Scheduled next day appointment for an alignment fix. I dropped my vehicle off ten minutes before the appointment. They told me it would take about an hour so I walked to a nearby gas station to wait. I come back an hour later and they havent even touched my vehicle. I wouldve appreciated a courtesy call or something to communicate before I wasted an hour out of my lunch for nothing. Not professional. Big thumbs down. Will not be going back.

They were prompt my appt was at 8:30 they pulled my car in for an alignment at 8:32 and did a great job in about 40 mins.

Took a week to look at problem. Then charged $700 only to have the car overheat the very next day. Charged way too much for parts will not be going back there EVER. There are so many other shops in the area that do not treat customers as Pit Stop does. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Very slow and unfriendly. They replaced a part without speaking to us about it and charged us extra than quoted. We had no idea until we came back to pay and the price was over $40 higher than expected. Will not use this place again. Do not recommended.

First post I have ever made about any business, including where I am employed. Both times I have been in to Pit Stop I have been impressed with the speed of the work they do and the fair prices they offer. And to the post disagreeing with the dogs behind the counter, find something else to be irritated about. Did they impact your visit? Doubt it.

I walked in to see about getting an inspection. I was asked and gave my information; name, phone number and address. I was told 3:00 to 3:15 so I showed back up at 3:05. Suddenly my appointment wasn’t u til 3:30. It wasn’t that big of a deal but it has been a long day and I’m tired and cranky and just wanted to go home so I went a different direction and went to Behrend’s Auto where the staff is a lot more pleasant and there isn’t a dog behind their counter...

They replaced a lug nut stud that was broken on my daughter 2006 Hyundai. It took them 12 minutes and they only charged me $81.00. I went to Firestone in Raymore on Sunday and they told me it was going to cost $192 and take two hours. Thanks heaven that I went some place else. Thanks for the quick service and the reasonable price.

Once again Ron and the Pitstop crew have raised the standards for other automotive service centers!!!My father recently had a shop in olathe kansas that he had been using 20 years they estimated his repairs at 2500.00.I said no way!!! With me living out of state its hard watch over my family. I called Linda and scheduled at appointment for my father.Bottom line what the other shop had estimated was wrong , Ron made the correct repairs for under a 1000.00.
