Doug and Team were awesome from pre-sale to install and after. This was our first spa purchase so we had a plethora of questions ranging from cost of ownership to competitive. We found the answers we received to be honest and accurate. The install process was well coordinated and as such went without a hitch.After the install Doug and Team took a number of phone calls from us as we struggled a bit with using the chemicals to balance the system.The Oregon Hot Tub Team was very responsive and patient while we worked through these details and followed up with us to be sure we goteverything sorted out.Overall, a very pleasant experience and we feel confident recommending Oregon Hot Tub to anyone interested in taking the plunge ;)

Excellent experience! Were first-time hot tub owners. I went to several different places and researched extensively...Im a researcher. The models that Oregon Hot Tub had to offer were clearly the best, and also boasted the best warranty in the business.I worked with Andria from beginning to end. She was fantastic, extremely responsive, flexible with me and my crazy schedule, and when we hit some snags, she worked extra hard to take great care of us and to make sure that we were happy.We will continue to work with OHT and plan to purchase all of our products and services through them. Never having owned a pool or spa we were in newbie territory. And after doing the research and finding that we wanted a Hot Springs spa. Tammi was the best, answering all of our questions, helping with decisions over site preparation and what ownership entailed. Of course, making a major purchase and homesite upgrade during a pandemic is quite a challenge. And with the factory closing down for 4 months created a long wait time. But Tammi made sure we were always updated on the situation and never faulted to the easy way out! After all that, I think her after-the-sale commitment is her strong suit. She is always just a phone call or text away from helping. I would also like to praise 2 other employees, Lani and Lonnie. These 2 technicians work very hard at delivering professional guidance and services. We couldnt be more delighted by this whole experience.

Recently received our Hot Springs Envoy that we purchased at the Beaverton Showroom thru Andria. So thoughtful and knowledgeable. The entire experience has been more than what my wife and I anticipated. Best customer service from sales to delivery. Getting a hot tub for this winter became a priority . . . having moved from SUN and CA. We are thrilled that we met Jamie Harms at Oregon Hot Tub. It is a big ($$) decision to get a tub and all of the issues to have a site preparation etc.Working with Jamie made the process easy. We were on a list with delivery months away and Jamie kept a watch and managed to find one earlier for us.She was responsive, always called back, explained a lot - as we went in multiple times before we bought - and gave great customer service. Delivery was a joy - the men managed to deliver up wooden stairs on an older deck with no damage. They explained the electronics, moved it exactly where I wanted it, etc.Good experience with Oregon Hot Tub and I would definitely recommend them.

We didnt have much experience with hot tub purchases or features before our initial store visit except some online research. Jamie was very helpful with reviewing the features that we wanted and talking through the different models and options available. Follow up was good after delivery and installation making sure we were happy with the purchase and answer questions regarding water treatment balance. Would recommend Oregon Hot Tub to my friends!

The hot tubs and sales department get 5 stars but the service department gets 0 stars. I tried for 3 weeks to get a hold of anyone in the service department to order a replacement hot tub cover. No one ever answered the phone or returned my phone calls. Andria in sales finally took my order. Now, 3 months later, I still cant reach anyone in the service dept. to check on the status of my order. How can management put up with this lack of customer service?

When I decided to buy a spa there was no question in my mind it would be Oregon Hot Tubs because of their reputation and their long history of great tubs and service. I had to call in for some service as we were having some issues with the thermostat tripping into safety-mode. Getting through to speak with someone took a lot of effort and was a little frustrating. It was a busy season and it happens. When we did finally speak with someone they were very informative and were a pleasure to work with. Otherwise, the service, products, and assistance has been fantastic.

I own two Oregon Hot Tubs---one at my primary residence and one in my rental, and I am a very satisfied customer! I met with Andrea last year when shopping for a new tub to replace my old one. She is a sales rep there. I needed an affordable hot tub. But due to quiet hours I have to observe at my community, I also needed a quiet motor that also has a shut off feature to not allow its operation during sleep hours.Andrea found exactly what I needed while offering any discounts that were available at the time to give me the best price on the market. She rewrites the book on how to be a courteous, knowledgeable and incredibly helpful sales agent. She answered all my questions and even helped me with screening selections and options. We worked with Tammy to get our new hot tub and are so pleased with our experience and our new tub! We were able to work with her to find the model and price that was right for our family. She was super helpful to try to find floor models or options that might not have been available in her showroom (in the end we did buy one from there). Having had a Hot Springs spa in the past, when it came time to buy another spa, I only considered one brand-Hot Springs!Initially I was considering the Vanguard, as it was closest to my previous spa, The Classic. After testing the waters at the Beaverton store, my wife saw the Grandee and decided this was going to be our next spa! Our Grandee spa was delivered via a 60 ton crane up and over our house on a very challenging cul-de-sac location. The delivery team did an outstanding job.We loved the spa for about 8 months, at which time, the problems started. After numerous service calls, the decision was made to replace the spa. After a few more weeks, I received a call from AllSpa that the allocation of responsibility of the installation of the new spa had been worked out between the manufacturer and Oregon Hot Tub. My new Spa was delivered in early September and has worked flawlessly since. I will tell you, Oregon Hot Tub went above and beyond to make this unfortunate situation a very positive experience. Special kudos go out to Jennifer Bartels, my salesperson, for always taking my calls and texts and helping me along the way to stay calm and collected. Kenia at AllSpa service center was the right service rep to handle ALL the frustrating calls and work alongside of Jennifer to make the situation right. Mark Dickey, the installer, was very patient and instilled all the confidence I needed to make sure the install would go as planned.Finally, a big THANK YOU to the ownership of Oregon Hot Tubs as this was not a simple tub replacement. The install took another crane and a full day of preparation-$$$. Rest assured that this company is one that stands behind their products and has the people in place for an extraordinary Spa Experience

Tammy was great. She got me a great deal on a tub, communicated the delivery and came out to my house to go over maintenance. After a month I had some challenges with balancing the tub and Tammy came back out to make sure everything was working properly. I don’t write reviews but Tammy was exceptional and deserves some praise.

My only experience in a hot tub has been a quick dip in a hotel hot tub while on vacation. When I first sat down in my new Hot Spring Sovereign hot tub from Oregon Hot Tub, I was blown away by just how incredible the jets soothe my tired muscles! Always informative and helpful

Came here thinking the hot tubs were made in US. Not, very disappointed I dont know why they dont tell you the truth about their hot tubs. Found out they are made in Mexico and shipped to a warehouse in California. Why dont you just say that. The hot tub store right down the road are not made in the US either but at least they dont lie about things very nice people there too. They actually told me to check out Marquis, So that is where Im going.

No prices for ANYTHING on the website. Want to know how much a little table would be? Too bad, you have to sign up for a lifetime of spam to see the exorbitant price of some cheap piece of plastic. Super frustrating.

I rarely leave reviews unless it was truly above and beyond... Francesca Hester the sales person at the Canyon Rd location was outstanding! Rarely have I seen someone that was so customer oriented. She takes the time to explain the product with all the details and questions that we had since we were first time hot tub buyers, she embraced the challenge of educating us novices. Francesca, knows her product incredibly well and does not try to up sell or push you to purchase, she educates you to make the smart decision for you.That being said, we ended buying a hot tub from her and she helped us from purchase to installation without ever making us feel like what we asked was too much or made us feel like demanding customers. Our hot tub was installed and we had an electrician issue with the install, she was so available to help us through it and once it was resolved she came to our house to show us how to set it up!!! Come on really? Asking for my credit card over the phone? Not OK! Especially with all the cyber fraud these days? And asking for $150 upfront to come out and diagnose my spa? Are you kidding me I dont even pay my electrician, plumber or carpenter all together added up, that much? Oregon Hot Tub needs a reality check! Most repair companies provide an estimate either for free or charge once the estimate has been provided. Why would I pay upfront for a service I may not even receive?If Oregon Hot Tub cant trust their customers to pay their diagnosing fee that shows me they either dont show up to do the work or the pricing is so ludicrous that they have to charge upfront because that is the only way they trap their customers into having them do the work.Maybe if they cared a little bit more about their customers and realized money is an issue for most of us instead of charging exorbitant prices for their repairs and new hot tubs and boasting that they now have 5 stores I wouldnt have such a sour taste in my mouth.5 stores=lots of expenses and employees. Are you McDonalds? Quality over Quantity, ever heard of that?

We just got our new Jetsetter hot tub up and running last night. Tammy Asher provided the most impressive service during the purchase and even came to the house after the purchase to help us with the new salt water Ace system set up. She answered all our questions and our dog loved her too! The company also assisted with removal and install services and were very prompt and careful. Absolutely no question we would highly recommend Oregon Hot Tub and Tammy was the best.

Justin was professional and polite. On the first visit we we warned we might have to wait 7 - 10 days for parts. It was three weeks before the heater was replaced. Thats a long time to be without the use of our spa.

Francesa is the BEST to talk to about saunas! She is super friendly, helpful and knowledgable about the different types and figuring out which is best for me! I got to actually take an infrared and traditional sauna which really helped me make the decision that I definitely prefer traditional.

I only offer a 4-star rating of my experience due to this reason. We came to a fair price based on a promotion which brought the tub I purchased into my budget. I asked that the crane fee of $360.00 be rolled into the deal. The decision maker came back initially and said the company would cover 1/2 or $180.00. The sales person then figured out how to accommodate the remaining $180 using in-store credit. I was disappointed in the decision maker not coming back and simply accepting my reasonable offer in the simple form. I know have to use the in-store credit which equates to having used by $180 in store and pay Hotsprings markup for chemicals where I would normally purchase them via an online source. I suggest not leaving any bad memory of any deal in the customers mind.Simple little details like I experience put a slight tarnish on what otherwise would have been a 5-star experience. I thank my salesperson, Tammy Archer, again for her timely and diligent dedication to bringing the deal to close.

Had an absolutely terrific sales experience with Derrick at the Beaverton Oregon Hot Springs store. A lot of salespeople will say, Im looking out for you, but with Derrick, I feel he genuinely meant it. He listened to my description of what I was looking for, followed up with questions that indicated to me he was really listening, then, in a total non-pressure way, made suggestions on what to look for. When he learned my price-point was below what he had available, rather than drop me like a hot potato, he continued to help, with ideas for staying with Oregon Hot Tub, through their outlet store, for a used model. Unfortunately, their used inventory doesnt currently have what Im looking for, but because of Derrick and Treena at the outlet store, Im going to do all I can to wait until they come across the right model for me. We walked into Oregon Hot Tub - Beaverton on a Saturday evening, about 50 mins before they closed. We had been at the hot tub show and wanted to check OHT out on our way home. Francesca Hester was immediately there to help us. Not only was she there to help us, she went above and beyond! She searched high and low to help us find something that would work for us and ended up staying an hour and a half past closing to get us taken care of. We ended up spending over what our initial budget had been set at, but because of Francescas outstanding customer services, we were very happy to do so and could not be happier with our hot tub. If you are in the market for a new spa, I can not recommend OHT - Beaverton enough. When you go in, ask for Francesca and she will do everything in her power to make sure you walk out a very happy customer!

We recently purchased a hot-springs spa from the Beaverton store. Jason F. was our salesperson, and he did a wonderful job of explaining the features available and was very helpful throughout our purchase. We got the spa we wanted at a great price and delivery was easy; we were able to pick up the elec. subpanel a few days early for the electrician and our spa was up and running the day of delivery.

I have been shopping around for a hot tub for years and years. Finally this was going to be the year I would finally buy one. I looked at all of my options, Costco, online stores, lots of hot tub shops. I decided to go with Oregon Hot Tub. Hot tubs are not cheap and if I am going to spend a lot of money on something I want to get exception customer service. I knew buying my tub from anyone else would be a hassle. Other companies would only deliver the hot tub to the curb, or driveway. Oregon Hot tub set up my tub and placed it exactly where I wanted it to go. Free of charge. If something goes wrong with my tub, I want to be able to call a local company that will stand behind their product. I don’t want to call some random 800 number hoping someone will take care of my issue. I might have paid a little more than I would have for a no name tub. But I know I will save money and time, energy with my Oregon Hot tub in the long run. I ended up purchasing the Limelight Flair. We love our new tub. It is so nice knowing it is on waiting for me to get in at anytime of the day, it is heated and ready to go. I love the hydrotherapy jets, they are very powerful and help sooth my sore muscles. I got the ACE water system, so we have salt water. It is great; we use just a tiny amount of chlorine in the tub, so it makes the water feel clean soft.I ended up getting the cover lifter, what a great thing. I can open my tub up with one hand, and not have to worry about lifting a lid off, especially here in Oregon when it is raining. I don’t want to spend any extra time outside in the rain messing with a lid.We have had our tub for 2 months now and we use it about 3-4 times a week, it has become a wonderful part of our daily rituals. I would defiantly recommend Oregon Hot tub if you want an excellent product and outstanding customer service.Jen SeversonNewberg, OR

For good reason I am not using my own name. I am a competitor of oregon hot tub and just finished up with home show. I was very disappointed wit there business practices. I had a very nice customer tell me they went to ther booth and listened to there presentation. When they ask what they thought of other tubs. The salesmen didnt take the high road and explain why there hot tub would be a better for there needs. The salesman said they would be making a big mistake if they didnt buy theres . They moved on with there shopping. A while later they ran into the sales person in the isle and he basically asked if they made a mistake. Anyone who has come to my store which has one of the highest reviews on customer service know we do not put down other hot tubs. We explain ours and let and what our whole company has to offer. We all ways say the other hot tubs a great tubs . Hey we are just heating hot water but heres some benefits we can offer you. Then we let the customer make the decision. We dont sell a hot tub to everyone. But we always say we hope we can be your choice and if not we hope u find the tub for you.

We bought a Hot Springs Spa at the Clackamas branch. Started out ok, but went down hill as soon as they got the $$. They had no idea on delivery schedule, it was delivered two weeks late. Even the Delivery company dropped it and it rolled down my hill. But my most frustrating part was the Zero support after purchase. And Zero knowledge of the product they sold me. Simple thing like I was told it had two speed on the jets, it only has one. It took me going into the store afterwards, after I called and said it did and found out it does not. Also the ACE salt system is a waste. I have gone through more chemicals on this hot tub than any other I have owned to keep clean. With it only having high on the jets it foams up so bad you cant have the jets on, and it is ridiculous that it does not have a low jet. I bought the top one in the line, the NXT Jetsetter. It was not a cheap tub buy any means, I am not happy at all. Would never suggest they guys and the slick style. I been to the store three times about my issues, zero calls back and no one can help my issues at all. Oh lastly, I guess they do a follow up check on the spa, So my wife got a call while she was at work wanted to inspect the spa, and they were at the house. Not even a call before coming or to set appointment, just par for the course with these guys.

Terrible experience, overcharged $150 to have somebody come by and spend 10 minutes to look at it and try to sell me a pump that I didnt need when something else was the problem. Talked to a smaller family owned company who are fixing the problem for less than their service call to figure out the problem.

There is a difference.... The best !
