Tim was great! Very knowledgeable and friendly, helped us find exactly what we were looking forUpdate: We had purchased one of the clearance beds (still costed almost $2,000) which are customer returns from the 90 trial, we were told that these returns are thoroughly inspected for bugs, stains, etc. And disinfected. We were a little hesitant but were assured that it was in prestine condition, they told us it had a half inch stain from the chemicals they use to disinfectant causing a reaction that was on the bottom edge of the bed. Upon arrival the bed was absolutely disgusting. It had stains all over the entire bed and seams. Even the delivery people said they would never accept a bed in this condition as a customer. I am completely confused how they are legally allowed to sell beds like this for thousands of dollars. I would not even accept a bed that looked like this for free. I do not blame the sales rep as he just had word of mouth from the warehouse of the bed condition, but I am appalled that the company would allow something like this to be sent out.

I get emails from Mattress Firm. Wanting and needing to replace our grandchildrens mattresses. I already knew what I wanted and looking for, going in ask described to the Salesperson what I was looking for and actually laying down on them, (because I dont like buying certain things on line.) after choosing the one I wanted I paid for them and will await their delivery in a few days.

I searched for a King mattress online and saw the Sealy Posturpedic on sale at Mattress Firm. I called to verify the price and obtain other information. Josh was extremely helpful and suggested I go in to the store to see a similar mattress and conduct the transaction. The in-person transaction would be useful in obtaining an actual receipt in the event I had any issues.I went to the local store and was met by Breyanna, who was cheerful and helpful. The store was clean, bright, and had LOTS of mattresses on display! I showed Breyanna the online information, she performed the sale with NO problems or shenanigans that sometimes happen between online and in-store pricing! I will definitely refer this company to family and friends.

My experience at mattress firm today was incredible! Jeff the manager was a cut above the rest. We had done a little research and his knowledge was extensive and his advice was very helpful. We shopped around a few other mattress stores like Morris and Macys across the street, and we were blown away by the difference that the manager Jeff made. The other stores were pushy and not helpful, and we returned to mattress firm and made a purchase! Major thank you to Britney at this Mattress Firm! I had ordered a new bed online from Mattress Firm, but due to manufacturing problems the delivery date was pushed back an entire month. And because Ive just moved to the area, I literally did not have a bed and sleeping on an air mattress for a month was not ideal. But Britney managed to fix our entire problem in like 20 mins flat, she was incredibly helpful and friendly. Since it was their screw up and it was online, she was able to price match the replacement mattress I bought AND get it delivered the next day. I went here (literally earlier the day Im writing this) ready to argue with unhelpful staff and Britney made the whole thing smooth like butter so I immediately wanted to leave her some major kudos! She was helpful and honest about the pros and cons of me switching to a memory foam bed as well; just overall a super wonderful employee! Cannot thank her enough.

We bought our mattress 2 years ago. Felt like ours had a major defect. We could not get any help at all from corporate. Finally went back to our store and talked with 2 employees. They finally got there boss involved. We are nearing an agreement with them now finally. Not pleased at all with corporate. Only these 3 people were willing to help.

We were greeted at the door by Tim who asked what we were looking for and about what were currently had for a mattress. He showed us several different selections based on that info. The second my husband hit the Starlight mattress and said (oh my God) I knew we had found our new mattress.

This place great. The showroom was nice and clean and Tim was a great help. He was knowledgeable, polite, and professional. He helped us out quickly and wasn’t pushy in anyway (he didn’t try to push any sales on us) he just helped us with what we needed.

I have purchased a mattress frame and split queen box spring. They were all very kind and very helpful. One of the feet of the frame broke. Must have just been a weird plastic malfunction. Went in, told them what happened, walked out with a replacement. They were very understanding and awesome. Will be buying my mattresses here from now on.

I almost messed up by purchasing a mattress on line. I read the reviews and figured I knew what I wanted. Just for the heck of it I went to the Beavercreek store first to make sure. Quickly I realized what sounded good in a review was really not what felt best to me at all. The sales associate was amazing. She didnt show to have any preferance what I bought. She took me through a series of the main differences in mattress and let me feel for myself. This way I was not persuaded towards any type or brand,it was just a process of elimination that customized the bed/mattress combo specifically for me. Yes I paid more than I would have on line but I have absolute confirmation I left with the best fit for me as the big brand on line would have not been remotely close. Big thanks to the sales rep and manager in Beavercreek!
