Went in on my wifes behalf and ended up getting a truck for me. For the most part it was great. Riley and Tyree were great. Only issues I had was wait time, continuous trying to push packages and features I didnt want, and a little deceptive pricing by not having taxes up front. That being said, the service was still great and the crew was very helpful.

Left my Jeep Cherokee on Friday morning. They didnt have the part. Got a call on Mon. evening telling me that my vehicle was ready for pick up. Was going to nursing home to pick up items for mom in Rehab. Open back of Jeep and this is what I found. This is not normal for this location. I believe the staff is being rushed due to staff shortage. I still believe they are a good group and hope they can pull it back together.

Ive been considering a Dodge Challenger for quite some time. I had a specific engine size in mind, and saw a color I liked on Baxters website. Eddie helped me set up a time to look at the car, had it pulled off the showroom floor and let me take it out. It was perfect.This week has been full of people telling me what a nice car I have! That is attention I am not used to, but I will take! This is my second car from Baxter. They go above and beyond in their service center, and I find them as affordable as working with a chain maintenance shop for oil, tires and such.

Had a difficult time reaching the service department. I cant get through to schedule a basic oil change. I cant get anyone to let me know if the parts for my leased vehicle ever arrived!Well Tyler and the service department came through and reached out and resolved my concerns. 0 stars. I have been waiting for a part to fix my parking sensors for almost a year now. It was “fixed” once. When I arrived and got in my truck it wasn’t fixed. They didn’t even check after installing the part. . So they ordered another part which was on back order. It has now been on back order for almost a year. At least I believe. No one answers phones there. Only way to ever get an answer was to drive there and physically talk to someone. I leave messages and no one has ever called me back for an update. I had an oil change and asked for an update. The service “advisor” said he’d look into it. He was gone when I came back for my truck and the other guy had no idea about anything so brushed me off and said someone would call me. That was about 4-5 months ago. No call. I’ve left multiple messages. No call. Absolutely worst service department customer service I’ve ever experienced.

Mathew Leroy was straight forward on everything with my 2021. I knew what I wanted looking I set up a time to take a look at it. It looked better in person the website. Financing was a breeze I was not looking forward to sitting at the dealership all day.

I was recommended to go here for my vehicle and it definitely was not disappointing. I will recommend this place to anyone and everyone. My wife and I recently bought a 2018 Chrysler Pacifica from Baxter in Bellevue. We initially went to look at a different one, but they had received the one we bought that same day. The car had not been detailed on the inside and it was full of dog hair and smelled strongly of dog. Never thought I would look at a car to buy that was not detailed. After test driving, Rjay the salesman we worked with understood we loved the look and drive of it but wanted to see it cleaned first. We did part of the paperwork to hold the car and went back a few days later and the car was detailed and cleaned to perfection. We bought the van that day. We also traded an old vehicle in for the van and we forgot to bring the title with us. Rjay made it a point to drive out to our neck of the woods which was 30 minutes from Bellevue, just to pick up the title for us so we didn’t have to drive back to the dealership. Overall we had a great experience with Baxter in Bellevue and we absolutely love our new family vehicle!

Service department is completely unorganized. Scheduled an appointment a week and a half ago, was told parts would be in and that I HAD to have it completed by a certain time that day. Dropped it off that day and the service associate says that they don’t know if they have the parts at all. No one answers the phones at all and had to drive down there and come to find out that it had not even been looked at at the agreed upon time. What a waste of time.

Baxter Bellevue has had my Jeep off and on since Feb 24th, diagnosing the transmission errors. Its safe to say that i was beyond frustrated and extremely impatient. Tyler the Service Manager went above and beyond to communicate with me, accommodate me and take care of Jeep. The diagnosis process was long and had many steps and I was well informed the entire time. Tyler even made it a point to keep me updated after normal hours. Tyler made it his personal mission to make sure I was taken care of and my experience would exceed expectations. This type of service is why I will ONLY take my Jeep to Baxter. The personal service and quality is well worth the drive to Bellevue.

Went to look for a Jeep Patriot. They didnt have one but didnt offer to help look for one any where or take my info. I dont think they took me very seriously. They tried to talk me into leasing a vehicle. I was a cash buyer. The guys were at least nice enough to walk the lot and make sure there wasnt a patriot.

Found it unacceptable to have to wait 3 weeks to have a power seat that won’t work checked out or at least taken a quick look when I stopped by, I left the dealership and Tyler the Service Manager called and asked me to bring it back so that they could take a look. The issue requires me to bring it in again (sooner than 3 weeks 👍) another day but Tyler and the service team went above and beyond to provide outstanding customer service. Tyler specifically is why I will continue to bring my business to the Baxter dealership in Bellevue..

I sent my friend here, and they were pushed to buy a vehicle last minute. They bought a car on the last day of the month and havent had a positive experience since. I HIGHLY recommend you go through a different company. Their original deposit was not utilized as a down payment. This effects interest rates. They have had the keys in their hands less than it has been at the dealership continuously being worked on. The original salesperson has not answered their phone calls since the day of the sale. I will never recommend Baxter at this point.
