I was having issue with a QR code for a package return snd the assistant manager wax completely unhelpful. I asked for her to write a note verifying I came in and attempted the retune with a date and time so at least I would be documentation that I had attempted the return and she refused. It’s not like it was any skin off her back, it just would have helped me with claim process if I didn’t meet the return by deadline. What happened to customer service? If a manager won’t take 60 seconds to scribble a note or send an email than they definitely won’t bend a finger for a bigger issue.Found out later that the proper protocol was for them to call the third party company that issued the QR code. When o left no one was in the store, she totally had the time to do her job and chose not to. I stayed polite the entire time, despite my frustration

I had to send a medium-sized framed painting home to Texas. I went to FedEx after getting a pricey quote from UPS. Much better price and the painting arrived well packed in perfect condition. Great staff! Im very pleased.

What a great shop! I have worked with them throughout my wedding ordering prints for invites and other things and they have been nothing but patient helpful and understanding. They have gone the extra mile to get my prints done as quick as they can and have had such great communication attention to detail

Cant praise the staff here enough. This review is for both their printing and shipping services.Had a massive project to get done and they were extremely fast, responsive and accommodating. The print jobs were exceptional quality, worth the price paid for them and more. The store has an exceptional collection of office supplies for professionals.For shipping, I received great assistance for a medical care package to be shipped internationally.

We had trouble loading passport photos taken at a shop after trying three times. We got frustrated and didnt know what to do next. Then we tried at FedEx on E. Holly in Bellingham and still were unable to load the photos. So we went back there told them the problem. It took them only a couple of minutes to figure out what the problem was. We then followed their instruction and tried again. PROBLEM SOLVED. It was a tremendous relief. We sincerely thank them (I wish we had their names)for their professionalism, patience, help, and skills. THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH.

There arent enough words in the dictionary for the incredible service I received today, 4/26/2021, at this FedEx location. I had ordered a 51-lb Flexispot exercise bicycle that needed to be returned. I was told by a Flexispot representative all I needed to bring the bike and the original packaging and FedEx would take it from there.I got the bike out of my car and rolled it into FedEx with the original packaging. At first I was told I needed to condense the bike to fit in the box. I did not have the upper body strength to get the wheels clicked back under it, nor to click the pedals down to fit in the box.Lynne (the store manager, I believe) and a customer service rep, Darren, worked their BUTTS off getting my bike back in the box what with trying to fit it back into the styrofoam puzzle. They are worth their weight in GOLD! I will drive the extra distance (I live Birch Bay, WA) to go to this particular FedEx next time completely because of their outstanding service.

Joe and his manager are sticklers on packaging. I thought I would ship here out of convenience on my errands but it ended up costing me more time. They wanted to charge almost another $10 to put my perfectly fine recycled package inside of another package with their logo on it.Their prices are also much higher than UPS and the like.

I was in today to pick up a rug that had been shipped to my former address by mistake. Things were a bit hectic due to the pandemic precautions being taken, and it took a while to sort out my incorrect address, but the employees remained calm and helpful, and attempted to communicate with each customer as soon as they came through the door. I think the Holly Street FedEx crew is doing an excellent job of making the best of working during a challenging time, and I thank you for your services.

This place is typically my #2 or #3 choice to ship from. The reason being that the staff have absolutely no customer service or communication skills and/or management does not empower them to do anything but work like robots repeating policies and rules that one is hard pressed to find any reason for. For example a box I was shipping was flagged as a risk because it had too much tape on it. Overall its only redeeming feature is its location and ample parking.

I took files for a business card I designed to these people to have some business cards printed for a client. They did a HORRIBLE job. Its $50 dollars to get cards printed there within 24hrs. Its done on very low quality card stock that is very flimsy. Worst of all though, these people have no idea what they are doing. You have to use a website that seems to only be accessible from in the store to order the cards. None of the customer side computers could run the site if you are trying to order custom business cards. They ALL locked up during the process. The employee side computers seemed to run the site fine, but the employees did not know how to use the site correctly would not admit it and would not let me help them. When I picked the order up, the cards looked like the files they had been printed from had not been correctly aligned to the template used on the website. Consequently, graphics that should have been outside the cut line were visible. To make it even worse, the cards had been cut with no regard for where the cut line or safety line should have been. So, the cards look very uneven. When I pointed this out to the employee I had been dealing with, they told me my files were set up wrong. I design things like business cards professionally. I know how to set up proper bleeds for printing. These files were just fine. I have had them printed before using a professional print house. The employee offered to reprint them if I brought back a correct file. Since the files were already correct, this was clearly not an option. This service is WAY TO EXPENSIVE for this kind of service. DONT USE IT!!!!

A friend of mine was made fun of by a couple employees at this location when they thought she was out of earshot. Apparently they found the #Resistance postcards & flyers that she was printing comical. Just because someone is printing something you dont agree with isnt call to make fun of a cause she feels strongly about. My husband and I recommend Threshold Documents in Bham for all your printing needs. Where they wont make fun of you when you are spending good money at their business just trying to do something for a cause you believe in.

Dont go here if you want help trying to manage the delivery options on an existing order. Apparently, the people in the store cant put a hold on a package, they can only handle new shipments. That is such a dissapointing customer service model, because I would rather talk to a person than be on hold for hours with the FedEx help call line. It would be so much easier if the store employees could help you with existing orders.

The staff here is excellent! Any problems Ive had here are related to FedEx nationally, not here specifically. For instance, they advertise that you can print from Google Drive but the hardware to do so rarely works properly. But Ive always received great customer service and advice.

All I tried to do was call the store for an estimate to ship something overnight, and never could get through to a real person. All of the robots I talked to needed tracking numbers to do anything and then told me to hang up, because all I needed was an estimate. Dont even bother.

Very helpful staff! There is plenty of self-service here but the staff are very friendly and knowledgable if you need them. The location is slightly inconvenient with a one-directional parking lot on a one-way street. Still, I prefer this place to big box office stores for printing needs.

My parents send a package to me or a regular basis, and they forever speak of Joe at this office and how nice he is. When I get the package which can be filled with my fathers Salmon canned by my mother in mason jars, I notice that everything is packaged with care and thought and I have never recieved anything that has been broken or damaged. But really what means alot to me is that my parents are happy and that someone is treating them well and not taking advantage of them in any way. They like Joe so much that my mother told me they gave him one of her famous mason jar canned salmon. Thank you Joe for taking care of them and treating them like they matter. I am not someone to normally write reviews but these guys have saved my ass so many times I felt the need to.If you need some printing done for a major event or project last minute these are your guys. Seriously, they are so accommodating, so helpful and so understanding. Turns out the campus print center cant get that important poster done on time? call them and they will have it done in 20 min. make a mistake on a print? they will let you know and let you get it reprinted free of charge.

Sometimes it seems like the younger workers get frustrated with the older workers and I can read their annoyance but instead of feeling sorry for the younger worker I think the younger worker is a jerk for not having patience with the older one. other than that, overall good experiences. One of the employees let me borrow their eclipse sunglasses when that was happening last year so that was super tight I dont think I would have been able to see the eclipse that day without that one employee. Anyways, BHam r00lz. Respect old people even if they go slow and ruined the economy.

Ten minutes to 5:00 PM... the hoards of mindless package senders are amassing inside the local Fedex office.I thought I might be waiting until the following day before there was an associate available to help me!Alas, Andrew and his team at the Bellingham location on Holly St., were literally running around the store sweating bullets to get everyones order in by the time the evening delivery truck was ready to leave. This was one of the busiest times Ive seen this location and Ive been using them as my main shipping supplier for about 3 years now. It has exponentially increased its proficiency and professionalism since Andrew took over.I cant say enough how awesome this team is: Ultra 10 stars if it was possible.

I went to ship a package today, and after looking at the box the associate decided he couldnt ship it for me because it wasnt corrugated and he refused to send it in the box I provided. The box WAS corrugated but the flaps are not so just looking at the outside you couldnt tell. I even put all of my upper body weight on the edge of the box and he said it was policy. now I havnt worked for fedex since 2009 but that was not policy when I was there.He of course offered to sell me a box or told me to go home and package it differently. So I went to another fedex authorized ship center and had no problems or refusal of business.

Printing is more expensive and lower quality than on campus at Western. Cardstock prints are unclear and the colors are inaccurate.I have to give it 2 stars for that. Sorry. The print quality here is not acceptable.
