An outstanding experience. More than just comfortable furniture. A free interior design service with the designer visiting our home and developing a plan for our living room. The designer was great taking our preferences and coming up with a fantastic plan for the space.

Sales staff was incredible. Went to five different places and this was the only staff that was not pushy AT ALL. Super helpful and knowledgeable about everything. Wait times if youre customizing is now up to 4-7 months, so be aware but it seems like all the places we came to were around that.

I would not purchase furniture from Lazy Boy again. I purchased couch, loveseat, and 2 recliners. Waiting for recliner to be replaced and only had furniture for 2 months before problems started. This has been ongoing issue for almost 3 months now. I would not want anyone to go through the problems I have had. I even left a message with their corporate office in Monroe, Michigan but they never called me back. Horrible customer service.

Always satisfied with La Z Boy furniture, the only brand we buy. Our newest additions once again are top quality and at a great price. Unfortunately we had the “COVID delay” to deal with so we had an extended delivery time (approx 6 months), worth the wait. The two gentlemen that delivered our furniture were great and very courteous.

The salesperson was very helpful. The lady allowed us time to look around and then helped us choose the recliner-rocker that we needed. We are satisfied with our purchase so a thank you to la-z-boy!

I had a very good experience at La-Z-Boy yesterday. I have been looking for quality furniture that would last and I ended up selecting a couple pieces. Joanne, sales rep at La-Z-Boy was very professional and knowledgeable, and made my experience excellent.

Our design associate, Samera, was great! She was juggling 3 different families in showroom but we never felt it. She even offered to help us with our room layout once our new chair arrived.

We went to this store to compare different La-Z-Boy recliners. The lady that waited on us was very helpful and understanding and knowledgeable of the product.

Have waited 3 hours twice to get delivery of a chair and still haven’t gotten it! Keep getting texts saying when it will be delivered, but both times it was never really scheduled?! Supposedly computer glitches are causing the problems…sales people in the store seem baffled. Customer service doesn’t respond to phone messages they invite you to leave (recording says they’re sorry they missed your call). I haven’t purchased anything from them in 15 yrs bc of a nightmare experience…apparently nothing has changed!

We love our new Lazy Boy love seat recliner. The service we received at the store was outstanding. She helped us find exactly what we were looking for!

My husband and I love La-Z-Boy for their quality furniture. After 20 years with our current recliners, which are still in good shape, we my husband and I decided it was time for an upgrade. Beavercreek La-Z-Boy provided us with fantastic service without being pushy. Samera helped us find the perfect pair of recliners my husband and I were looking for. She even assisted us with a price match when I found the recliners for a lower price elsewhere. Thats why we will continue to be loyal La-Z-Boy customers.

Awful customer service experience. Father in-law ordered two recliners 10/31/20 and was told 12-14 weeks for delivery. Its now been 16 weeks. I called to check on the order and was told that the fabric was out of stock and that we would have to choose a different fabric and wait another few months for the chairs. We understand that this happens but from what I gathered over the phone, it seems that they knew about the fabric in December and no one called to tell us. They made no offer to try and make this right by discounting the order. Cant believe that any store like this could stay in business treating people in such a way. We have purchased several items from them in the past but will no longer make this mistake. La-Z-Boy is not what it used to be.Update: Visited the store today to get a refund on the purchase. Justin the store manager was very contrite and didnt point fingers at anyone other than himself. He said we dropped the ball. He asked us to consider re-ordering our chairs since the other order couldnt be fulfilled due to the fabric issue. He not only offered us a discount on the order, but he also offered to deliver them for no charge. We decided to wait it out a little longer and will hopefully be getting the chairs in 4 to 6 weeks. Thanks Justin for owning up to the issue and for helping to make this right. I only updated my review to 4 stars for now but will update to 5 if we have no further issues with this order.

Kenya was the best!! No pressure or following you around the store. She introduced herself then pointed us in the right direction. Shed occasionally check back to make sure we were ok but otherwise left us alone to look. We found the perfect sectional and she was super helpful picking out accent pillow colors. After having left another furniture store in tears from a near anxiety attack from being followed around and being pressured to pick something NOW, I will never shop for furniture anywhere else.

I was greeted by the friendly staff upon arrival. Introductions were made and assistance was offered to help with finding the right product. I was then able to leisurely browse through the entire store with absolutely no pressure in making a purchase which was greatly appreciated. Help was provided when needed answering my questions. I felt the customer service was terrific creating a very pleasant environment. Kudos to the staff!

I found a great chair online, and when I got to the store, my sales lady, Samera, found the same chair on clearance! Yay! Almost half off! And the color matches the beige paint on my walls, and will complement my purple carpet. They will apply fabric protection, and deliver it next week. Im beyond delighted.

No hard sale, just helpful info. Her ideas were right on the money. She is also so very pleasant to work with. We left after our purchase feeling very pleased and satisfied with the quality, comfort and price of our new leather living room ensamble.

Justin at the Beavercreek La-Z-Boy store helped tremendously in selecting the best recliner for my sister who had just broken her leg. He was knowledgeable, professional and compassionate. After helping me (who has never purchased a recliner) understand the choices, he then found a chair available that day (the day she was released from the hospital) at another store! We had had the run around from Ashley’s and it was wonderful to have someone so considerate and helpful. Thank you Justin - you are awesome!

This will be the second purchase that we have made from La-Z-Boy, and probably our last. We went in to look at a recliner the same as the one we have, but with electric. The saleswoman took us over to the chair and we tried it and liked it. We started doing the paperwork with the saleswoman. She informed us the fabric we wanted was on backorder and it was going to be about 12 weeks before it would be ready. Not wanting to wait that long for a chair, we were informed that if we picked a fabric they had on stock, it would be about 4-6 weeks. We decided to go ahead and pick a different fabric. All the paperwork was completed, we paid in full and left the store thinking we would be able to pick up our chair in 4-6 weeks at the store. This was on about June 25th, 2020. Fast forward to today, September 5th, 2020 and we still have no chair. We have called 3 times now trying to figure out where the chair is and the only thing we have been told was that someone would get back to us. Yet no one has. Yesterday I spoke to a different person and was told we are looking at at least another 2 weeks before it would be leaving the manufacturer!!! At this point, if i dont have a chair in 2 weeks, im tempted to cancel the order and go to Ashley furniture instead!!!

My wife and I usually have different tastes when it comes to seating styles, mainly it is very difficult to find something that is comfortable for both of us. We when in and worked with Joanne, and could could not have been happier. She is very friendly, relaxed and professional. We managed to find something that fits both of our wants, and felt very comfortable. Yes, higher in price than some of the other furniture stores near by, but we feel it is well worth it.

After waiting for 2 months I finally got my short couch and recliner.The delivery people were great, wearing masks and polite. So far I love It!

I would have given 5 stars, but when we arrived to pick up our new chair, it wasnt wrapped in anything. Had we been made aware of this, we could have brought a tarp to cover it. When I spend $900 on a chair I dont want to worry that its going to be covered in bugs or have a bird use the bathroom on it during our 25 minute drive home.

Applying for credit was simple and quick. Shane was very thorough with me. He answered all my questions. Shane also took me to look at the different materials and patterns. He was awesome.Recliners were delivered and the delivery personnel were very polite and professional. The had the recliners in place and unwrapped in a matter of minutes. They also moved the old recliners to my carport. I tried to take the survey for the delivery however it would not work, but on a scale of 1 to ten I would rate the delivery process and personnel a 10

We came back to La-Z-Boy to add a new chair to our family room. Thankfully, our original salesman, Billy Garrett, was working that day. He is incredibly helpful and found our original information quickly which helped us match the new purchase to the rest of our current furniture. Do yourself a favor and work with Billy for a great shopping experience.

Always have had amazing customer service. The product is high quality and I love all of the fabric and color options. It is worth the price but they have so many sales and promotions it is affordable!

Love Lay Z Boy they are the best made and most comfortable recliners made. Dont ever change! The help we received at the store we went to was awesome. Kenya was the BEST! Outstanding. Great help. Very professional, fair prices and made in USA !! Very refreshing considering 80 percent of all other furniture places Ive been to have similar type furniture just slightly cheaper. But made in China and of far cheaper quality but doesnt stand up nearly as long as it should.I really recommend la-z-boy!!!
