The staff were helpful and professional. In particular, Collin was a very skillful communicator and a proactive problem solver. While I was waiting for my cars service to be done, saw staff deftly handle a constant inflow of customers, including a very diplomatic and positive interaction with an irate and foul-mouthed customer. Brought my Dodge van in for a tune up, oil change , tire rotation, and a coolant flush. Staff were very helpful despite the problems with the Covid-19 restrictions and set backs. Price for everything was very reasonable and I would definitely bring my vehicle back again for servicing in the future. Many thanks.

I went to the shop today and I was surely satisfied with the courtesy of the team and their kindness. Unfortunately, my tire was not fixable and needed a new set of tires which they provided me a quote for and made no pressure to make an instant decision, and my bill was $0 even though they wasted time jacking-up my car and checking the tire.Sadly, their quote was beyond the industry prices as the exact same set of tires offered by my Dealership (BMW) and other retailers (Costco, etc..) + including labor + discounts was significantly less expensive.I wouldve certainly continued with them if the price was competitive with other similar service providers.I would still recommend giving this place a chance for their respectful customer service and their honesty/transparency.

The service was slow. Communication needs to be worked on in regards to scheduling for servicing, but the Service manager was very good at taking care of me which sold my business with them and for future needs.Do: Schedule ahead, and expect to need to drop off your car.Dont: Walk in expecting do be serviced immediately. (You may expect to wait a couple of hours)

This Goodyear Service Center fixed a flat tire for my daughter over the summer, sent her on her way at no charge. So when it came time to get new tires, I gave them a shot. Very glad to do business with them. I got great tires at a fair price, and the customer service was first rate. Explained to me every part of the process in plain English, quoted specific prices, no surprises, and worked quickly. My car is from 2010 and rolls more smoothly now than it did brand new. When I need service again, I will be driving over there from Seattle. It is worth the trip to get such a good experience.

Arrived before 8am, which is when I had my appointment. Mike came a couple minutes BEFORE 8 and asked me if I wanted to get started with the checkin, I was so impressed. Halfway through the appointment Mike came and gave me an update to let me know what was going on. While sitting there waiting for 2.5 hours, another employee cleaned the waiting area and the door handle/door at least 3 times. I was impressed, felt like they were really focusing on keeping the place clean and safe. Highly recommend this Goodyear!

What began as a stressful situation turned into a story about the kindness of strangers. I got a flat tire on a remote road. Within moments a friendly group pulled over and put on my spare. Then I had the good fortune of choosing this Goodyear location. Jesse Gilliland, the store manager, went above and beyond to get me back on the road in time for the next weekend adventure. I highly recommend this location for prompt service and great value. They earned a loyal customer and I will return when its time to replace all tires.

I drove my car (which just leave in the garage ) to go with husband for dropping his car for service. my car were dead right at the entrance of Goodyear and out of gas after we arrive. while we were trying to jump start and didnt have a chance to ask for help yet. 4 auto mechanic came out and help to push the car . Poor customer service:See below my commnet for Les Schwab on 2355 Bel-Red road:5 days agoEarlier today I stopped by and asked if they could help me with putting some air in a dolly wheel. The office person said, no problem, just take it to the shop. They went out of their way to help and actually fixed the stem as well. They were very helpful. Simple; a great company with a great attitude toward customer service.A few days ago I had asked the Goodyear around the block on Northup and their comment at the shop was, we only work on cars. Keep in mind I was only asking for air. The next time I need tires I will for sure be stopping at Les Schwab!

*update went in again with Brake noise. They could have told me I needed new brakes and I would have believed them. They didnt. They were honest and advised the brakes are fine, just a noise from a rock/also cold weather. I highly recommend.Great service and honest employees. The manager was super accommodating to squeeze me in for a battery issue and gave me a fair price for the work needed. They finished my car sooner than expected.

I went to few other places and every place they asked me to replace the tires as it cant be fixed.I wanted to give Good year a try before changing the tire and I brought my vehicle here.Not only did they not try to up-sell me with new tire, they fixed it immediately.All the employees here are very experienced and knowledgeable.I will give them 5 * rating and would recommend their service to my friend.

As a teenage girl coming in for car service I get salespeople thinking they can convince me to buy headlight fluid for $500. When I came here for an oil change and inspection I walked out just paying for an oil change with no quotes or threats. I really trust these guys, and when I had questions they actually put my car back up in the air and took me underneath to show me exactly what we were talking about. Who knew I had a spare tire under there?! Just kidding--but even though I live in Bellingham Ill be getting my services done here when I come home to visit often because Im so appreciative of their honest business.

This is NOT a trustworthy shop, stay far, far away from these guys. Went in for an oil change and they used scare tactics and high pressure sales to get my wife to replace my very expensive 60k mile tires because they were dangerously low on tread. They only have on 20k on them and the tread is VISIBLY FINE!!!! They also said that our maintenance light (not check engine light) was a bad O2 sensor and that if we didnt get it replaced immediately that it could ruin my engine! Really? I think not. IT WAS ON FOR OIL CHANGE MAINTENANCE, NOT A CHECK ENGINE LIGHT YOU MORONS! Last year I took my car in for 60,000 mile maintenance and got the car back with a transmission that was now slipping. It never did that before they did the maintenance. I gave them the benefit of the doubt then, but now.. I really wish I would have had it investigated as they obviously do not know what they are doing, or are just there to rip people off. BUYER BEWARE!

I took my car to this auto repair shop and I had worst car repair experience. He gave me a quote (including little discount) and we agreed upon service and the price. Later in the day I got a call from store manager that my car is fixed and I need to pay the money over the phone. It was late in the day and I told him that I would come next day and pay the money and pick up the car. Store manager said, I have to to pay the money right now. I was OK to pay over the phone, but the final amount was way more than what we initially agreed. I asked him to give me the breakdown and he was not willing to explain the charges and started shouting and told me he will take all the discounts back and I would need to pay more and hung up the phone in fit of anger. I picked up my car next day and after few miles smoke started coming out of my car! I took the car back to this location and after inspection Good year told me radiator has a big crack. Store manager claimed the crack is because of natural wear and tear (tough to believe, specially after store manager threatened me over phone!). I just took the car to another place to get the radiator replaced (another $300+ expense) and I am never ever ever going back to this place.

They’ll try to oversell stuff, wasted my 2 hrs with the false information on my tire in an attempt to oversell whereas i was able to get the tire repaired at les schwab for free of charge.

Came in to get a tired replaced, and three other problems looked at. Left with a new tire and got talked into $400 worth of maintenance (partly my fault for not questioning or refusing it up front, to be fair). They completely forgot about two of the problems I actually asked after, and they found the third, but communicated so poorly about it that I had to come back a second time to get their findings. When I pointed out theyd forgotten two other problems, they said sorry, but didnt seem particularly bothered or interested in making amends. Sure, I didnt get charged, but Id asked for those fixes all at once to get it all on the 6mo-same-as-interest plan, and now this would not be covered by that.

Whats the point of booking an appointment if they arent ready when you show up?They also try to upsell you on your regular car service nonsense, but thats to be expected for this type of service shop.

Its only my first time using them, but the service manager, Corinthas, was friendly and professional. The price was in line with other quotes I had but didnt mention. They did the work reasonably quickly even though it was busy. And they gave me a status on a few items I might have overlooked but didnt hard sell me on getting them done. They even printed out quotes for all the services in case I wanted to shop around.Most places are cool with you the first time, so Ill use them a few more times and see if that changes but so far so good.

Jessie, the store manager is very nice and did a great job.Changed oil in GoodYear bellevue in Jan 2019. I took my car to VW dealer for a recall in march and as part of inspection they lied to me that oil is very dark. When I took car to GoodYear with dealer report, Store manager showed me the oil and its in good condition, Also he changed oil again for free of cost. Thanks a lot.

Very rude and racist staff. We are forced to take the vanpool due to their setup with King county. They treat the vanpool customers like a 3rd grade citizens , especially if you are an Indian. I wish King county changes their service provider.

Very happy to be surprised. Im used to the charming but asertive upsell in the automotive industry, so when I went to have new tires fitted, I was not suprised to be told that a realignment might be neccesary. Cynically i waited for the we have it up on the stand so we can do this cheaply only to find that it was deemed to not be neccesary. Big thumbs up for honest good quality workmanship.

Horrible.. went in to get an oil change.... there were two people ahead of me in line.. the guy in the front was waiting for the manager to finish a phone call. but when the call is over he goes to the second person in line this cute asian girl and starts flirting with her and talking about everything other than cars.. then he goes outside to look at her car and the guy in the front of the line just starer in disbelief.. 10 minutes later he helps the guy.. just as he was finishing, the phone rings and he takes the call..another 5 minutes.. then finally its my turn and he tries to talk me in to a $50 oil change and says it will be 2 hours . then the phone rings again and its this guys wife and they have this personal conversation right in front of me.. no idea how long it lasted because i left.. TERRIBLE customer service and rudeness

The worst auto repair shop ever, not the one, the worst!This guys trying to put me on a package with 230 and more without informing me just telling me let me get u a free rotate with tires. Yes, I want to rotate my tires but I didnt know that will cost me 200 and more to get that free rotate and tires check package.It was my fault that I didnt ask for more info. But for a store without telling their customers with their payment charge info, I will call that a robber. And Im sure Im saying this kindly otherwise there will be too many **** on it.

LIARS AND FRAUDSTER DO NOT VISIT THEMI called in for tire change and the guy offered discounts. Went in changed the tires and they start their old trick saying that brakes needs to be changed and showed me a caliper and went on lengths explaining how dangerous this could be. I declined (two other mechanics checked the calipers and said they are good and doesn’t even needs brake pad change), another mechanic working on my car comes out to manager and says something. Came home and found that my lug stud was broken by them and hence they wanted to change my calipers so that they can fix it while everything was off. They didn’t had decency to inform me that it was broken, had I not noticed the new mechanic informing his boss I would have never known how the lug stud got broken.

I finally read the reviews of this place, and it makes sense. There is something wrong with the manager Tony. Seems like a weirdo. I went in there once several months ago and left. Came back because I forgot why I left, then I realized why.The guy Tony (I guess manager) is rude and has horrible communication skills. I went to 4 different tire places they were all extremely busy and Discount tires even had a 3 hour wait. Tonys Goodyear was completely empty and his guys were just standing around in the garage talking - BIG RED FLAG !!! . The shop I wanted to go to was too busy. So I ended up spending $80 more just to not go to this place. This must be a franchise, that is how this guy Tony is never held accountable.

My VW EuroVan changed oil here about 2 months ago. They took off a steel plate under the car but obviously didnt install it back probably.The big steel plate was falling off on highway which could have caused very serious accident!!plus they didnt fill up coolant which other shops usually do;plus they charged me full price even though they sent me an email saying 30% off.I hope there is an option for 0 star!

Got a headlight replacement. The day after the bulb was off again. When I came back, they denied to cover it under a warranty, and they didn´t even offer me to check the fuses or repair it again, so I went back home with only one headlight. On top of that, I eventually asked Tony for the second page of my original receipt which was missing (it´s where you have the warranty terms), and he answered me several times that the second page is always printed out on the sales day, impolite way of calling me a liar or stupid. Bad experience, won´t come back.

Went here a couple months ago for an oil change. These idiots and their leader Toni screwed up on an oil change for my car. I had to bring it in a total of 3 times! first problem they forgot to screw the cap on all the way so it leaked. second problem they needed to replace the ring for the oil. My uncle owns a good year in another state and he said that this establishment should have flushed everything and even done it for free for the inconvenience they caused. My car never leaked oil before until I got an oil change there but Toni claims its nothing we did. Trust me and the others that have left reviews dont go here!!!!

DO not take a vehicle here. Management is unwilling to stand behind work and mechanics misdiagnose car leading us to spend thousands when it was not needing it. Even after the repair found defective parts on the vehicle causing more issues and the shop would not step up to cover the cost.

Tony always takes care of me, and I have never had problems with my Goodyear tires. On my third set now, and the Assurance ComforTred Touring are the best tires I have ever had. I even got a set for my wife and she loves them. Dont forget the 3 year alligment package. Alligments every 6 months, for about the cost 2 standard alligments. And Goodyear has over 6,000 locations nation wide if you need assistance you while traveling.

I came for an oil change for $25 and was up sold to $500 for various part replacements and cleanings. Luckily I declined and got out of there. I changed my tires in this store with 65000 Miles warranty . after 10,000 Miles one of the tires got s blister. I went to the store spoke to the store manager Anthony. B , First he was rude to me, he did even want to listen to me , he said that there is nothing wrong with our tires. after he saw the blister he said that you must had an accident. I told him that it never had an impact even to the curd .he said that I inspected the tires .when I asked for the inspection report he said just with my eyes I could say that there was an impact even the tire does have even a scratch.He start negotiating with me , he want me to me for the new tire and he will offer me 50 % off on the alignment that he was assuming that my car needed alignment. he said I m giving you a very good deal 150 $ . I accepted30 min later he come back to me he said in order to get the alignments you will need to pay 150 $ more because there is another kit that we need to get for your car .I asked him immediately to stop working on my car .Called les Schwab they 92 $ for alignment will be done no matter what !and cross the street Sear Auto center offer the same service for 93 $ .The funny thing After inspection my does not need any alignment the tire are all aligned.Please be aware those people are not honest . there business is nor clean.

Would never bring my Car here for service again. This store has put the wrong type of wheel weights on my vehicle causing problems with shaking in the steering. The store manager Tony once THREW a tire into my trunk collapsing the tire cover, now when i put groceries in the trunk they fall down into the spare wheel well. This time i went to get some tires mounted on my lowered vehicle, and it began a argument with the full staff in front of customers. I would avoid at all cost unless you like to be taken advantage of and disrespected in the process.

OMG!!! worst experience ever ever. Be careful of dealing with this store manager Anthony Basson (or famed as Toni). This guy is so unprofessional and lack the least amount of manners when dealing with others. And obviously the other reviews here proves that. He is only good at one thing, stealing your money for not getting any good work done, and then yell at you when you complain about it.Here is my story:I went there to change all my tires. After they are done, the light for tire pressure was still on. When I asked why it is on, they told me it will go away after a while. Of course, the light didnt go off, and later on, I realized when measuring the pressure that every tire had it is own weird pressure ranging from 18 to 60!!! (where the normal should be 32 for all of them). And some of the tires were leaking. I came back to them. They took another look and claimed to have fixed the issue. The light was still on assuming it will go away later on it is own. But same story, the pressures were wrong, tires were still leaking. And so on... I went back and forth 4 or 5 times before I eventually gave up and just decided to live with putting air in my tires every once in a while as they keep leaking until now (been almost 8 months).I went for last try this week, and Toni, the store manager, started yelling at me saying that this is the wheels problem not his problem!!! And that I keep hitting curves every once in a while and that is not his problem either!!! lol yes I know it is funny!Also of course whenever I used to come back to him saying the problem was not fixed. he always makes an excuse about how hard is it to deal with my tires because they are 20 tires. And it is hard to get them right from the first time, so I should be expecting multiple passes! lol. Well, I know it is hard thats why I dont do it myself and I paid you $750 to do the work. It is hard for me but shouldnt be hard for you guys since this is your profession. And my last advice to him was, well, if you dont know how to do your work and it is hard, then dont steal peoples money then not finishing the job correctly!Eventually I wish I have had read the reviews here. I wouldnt have gone there to start with.

Called to get an estimate on patching up a tire. Unfriendly, unprofessional, and rude. Rep didnt want to give an estimate over the phone and told me I had to come in so they can tell me the cost for a repair/patch of a tire. Again, and again like many who gave feedback on this page, I wish if I read the Google reviews before I agreed to deal with this store.The story started with my Mechanics. He always deal with Goodyear store at the NE 20th St in Bellevue. He told me that I must change the four tires and Goodyear will give him a great deal and great services, as he knows the manager, TONY. We went there, TONY was nice because we are coming to get 4 tires for my van. He said it includes 50,000 Miles warranty, and anything that will happen to them will be replaced for free, WAOO, what a great deal. He made me purchase the most expensive ones because of the many features they come with.I went to him after around 3000 miles from getting the new tires and told him that the front tiers are worn on the sides and thats not good. He said he will check it. While I was sitting at the lobby, he acted so rude with a lady who walked-in to check the tires on her Mercedes Benz, when she asked him about why prices are so high, he said in a mean way you are driving an expensive car, and you should get expensive products and services, whats wrong with this TONY, the lady was so upset and left the store.Later he came back to me after an hour, and said that the front tires issue is my problem as I do not know how to drive and I am suppose to do alignment. I told him I paid around $100 alignment when I changed the tires. He went to the system and confirmed it, then he said, even so, there is no solution except to buy new tires. He kept arguing, raising his voice and acting completely rude.few months later, I went to him to fix a nail on the tyre for free as its still under warranty. He was so rude to me, and look upset, because he said ok, we have to fix it for free because its under warranty, otherwise you have to pay $30 something. Its like he did not like the fact of free fixing. He took the van, 30 mins later he came back telling me sorry this can not be fixed because the nail is on the edge and its a risk and illegal to fix it, he even said that due to the front tires issue, we can not fix the back one. I went with him and I saw that its not on the edge, he start arguing and raising his voice in a non professional way informing me that there is nothing he can do, and the only option I have to do is to buy from him new tire and he will give me a good deal. I said NO. I left, went to Les Schwab couple of blocks form Goodyear, and they fixed it for FREE and told me that its not on the edge.PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE. Its being more than 7 years and people are complaining about this TONY and this store at Google reviews, and no one is doing anything to stop him. You should go to LesSchwab its few blocks away form it, and even you can go to GoodYear in Redmond, but stay away from this store and this TONY.

CROOKS! I went in to have a corroded battery terminal wire replaced. At the end of the day, I was charged for a whole bunch of maintenance work and I still have a corroded battery terminal wire in my car. Not to mention I was charged a diagnostic fee when I told them exactly what I wanted/needed done. SCAMMERS! Stay away at all costs.

Dishonest! 30 minutes of Labor in 12 Minutes! Apparently they did not know that I was waiting outside for them to get to my vehicle and watching them service my car as they tried to bill me for 30 minutes of labor when I timed my car being in their garage for exactly 12 and 1/2 minutes. When I called them on it they the guy sheepishly told me that they were billing me for the time an average mechanic would have taken, but they had distinctly told me before that the labor estimate they gave me was approximate and that if it took less time they would charge me less. They adjusted my bill, but these guys are dishonest.
