We are so happy we found Pantec. The facility is clean and secure, and came through for us when we were in a real pinch. Kelly, the manager, is super helpful, kind and friendly. If we need storage again, we will come back to this Pantec location. Highly recommend!

I love this place its always felt like family, till recently not sure whats changed warm. The hours could be better n prices Ive been looking around an seeing cheaper. Im not sure why I cant go to my storage anytime as long as theres a gate n u need a code.

By far the best storage facility that I have rented from. They were very affordable compared to other places in town. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a good place to store their stuff.

I would give more stars if I could!!!After a terrible experience with Public Storage, we called Pantec Mini Storage and luckily they had a space available for us.Once we arrived Diane went out of her way to help us. Her kindness and outstanding customer service turned our horrible morning around and made our day!

Its a nice place but when I got a call from them letting me know I forgot to pay for the month, I told the lady that I though I had prepaid for the month and she gave me so much sass about it and told me that I had prepaid the month before. She acted like I was trying to argue with her, I wasnt, Im just super forgetful. Other than that little hiccup, I like the place. Its nice and secure.

Excellent Facility and Staff!Ive rented all over the country and have dealt with all kinds.I am so glad Ive finally found a place where the staff are friendly and went above and beyond for my needs!The reservation process went exceptionally well and I was lucky to get the last unit! That says something for the quality of place this is..theyve got several propertys and people are sticking with them. I can say this is the best in Bellingham Wa!

I just rented a unit from Pantec Storage earlier today. I looked around in Bellingham and checked prices at several other places. I did like the place on Carolina St but it was a bit pricey. This place was good for the price and they had a good move in special which I took advantage of. The people there were very friendly and professional. This is only my first impression but it was an excellent one. I recommend this place.

Busy area on weekends but quite in weekdays. Local gas station and mini mall surrounds the mini storage. Facility looks secure and well kept.

Pantecs priority has always been customer satisfaction and relations. I have been a customer of Pantec for over 9 years and have always been satisfied with their management and customer service.Pantec contracts with a professional company for rodent control. On occasion, a customer fails to refrain from storing foodstuffs inside their units. Unfortunately, when a customer vacates a unit without informing the facility, this contributes to any problem that may exist inside the locked unit as the customer or one of their designee(s) is/are the only one(s) authorized to access their storage unit.
