Took my son to lay on a bed so he could pick one out 3 months later and had it delivered when I needed it

After checking out the competition and looking at the inferior quality I was very pleased to see old school craftsmanship and quality not seen and years at a fair and reasonable price… I love my new mattress, its been a month now and its still awesome

We love the queen size mattress we bought from here.When we moved, our queen size box spring wouldnt fit up the stairs, so we needed a split box spring. The guy said he had it in stock and we could pick it up anytime. A few days later when we went to pick it up, we found that he sold it the previous day. He said the first time, it will be here waiting for you Id expect it to to be there waiting for us. But he sold it. They only kept one in stock. Lost a star!Still a high quality mattress. Recommend their products if you can get your hands on them.

Process of choosing a new mattress was made easy, with questions answered and ability to test many types of beds, so that we could make the right decision for our particular situation. Delivery was fast and professional, one minor blip with ancillary purchase that was corrected immediately, and we are very happy with our purchase.

Very accommodating on telephone

Our mattress was delivered defective. The mattress was extremely painful and didnt seem to have any pillow top. We complained about the discomfort to the store but they just said that it can be painful at first. I then measured the mattress to find out that it was 2 thin. Spec was 15 but the one they delivered was 13. I really had to fight, wait, argue my way to a new mattress but they did finally swap our bed for another. Were much happier now but I wish they did a better job of handling customer discomfort complaints. Its not always the customer..

I went in to check prices out..i was highly dissatisfied. sales rep lied to me multiple times....the internet exist i can google things. he told me they were the only company to make a double sided mattress. dont even need the internet to know that is a lie. they dont have new style mattresss, that being said original is about all they are.

Salesman was very personable and knowledgeable.

Bought one. Lets see how it holds up.
