Ive recommended Oregon Hot Tub to many friends because I was so impressed by the service and hot tub price! I also love my hot tub soooo much and use it every day! It is a daily pleasure that makes me sooo happy :)

Service was excellent. We just purchased a new hot tub, our first, and love it. The salt water system is great and easy to use. We had some minor issues and it took the service man 3 hours to find and repair, but he maintained upbeat and positive. Great experience so far and we love soaking in a tub that isnt filled with chemicals :}

I am actually a sales rep for Oregon hot tub and I wanted to give a shout out to Jeff Phoeler in our service department . Today was his day off and he went above and beyond to make sure that my customers hot tub was up and running for her company tomorrow night. He kept his phone close, walked me through a couple things and had me send him a photo of her panel, walked me through exactly what needed to be done to take care of OUR customer. He knew exactly what to do and was very patient and quick to answer my 5 calls lol. Thank you Jeff!!!

Trena at the service center located in Beaverton on Bethany was very helpful and knowledgeable. She helped us find the hot tub that not only fit our budget but our space as well. Trena also made sure to go over what chemicals we needed and how to use them for proper care and maintenance. Working with her was a great experience!

Got my Hot Tub up and running on a single service call. Had the appropriate part and came in under the price that I was planning on spending. Ended up buying a filter and having a jet replaced w/ the extra money. Thanks Lonnie.

Called the service dept. for a leaking fitting on our 2007 Vanguard spa. They came out and replaced the union fitting that had broken. The repair man had to use force to align the plumbing pipes to tighten the new union fitting back on. After he left, I filled the spa back up because the broken fitting had drained most of the water. Once the water was back in, the fitting still leaked. They came back out (at this time, I was not home) and found the the o-ring was flattend in the union fitting that they had just replaced. This time, a different repair man came, and he replaced the o-ring. On the work order, he wrote that he used a hot gun to gain plumbing flexibility to allow plumbing to seat proberly. Now I can put 2 and 2 together and figure that the first repair man messed up the o-ring because he had to force the plumbing together, causing the o-ring to not seat properly. I can understand that, but when I tried to explain this to the service dept, they would not give me a break on the charge of $75 for installing the $4 o-ring, which was not done right on the first trip out. They did say that they would send me some coupons for chemicals in the mail after some time trying them to see my point of view. Still waiting for that. After filling the spa up again, no leak, but this time I had the blinking lights problem which I spent some time reading and searching online to fix. Nothing seemed to work, so again, I called the service dept and they said they would call me back. Have not heard back from them, (I wonder why, Im a complaining customer now). I have now called a different company (not a OEM Hot Springs Spa service company) to work on my Oregon Hot Spring Spa, which by the way has been a great spa for us these last 9 years.
