After visiting several spa places from Salem to Vancouver West Coast Spas have been the most helpful in our decision making. Sumi was beyond knowledgeable and kind. We loved that their saunas are made here in Oregon and serviced by West Coast Spas not a third party. We purchased a sauna and umbrella the only sad part is because of COVID we have to wait for its arrival. I know it will be well worth the wait!! A huge thank you to Sumi.

We are in the process of buying a spa from this place and its without question the best retailer in the area, we went to all of the spa stores and they all felt very used car sales like.super low pressure -personal service. will update at delivery but so far the best place in town.

We are very happy with the product and service on our new hot tub from West Coast Spas. We were very pleased with the sales process, we got a great product with high quality components, and got it for a great price. At many points along they way there were places to go cheap, inside the spa, the chemicals, and the installers. Not once did they provide anything but their best. The quality and professionalism of their service/install was a huge surprise. Best part is that they are made right here in Oregon. I rarely write reviews, but they really earned this one.

This is the best hot tub sales to service company I have found. I do not write many reviews but let me tell you if you want straight up customer service. The best selling point is that they make the spas locally.So you know they are made for this area and weather.I have had another brand and it did not last and cost to run it was crazy.Cost of my current tube is only 1/3 the cost.Invest in local and you won’t regret it.Blake

We are so pleased with our new hot tub from West Coast Spas! It took us a long time to decide which hot tub we wanted, and Sumi was incredibly patient and kind with my husband and me and our two teenage daughters as we explored our options. When it was time to buy the hot tub, Sumi walked us through how to use it and was so gracious in answering our many questions. And, then, when we had a minor issue with one of the jets, someone was here within an hour to fix it. We’ve used our hot tub almost every night since we purchased it and have enjoyed every hour spent soaking and talking as a family. It’s been the best-of-buys for our entire family!!

I love love love this place. I was referred to West Coast Spa from a client and Im so glad I went. They have amazing customer service. Sumi, one of the owners is truly why I go to the Beaverton location. She is always so helpful and makes sure I have the right balance in my salt water spa! She is available to me my text for any questions I have. She has such a great knowledge of my spa system! We have been to several hot tub dealers in the area. Sumi at West Coast Spas is by far the best. She is very knowledgeable and took time to make sure all our questions were answered. West Coast is a locally owned company that makes their high quality spas and swim spas in Woodburn so we feel good supporting our local economy! We are also are getting an amazing deal as we are buying straight from the manufacturer. This saves the dealer markup and also allows us to get exactly what we want. Do yourself and your checkbook a favor and go see Sumi at West Coast Spas you will be so happy you did.
