My daughter and I both used this vision center for glasses and the service was amazing. The eye doctor was very knowledgeable and I was shocked by how my new glasses helped me. My daughter goes every 6 months or so to get a regular eye exam and we really like this location.

The prices are good area clean and they take your temp and disinfect your hands but then Went to fill my prescription for eyeglasses for first time ever. So I didn’t know what to expect or what to ask or what to look for never had glasses before.The girl didn’t explain anything or really helped in looking for frames. Only thing she showed me was what the insurance covered and were my range was. She started asking me things that I really didn’t know since I never had to wear glasses before so really didn’t know what to ask etc. I had to remind her a few times that I didn’t know what to answer since I never had glasses. Then midway she told me something and said oh sorry I should of told you before. It’s like she didn’t want to do anything. Later on she did start to get into it basically when we started talking prices and I had picked out a few frames and making decisions on type of lens that’s about it. I felt lost really without any help. So then Went to pick up my first ever prescription glasses and the girl did not explain anything or asked if they were fine nothing didn’t ask how I was seeing with them if they felt right or ask me to read any letters etc.she just came with the glasses and a mirror and charged me and went and sat down in her area behind the registers. Like she didn’t want to do anything. I though they were supposed to ask and make sure everything was ok. I would of gave 4-5stars cause of the prices but gave 2 cause I think you should be help and guided when your new to the glasses situation and explane thoroughly all it entails cause you feel lost and clueless.
