I have been a client of Murrayhill Eye Care for many years. I am very, very happy with their service and regularly recommend them to friends and family. One of the things I really value is that the doctors explain what they are doing and what the tests are checking for. It seems like such a simple thing, but it really matters! Their staff is wonderful. I love their selection of frames and lenses.

I had an eye exam here last week for the first time. My exam was done by Dr. Ann Slocum-Edmonds, and she absolutely blew me away with how wonderful she is!First I want to say that the process of getting an exam is so much easier and faster these days than it was the last time I got one ten years ago - the equipment they use is so high-tech, so much less invasive than it used to be.I showed up to my appointment early and they still started my appointment almost immediately, which was wonderful. There was no waiting around between anything. The part of the appointment that took the longest was when I had to pick out a pair of frames for my glasses!Dr. Slocum-Edmonds is just so lovely. She put me right at ease with how nice and friendly she is. She explained everything so clearly, so I knew exactly what I was supposed to do for each part of the exam and what the purpose of everything was. I can’t stress enough just what a sweet person she is. Also the woman who works at the front who helped me pick out my glasses is also so sweet and helpful, and so patient!The office is extremely spacious and spotlessly clean. They have excellent policies in place to keep staff and patients safe from catching or spreading COVID. I felt very safe there.I had an excellent experience at Murrayhill Eye Care and I would highly recommend it for anyone in need of an eye doctor!

LOVE THIS PLACE! They helped me get my vision fixed when other doctors thought I was crazy! Experts who know LOTS about eyes and make the experience much more fun. I’d advise anyone here and would even love to work here.

After going to Costco five times to get my frames wrongly adjusted, I decided to check out these guys. Amazing staff, incredible attention to detail and showed a ton of knowledge and care in regards to comfort. I had ear pains, nose pains and crooked frames from Costco messing with them. These guys made them comfortable again. Youve got a new return customer for sure!

Ive gotten a few pairs of glasses and an exam, this place has the nicest staff and some great choices of glasses. Definitely my go to!

My whole family loves Dr. Cook and everyone at Murrayhill Eye Care. Everyone there is very friendly and knowledgeable. They remember our kids names and have always been helpful with frames and contacts.

When we moved out to Oregon several years ago, I found this place around the corner from my house. At first they were decent, though they seemed to want to do more services then I think I needed every year, especially when my prescription hasnt changed in over 20 years. The decision to leave them though was made when it became apparent that they werent very accommodating to people with a pregnant wife.I had to miss an appointment because of a family emergency, and was forced to fly out of state the day before an appointment. About 4 months later, my wife had to be taken to the ER the day of an appointment.Both times I paid for a missed appointment, but upon getting my wifes situation resolved the next day and attempting to reschedule, I was told that due to missing two appointments in less then 6 months, that I would have to call in to make further appointments with them, and that even though I had gladly paid for both missed appointments that wasnt good enough.In short they expected me to call every day, to see if someone had cancelled.That is completely and utterly ridiculous....In this day and age, youd think that a company would at least be somewhat accommodating of an emergency, especially since they were still charging me for the two missed appointments, but it is their loss.My wife and I took our business elsewhere, found a better FAR more accommodating and understanding practice less then a half mile from their location, and have never looked back. Its been roughly about 2 years since we left, and our new doctor is a completely different story.Let me put it this way, Id leave zero stars if Google reviews let me, because this company doesnt deserve one star.

While I lived in Beaverton, OR I used to go to Murrayhill Eye care for my eye check-ups and prescriptions. I was usually seen by Dr. Rita Cook. She was very professional, knowledgeable and thorough in her examinations. Now that I no longer live there, I truly miss such an excellent and accessible eye care facility. They truly care for the patients. Thank you!

Fantastic crew at Murrayhill Eyecare. Dr. Greg Luce provides excellent, personable care and the front office staff team is perfect. 10/10 recommend!

Have been going here for over 10 years. Dr. Luce is all about improving your vision and keeping up with the latest technology. I appreciate the time he takes, the explanations he provides and the care he puts into his practice...he truly is doing what he is meant to do. The staff are all excellent as well. Helped me pick out glasses which I always feel self conscious doing but they made me feel at ease.

With broken glasses, I was feeling desperate for help so I searched google reviews for best optometrist in the area. Murray Hill Eye Care came out on top and the reviews weren’t wrong. The eye exam was thorough, the doctor was personable, and the staff was helpful. After a couple of days at the computer, I’m elated with how little eye fatigue I have. I don’t often leave reviews but they wowed me enough to elicit another 5star review.

Been going here since my first ever eye doctor changed insurance, probably at least 5 years ago.Dr. Wallace is awesome, really nice and personable. Even though I only see her a couple times a year she still remembers things about my life to ask about. Shes also helpful with little things that make my life easier, like keeping both my eyes at the same prescription (because I wear daily lenses). She also e-mailed me the images of my eye that I requested.Speaking of, I am able to reorder contacts through them over the phone very easily, and they almost always come in in only a few days (and if they dont, theyll give you some sample lenses to get you through if you run out).My appointments are not particularly lengthy, but never seem lacking in comprehensive service. Even when I had an eye emergency and my regular doctor wasnt available they set me up with the doctor on call and I was able to get treatment. Plus, theyre open on Saturdays, and partially into the evenings..I have had nothing but good, solid and easy experiences with them, and I would recommend them.

Great place to go to get a quick eye check or to update your glasses. Staff are great always happy to help.

Love Dr. Greg. He was attentive and patient. I have had some eye issues and surgeries in the past and he was caring and actually listened. He made me feel like I wasnt alone when my eye condition is quite common. I love the judge free zone!I have to go back soon to get more contacts and am actually looking forward to it. I never look forward to the eye doc. He also didnt try to upsell me on my glasses knowing that my rx didnt change much, he suggested i save my money, that never happens!I will be telling family and friends about the great care i received and the friendly staff

I have been going here since I first needed glasses. The entire staff is amazing and the atmosphere is very comforting. Dr. Cook is who I always see and she always answers any questions I have and really does a great job. Also, Selena, the office manager, is very very helpful and always is going out of her way to make everyones experience great.

Doctor Luce is so kind and is really passionate and knowledgeable about what he does. I actually think going to the eye doctor is fun now and Murrayhill Eye Care is a well maintained and relaxed setting!

Great staff, comprehensive exams, up to date equipment and eye docs who take the time to explain every detail. Highly recommended.

My husband went in for several follow up visits to try to get prescription right. They never accomplished this. The eye doctor summarily gave up without follow up advice (helpful would be something like: try this other eye doctor, and well reimburse you for services inadequately rendered). The resulting sub-par prescription cant be released via email. This office needs to release prescriptions via *snail mail or in-person pick up* at the office. There may or may not be a pony express option, I failed to ask. Our experience has been that the services have been both inadequate and inconvenient.

So today My bf called in to make a new appointment for an eye exam as he found their information through his works website, when he called in the lady that answered the phone was sounded like it was a complete bother to her that it wasnt a routine eye exam? and also seemed like him calling in to do so was a complete inconvenience, I guess most of the bad reviews for this place is true.. that is sad He was really excited to have a new eye doctor here. We will look elsewhere
