter rhat helps to hold the oil pressure. He had no idea what the part was supposed to look like. Told us that he would have to charge us full price to fix it if we found the part for it. Also told us it wasnt his fault at all, even though we left our vehicle in his care with no problems and received it back with missing pieces.

Ive been getting my 3/4 ton Chevy truck serviced at Belton Kwik Car for about four years. I have always found them to be professional, courteous, and fast. Anyone who complains about the price must not have been to a dealer to get a service in quite a while. The price for the services is not cheap but neither is the quality of the service. They consistantly vacuum out my cab and leave it lookiing better when I drive off than when I drove in. Some people may not like that they know the scheduled services for the differential, transmission, etc. and dont hesitate to want to do the work, but again that is no different from the dealer service departments. I like the friendliness, speed of service, and thoroughness of the service.

***ATTENTION*** DO NOT GET YOUR CAR INSPECTED HERE!!! After getting my car inspected, I could not get my registration done online during this time of pandemic and couldnt figure out why. So when the registration office finally opened and we finally got an appointment, they told us we could not get it registered because Kwik Kar put our vehicle as a 2017 Dodge Carvan , when I have a 2007 Ford Edge. WOW!!!

I went there to get a oil change. All they wanted to do was up sale everything even after I told them I was unemployed. Then I was told that if i was there to get my oil changed that i wouldnt do the other work that the truck needed. I would recommend that you fine some other place to get your oil changed. Also their prices are a little bit more than I like to pay.

The first guy that came out was rude and talked to me like Im an idiot. Then I had to replace a wiper blade that was loose on one end less than an inch. I will not use this place again.

This place is quickly losing my trust! Asked for Full Synthetic oil change and tire rotation. Later guy comes in the waiting room and tells me my truck wont go on the lift because of my running boards. Then Im watching the guy through the window, he is spraying something from a can, sees me looking at him and stops. Had oil change on Saturday, checked my oil percentages in my truck on Monday morning and its @ 75 percent! Thats at less than 5 miles of driving my 2017 Silverado! I dont think I will be back !

My 17 year old went there today to get her oil changed. They totally took advantage of her. They charged her twice, first $40 for the oil service then an extra $39 for synthetic oil. Which came out to over $80 dollars. What did the first $40 cover? For a high school kid thats a lot of money. When we went down there to explain the charges. They were rude and basically said if you dont like it dont come back. Trust me WE WONT EVER GO BACK!!! There are many places that are professional and trust worthy. I suggest you save your money and headache and find a better place to do business.

Do not get your car inspected here . They will tell you that you need wipers everytime than charge you almost $40 for them !! Firestone is your best bet !

These guys always take care of me. Ive had a couple reccomendations to do other things but they never push. Ive asked questions and they are happy to explain their reccomendations. Customer service has always been exceptional.

I just went to this location not even an hour ago to get my inspection and the guy who did it pulled me out of the waiting room because he said he had to talk to me about my truck. He told me all my fluids were bad and that my engine was close to being ruined and unneeded to flush all of them. And pointed out that my transmission fluid was really dark and its supposed to be as clear as water and said of course that he could fix it all right now for me. Little does he know that I JUST got a tune up three or four months ago. So I called my mechanic and he immediately told me that he was just trying to scam me because Im a female and he thought he could trick me. Im seriously disgusted and I am never EVER taking my vehicle back here ever again. And Im going to advice everyone I know to NOT come here.

I went there to get my oil change for the first time and they only vacuumed the driver side and they could not reset my all games so the best one is in Waco Texas they vacuum the whole car and they reset my oil gauge I will be going back to Waco

I cant vouch for their other services, but they were very quick and very professional with me.Edit: Im docking a star because one of the techs tried to convince me to let them service the differential and trans fluid. To that guy specifically: bro, you work at a lube shop. You are never getting into my diff or trans. To anybody that receives this pitch, take that kind of work to a real mechanic or you may regret it.

Was lied to about extra services my car needed. A worker showed me some sludge in a coolant tester he said was my radiator fluid, and that you need it flushed now with the cold weather coming up. I declined because I recently had it flushed, and tested it when I got home. My radiator fluid was crystal clear. No washer fluid was put in either ... even though the receipt said filled. NEVER GOING BACK!

Apparently taking LITERALLY 20 seconds, IF THAT, to grab my wallet was too long for the seemingly head technician who felt the need to state it to my passenger while I went to grab it...saying I need to hurry up he has things to do....is that why when I left and came back no more than 2 minutes later hes sitting in the lobby intently watching tv? If theres things to do maybe the other 3 guys who are literally standing around looking bored out of thier minds cause Im the only customer can do these things thatso desperately need to be done that you felt the need make a rude and unprofessional remark to a customers party...cause you sure as hell didnt seem in a hurry when I came back in...forgot the tv made yall money not the customer...so deeply sorry for my intrusion into your reality veterinarian show:/

The absolute worst experience. My 16-year-old son went to get his oil changed. A week later his motor is blown. All of the oil leaked out due to an oil filter that was not properly placed. At first they accepted liability and offered to put in new motor. A few hours later they called and changed their mind. The absolute worst experience of our life. DO NOT GO THERE TO GET YOUR OIL CHANGED! They do not stand behind their work, and they do not keep their word.

$60 for a basic oil change. Trying to hustle me for more money to do more than I want to do.
