I have an Arctic Spa that my family and I really enjoy. I was so happy to learn that Arctic Spas opened a location in Portland! When I went in to get a few things, I found their service to be fantastic. Jennifer was very friendly and knowledgeable. She took as much time as I needed to answer my questions and went out of her way to accommodate me. Its great when a company has a wonderful, reliable product, like Arctic Spas, but when they add great service too... thats a company that will get my business for a long time. I wan to thank all of you for such a fast response to my fix my hot tub. I have owe my tub for over 12yrs. Austin was so helpful and when he left I felt like I was even more educated regarding maintenance of my tub...love you guys keep up the good work. Hands down the best hot tub I’ve ever been in or owned it’s more than just the looks I’m a big guy and they had something that fit meperfectly they have so many options to choose from shapes and sizes! Oh and being able to know what my hot tub is doing via my cell phone app ya super cool and they are tough as well I’m very happy ! Worth every cent!

I’ve had my Arctic Spa for 3 years now and never needed any chemicals to keep the water clean and clear with the salt water system. I love the hassle free aspect and when I need salt or filters when changing out the water, Artic Spa service has been second to none and super helpful. Only wish I would have bought my Arctic Spa sooner...

I love Artic Spas.... This brand new space is Awesome. The Employees are super knowledgeable and experienced. Artic Spas are better insulted and last longer than other spas on the Market. I also love the fact that they have 2 locations for easy access to great supplies.
