These guys are awesome. I got an estimate from the Toyota dealer for $1500 which I did not trust. I took it here and problem solved! For less than $200. I’m very impressed and also impressed with the level of customer service. Family and business; they’re great!

These guys are a total Joke. Hilarious and have no intention of helping without a substantial profit for them. One call says it all. JOKE of a company.

Doug and Maddy are the best. Doug is literally an authority in the airbag industry, and he has an immaculate record of doing the right thing in business. A+++

On the balance, Id have to say avoid Airbag Service International - but having said that I have to admit that Im mostly angry at myself for the $350 I lost going with this company.I have a 2001 Acura MDX and the SRS (Supplimental Restraint System) light went on in the dashboard - meaning airbags and seatbelts. This was the worst thing possible for me, as I had recently suffered an injury where I absolutely needed everything to work on the car as I am a severe stroke risk for the next three to six months. So I honestly tried to do due dilligence. I found out that the Acura dealership charged about twice what it took to diagnose the problem as this outfit - Airbag Service International of Bellevue - would charge. So on the advice of Gregs Auto of Tukwila I went with them. And they got me in and fixed the issue, which turned out to be a seatbelt buckle, with no problem to the tune of $350.When I picked up the car after it had been fixed, I had some questions. Since I really want to drive this Acura MDX past 200K, I wanted to know if this was going to be a regular thing. A technician employed by Airbag Service International happened to be around, and he told me that no, this doesnt happen often, but this part that they replaced is actually still covered by warranty, so maybe I could get my money back. What?Nobody ever told me that this 2001 part was covered by warranty. Turns out that it was. Well wait a second: these guys at Airbag Service International are supposed to be experts - and at least this technician knew that there was a possibility that this would cost me NOTHING if I had taken it to the dealer. So now I can only conclude that these people may be good at what they do, but honesty is not part of their business plan and it appears that they will take your money whenever possibile, whether or not it is in your best interests.Like I said: Im mostly mad at myself for trusting them and Im out $350. But I urge you to avoid this company for diagnostics AT ALL COSTS. Go to your authorized dealership and spend the extra money to find out what the problem really is and whether or not it is covered by warranty: DO NOT TRUST AIRBAG SERVICE INTERNATIONAL TO LOOK OUT FOR YOUR BEST INTERESTS, BECAUSE MY EXPERIENCE SAYS THAT THEY WILL NOT. Then, if it turns out that your situation is not covered by warranty, I would still urge you to look elsewhere. The end of my story is that once I discovered how I had been mislead, I called up Airbag Service International in an attempt to get the defective buckle so I could show it to the dealership. Airbag Service International promised to look for the part, then never called me back.Actually, come to think of it, I thought repair services were supposed to give all the parts that were replaced to the customer, and Airbag Service International never did. I may need to follow up on this with the Washington State Attorney General on this one.So if you see how angry I am with this company, you can only imagine how angry I am with myself for trusting them in the first place. And Im pretty unhappy with Acura at the moment too, since they will not talk to me because I didnt let them diagnose the problem, even though it was their part that was defective. And Im going to have a chat with Gregs Auto for reccommending these fools to me as well, and the outcome of the conversation will tell me whether I ever go near Gregs again.Im not doing this for revenge. If you get anything from this, you are a fool to let Airbag Service Internation EVER do initial diagnostics for you. I think you shold avoid these people at all costs, but at the very least you should only use them AFTER you know exactly what needs to be fixed.
