We unexpectedly had to ship 22 boxes to CT on 6/29/21 because the mover canceled the job. The staff at this UPS provided us with helpful information and suggestions. When we finally brought in the 22 boxes the two gentlemen, Jake? and Doug provided the best service possible considering the size of load and circumstances. They were very empathetic and made a very stressful situation a lot easier. Could not recommend them enough, they are knowledgeable, kind, and reliable.

If you are doing an amazon return that isn’t a QR code GO BACK later if you see a guy named Doug there, in the past I only had to pay the 20c fee for printing. Ok fine. But he adds on $2.50 for the “computer time per hour” that takes him 20 seconds. Not cool Doug.Go back later in the day or a different day.

I shipped a package to my home in Dallas, TX from this Bellingham store. It contained over $200 worth of items and, although delivered, was left at my front gate and stolen. This is not the Bellingham stores fault, but Ive been trying to contact the store to file a claim ever since (for almost a month now) and the store manager has not returned any of my phone calls or responded to my emails. That is NOT good service!

Lack of communication from employees and insignificant care for customers leading to 9 packages being lost. I am moving accross the country and needed 90% of my personals shipped to me with a delayed start time. Two sehome employees ensured that I would be able to do so, however left before I was able to complete my mail out. Which lead to another employee sending all of my packages weeks earlier than I requested. UPS customer service was very unfriendly and unempathetic to help me. Ended up wasting 400$ in shipping money to have them returned to sender and reshipped out. Planning to use FedEx or USPS. I highly recommend that you choose another shipping service. I wish I had taken names of everyone but overall after 4 phone calls and many visits to the UPS office.Update: Thank you to Alex at Bellingham Sehome for reaching out to resolve my case. It is good to know that there are still some UPS employees that care for their customers...Update: Alex manage to navigate all 9 of my packages. Sadly, I learned that he is no longer at this location and I am STILL missing one of my large boxes for over a month...During this huge mess, I have shipped nearly twice as much freight though USPS and FedEx with no complications, no attitudes.

Got charged $5 for picking up my package. Was also lectured that I really should call ahead to make sure this location is a pick up site even though thats what they advertise 🙄My box was also damaged/crushed when I received it.I wont be returning.

They charge for every little thing. Fed ex store does not. The whole process was not user friendly at all. Spent a good hour just trying to figure out how to get a return shipping label printed.

When you tire of standing in line at the USPS, eagerly awaiting their terrible attitude/poor service combination, head over to this UPS store. Helping you package your item, printing labels, and answering questions are all done with kindness and efficiency. They never make you feel as though you have done something wrong for using their services like their Federal competitors do.

I don’t understand why they can qualify as a UPS store if they don’t honor the policies outlined and provided by UPS. Received an email stating someone other than the addressee could pick up a package addressed to me as long as they have the tracking number. Apparently not.. even with the tracking number & same last name. Also, they refuse to hold the package until you’re able to pick it up either, they just send it back. Follow simple directions outlined OR have the email confirmation sent to customers changed so they don’t WASTE their time.

We have had a box at the UPS store for 15 years. The service continues to be excellent. This is our mailing address. When we are in our second home we have the UPS store send us our mail. They do so consistently on a regular monthly schedule. Before they send our package, they remove all junk mail. They alert us when we have packages and can easily ship them to us wherever we are located. We travel a lot and feel secure having this UPS store take care of our mail. When we are in town, it is very convenient to send packages from there and they have a cute assortment of greeting cards if you need to send a card right away. I recommend using this store for your mailing needs.

We have been customers of this UPS store since they first opened. In all these years we have received thousands of envelopes, parcels and pallets each year and never, never have I received anything less than perfect service and perfectly attentive handling of my business and then always with a smile. The staff and management are first class: always and in all ways. They operate the UPS store professionally but above all that, they have angelic qualities and take personal interest in the well being of their customers. I am indebted to them and wholeheartedly grateful.

This UPS store is the best! I have been working with the staff there for the past ten years and have never had any cause for criticism. The staff are very friendly and obliging. They will help whenever they can and go the extra mile to be accommodating. The manager is well-liked and goes out of her way to give the service you require.

This UPS is the best I’ve ever been to. I was in the store everyday for about a year before moving away. The staff are amazing at customer service. Bobbi has done a good job at building her ship.Everyone is happy. Whether it was putting candy in my PMB or receiving large packages that sat for days at a time, they made me feel important.Good job guys!Miss you already.

This location charged $2 to print off a UPS label that I had purchased online. This was told to me after they printed. I will avoid this location in the future for all services other than drop-off of pre-labeled packages.

Their system was down for taking Amazon returns which didn’t already have the labels printed and rather than announcing it or putting up a sign they just allowed people to wait in a 20 min holiday line and then tell them sorry when they reach the front of the line. No apology. Poor customer service which hasn’t previously been the case.

Every time I go here the staff is helpful, kind, and patient with my questions. They always get my package out the door on time and help me with taping up the package and getting a protective label on it. I will always go here for any shipping needs!

This store screwed me so bad! In particular, Bobbie the manager/owner. I received a damaged item from shipping that I bought online. When the box came it was so damaged it looked like it was dropped multiple times. I started a claim to receive money to purchase a replacement for the part that was broken. The claim took nearly 6 months due to lost files, ignored emails and people being general slackers. This store never picks up the phone by the way. I have probably called this store 60 times with them picking up 5 times.After the claim was settled, they send out the check TO THE WRONG PERSON... to the online seller! Instead of sending me the check, since I started the claim, did all the leg work and have the broken item, they send it to the seller who decides to be super sleazy, keep it and end communications with me. So, the seller essentially got paid twice, $500 by me and almost $400 by Bobbie at the UPS Store. I get the shaft and the broken item. Somehow in their empty minds this makes sense.Do yourself a favor and use United States Postal Service. UPS Stores are individually owned, so its really up to the owner as to the service you will receive and this store doesnt care. Bobbie should be reaching out to make this right as she knows this is wrong, but instead does nothing.

On Saturday, August 4, at about 4:30 pm I walk in to this store with a small package in my hand that has a FedEx return label. I am waiting at the register, then some young guy behind the counter starts telling me, almost yelling, that we do not take FedEx packages here. He tells me this two or three times. I think he did not think I spoke English. He points to the label and says, it says right on the label. I look at what he is pointing at and he points at FedEx. What kind of treatment is this to a customer that has shipped numerous packages at this location in the past? This young man needs to be given directions on how to treat customers.

A worker tried to nickel and dime me for a piece of tape. Asked for an additional piece of tape for my package and the employee said they would have to charge. No thanks. I usually use the ups store on meridian and they’ve never charged me for additional tape.

I paid for the staff to pack an item that was dropped off at this store to then be shipped to my location in Albuquerque, NM. I interacted with management (Pam and/or Bobbie) for several weeks prior to this item being shipped due to finding the proper material and box to be used. I let them know that price wasnt an issue when it came to making sure this item was not going to be damaged during shipping. Sadly, it showed up bent in, parts broken off and a complete lack of fragile or this end up. I filed a claim with UPS and pretty much was denied since the shipment was shipped on MY ACCOUNT even though it was packed and shipped from this UPS Store. The cost to have this item repaired and back up to being useful was 6x the cost to have this item shipped and packed. DO NOT trust anyone from this location to pack ANY of your items. They will just cause you more frustration. Never Again!

This store has extremely bad management and broke our Christmas presents we sent our kids and we bought extra insurance. Cant call them cuz they dont answer the phone.. And 8 month later we still have no check even though they said it got approved 2 months ago!!! This is what our kids presents looked like when they opened them

Every time I have gone there they have seriously been amazing. I have been helped by a couple different people and I have always left less stressed then when I went in. Not kidding, I will be dreading going to mail something thinking its going to take a long time, its going to be frusturating, and im going to get angry. But then I am surprised when it is fast, easy, and calm. It is so convenient that they do UPS and USPS in the same location (especially when you are mailing back rental textbooks that require different mailing services). When you go to USPS, they are rude, impatient, and impersonable but I always feel calm and helped when I go to this UPS store. They offer up tape if you dont have any with you (unlike USPS who makes you buy a 4 dollar ream of tape for one package). They have even helped me pick shipping methods that would save me the most money. They are fantastic and as long as I am in Bellingham, I will use them for all shipping.

Bobbie from store# 5075 this is for you. They sent my package to the WRONG STATE! How do you manage to screw up that bad?!! Then after calling numerous times “Bobbi” decides to answer after the 20th attempt & says their is nothing she can do, AFTER the people from the 1-800 number specifically told me the claim would have to be handled with THIS store directly. Then gave me false details on the person who shipped the package. Thanks for the horrible service, I hope the people who received my VERY EXPENSIVE SHOES in Arizona, NOT CALIFORNIA, but Arizona enjoys them more than me.I really wish I could give you guys negative stars, too bad I can’t.-Sincerely, extremely upset customer.
