They were able to tell me estimates of how much the service would cost and gave me several options once they looked at my vehicle in order to work with me and my budget. I love supporting a local business and this is the place to go. Super friendly, super honest, and very timely. So happy with the service and will be taking all of our vehicles here from now on.

This was the second time I’ve take my car to Reasonable auto. The first time, he got me in the same day, fixed my car for a reasonable price. Most recently, I took my suburban in and he had the car inspected parts ordered and ready to be picked up within 24 hours of the car getting to him!When I first called, he was very open and honest that if I took it in he was about to shut the shop down for a whole week to give his employees a break. I really appreciated that they go the extra mile to do that for their employees! He said he would do everything he could to get it done before that, and he definitely did!When I picked it up and paid for it, I was shocked that it was 1/3 of the price that another shop had quoted me!

I took my car there because it would not start, so they replace starter, that didnt work. They said it there were many codes, so they replace sensors and now the bill is 500 and car does not start, then he tells me he thinks its the head gasket, by the time it was time to take car somewhere else. I took it to another mechanic and they fix it and not head gasket.

I have gone to Matt at reasonable auto 2 times for inspections both times I called ahead he said bring it in it would be a few hours then it was done in less than an hour he was thorough and I was very satisfied with his knowledge and abilities he is a very good mechanic honest and trustworthy. I also recommended him to my mom when her car needed some work done as well. She was also very satisfied with all the work he did. He called her to update her and let her know what her options were.

I had an exceptional experience with Reasonable Auto. My 94 Chevy Blazer wouldnt start. Even other service professionals mislead me but when I called Matt at Reasonable Auto, he was quick in his evaluation and knowledgeable and there was no guess work. I stood there while he assesed and fixed and best of all charged me hundreds less than expected!. He saved me a tow bill and was extremely fair. He even stiffed out another issue and quickly fixed it and made a recommendation for future maintenance without extra charge. I would normally be skeptical of this too good to be true experience, however this place is the real deal. Tax returns are coming and I will be sure to bring my households other vehicles to him. The main dude Matt up there is a good guy he cares about you and your car and the name doesnt lie he is completely reasonable with his prices and does good work.Not sure who it was but another guy that worked there made sure I knew that the people that did my oil change last (valvoline) never replaced my oil filter.Theyre just good people Im going to be sad when I move.

I was on a work related trip to Belton when my van began to act up. Concerned with my soon upcoming return trip to Chicago, I checked out the reviews for area auto shops. I ended up choosing Reasonable and now need to add a positive review of my own. The fellow was knowledgeable and courteous. Interacting with him, I felt he had a genuine interest in helping in my situation. This dude actually cared. Obviously, businesses exist to make money, but it was evident his primary concern was taking care of me. Payment was secondary. By the way, when the bill came it was quite fair. Some might say, Reasonable, even.

Had my over heating Ford Taurus checked at 2 shops who both said I had a broken head bolt gasket. The mechanic performed a test and determined this was not the case. They changed a small tube and even fixed an oil leak at no charge. They had me back on the road in a couple of hours at a very reasonable price! They definitely live up to their names. Thanks!

Should be EXTREMELY REASONABLE Auto! They just fixed what needed to be fixed, they were able to explain exactly what was wrong. Couldnt ask for more respectful and polite people. Theyll let you know if something needs to be done right away or if it can wait six months or so. Prices were reasonable and everything was done in a timely manner, I couldnt have asked for more.

Went in for an estimate, knowing nothing about cars. They got me in fast and they were done looking over my problem in a couple hours. Ended up not getting the repair because it was more than I expected, but turns out my car is old and the part was hard to change. Had to pay $45.00 just to get it looked over but they did hand up my rearview mirror. All in all very nice. Only con for me was their entrance/parking was tight.

This place is usually cheaper than anyone else,plus,I live close enough to his shop,I drop off my car he brings me home,calls me when its ready,and alot of times I tell him to bring it buy after work,its like when I was real young,the trash man would come open your garage door,pull the can out empty it,bring it back to the garage put it in and pull down the door,and when I memories of that,I realized what a nicer world we lived in,in the late 60s early 70s

This place was recommended to me by another auto shop that didnt have the tools needed to complete the job required. Basically a bolt was locked up on my thermostat housing causing my antifreeze to leak out, I pulled up like 30 mins to close, Matt jumped under it, and like 15 minutes later after a bit of a blow torch, and many turns of a wrech later, they had me rolling out. The service provided and the chill, positive, and out going attitude of all the guys at the shop is why I will always be bringing and recommending my family and friends to this wonderful business!!!!

Charged $450 for tune up. Then said head was cracked and wanted $2000 to fix it. Engine light came on immediately after leaving and truck ran horrible! Took to 2nd mechanic who found NEW SPARK PLUGS WERE WRONG KIND AND NOT GAPPED PROPERLY. NO CRACKED HEAD!!! Will NEVER go back to Reasonable Auto.

Dont let Mats friendly smile fool you. Took my sons car in to get a $45 quote on what needs to be done. Called me up and told me they had the issue narrowed down to a few things and that we were already in it for over $200 for work they didnt do saying they spent several hours on diagnostics. trying to say it would be another $200 to fix the horn. I was upset because I didnt agree to have them do any of the work so Mat said go ahead and come pick it up for $45. We went and picked it up and suddenly my sons AC was not working. My son took it back up there to ask them why it wasnt working and the big mechanic got in his face and yelled at him, told him to go away. The AC was working when we dropped it off. Also he told us over the phone that if we pay him the $200 for the work he supposedly did he would go ahead and pass its inspection. This car was no where close to passing inspection.

I just called to ask a question about the break down of charges. Matt was extremely rude to me and hung up the phone.I called back and got Dave on the phone.He said that I was a hostile customer. If I wasnt yelling or cussing and I was asking for a break down of charges. How is that hostile?They overcharged me to fix my airconditioner.They now charged $160 to change a battery in a car. Highway robbery. Dont use. Save your money. Apparently if one wants an explanation, they will just disconnect the call.Imagine if they made a mistake on your vehicle. Im sure it would be the same response.
