Absolutely LOVE the Beaverton Vista Optical. One visit & I got my glasses! I brought my prescription in, picked out my glasses while they verified my insurance. One week later...NEW GLASSES!!! NO COPAY!!! Lucky me!!! Excellent customer service...NO PUSHY SALES TACTICS!!! I highly recommend the Beaverton Vista Optical.

I had an eye exam with Andrea and she was seriously amazing! She helped me understand everything she was doing and really cared about my personal exam. I honestly was hesitant on getting my eye exam done here and now I dont think I will ever go anywhere else. Front desk was amazing as well. The fact that all the workers are so caring and sweet is just icing on the cake! Thanks so much!

I have purchased glasses here, for myself and my son, several times now. The staff have always been friendly and helpful, and theyve gone well out of their way to make sure I get the best possible value.Ive never gotten any complaints or resistance when attempting to use the accident insurance to replace my sons damages glasses (and he does seem to have a fondness for destroying glasses).I have no reservations about coming here and will certainly be returning in the future. I recommend this place to all of my friends when theyre glasses shopping.

I had a great experience here with Dr. Andrea Kwiecien! I broke my glasses and needed a replacement STAT! Andrea checked me out, showed me how to use contacts for the first time and most importantly made me feel very comfortable. Just because this place is in a Fred Myer only means its more affordable with no loss of quality.

The employees are super nice and helpful! They help you find whats best for you and your pocket!

I went into the office today to get a pair of glasses. Before going in I read the reviews and was worried about how I would be treated. I called in at 10.30 and they were able to get me in for an appointment just a few hours later.Upon arrival other customers were being helped but once it was my turn the lady at the front, Erin, was very informative. She answered all of my questions and did a great job of helping me stay in my budget range for glasses. I was able to get everything I needed and both the Doctor and Erin were wonderful.The new management is doing great and I will continue going to this location.

The female doctor is great, however i cant speak for everyone in the front desk except for the gentleman who ar least kept things in order. I was on contacs trials but for some reason I fell thru the cracks and nothing happen after my 3rd contac trial. Anyways I will carefully choose this or any vista optometrist (optical) for your future and eyes. Seeking a better eye care.

This location has been easy for me to make appointments at times that work for me. The current Doctor is there 3 days a week and the staff is there regular business hours.The doctor has been checking several different trial pairs of contacts to make sure I can see the best with transition lenses, I really feel like she is not in a rush and wants me to have the best lenses for me.The long time staff was very knowledgeable with all my bifocal questions. I am happy to see you no longer have the choice to add scratch resistance because ALL the lenses include the scratch resistance. I always felt like scratch resistance lenses are a rude upsale for more money that should have been provided in the first place, why would anyone want to buy glasses that will scratch? Thank you Vista for providing quality glasses with out necessary upsales at the end of the purchase.

The optometrist and the staff are all wonderful but dont believe the hours listed on this app. *They are closed Sundays.*

I had an eye exam by Dr. Andrea Kwiecien at this Vista Optics inside the Beaverton Fred Meyer. The exam was very thorough and professional. Dr. Kwiecien explained clearly to me every step and procedure she performed, and she was very knowledgeable and friendly. I recommend eye exams for general eye health and eye glasses with Dr. Kwiecien without hesitation.

Dawn is so great, she displayed exceptional customer service. Vista Optical has az8ng staff but if you get a chance to work for Daw I would highly reccomend her.
