I found this location through my insurance, I am very glad I chose to come here and I will definitely be a loyal customer. From the second I stepped through the door everyone was kind, helpful and efficient. These ladies must have worked together for years because it was like a well oiled machine at how seamless the entire experience was. Even when I did wait I was always checked up on or interacted with, and no one who came ever waited before being interacted with. I have been to both large and small eye doctors and the service here is incredible.

Exceptional service by all of the staff at this location! It was my first time going to this location and Dr. Johnson, Marian, and Elaina exceeded my expectations. They were knowledgeable, pleasant, and patient even with guests who were not being very friendly.

I went here to get my glasses adjusted and Deidre helped me. My glasses were bent and she fixed and cleaned them. She even took the lens out and cleaned them. Very friendly and helpful.

Dr. Lum is fantastic! She made me feel that I got the best prescription Ive ever had. Triple checked everything. Dr. Lum most certainly gits the highest git recommendation. The BOGO ad Vision works offers is too good to be true, as I found out. When I was told the glasses I wanted would be $609. I asked, and thats for 2 pair? No dice. After a 50% discount. Thats what got the price to $609. I was told otherwise the glasses would be $1,200. Lol, sure at that price they could sell me 2 pair for the price of one. Total bait, and switch. Firgitabit buying your glasses there. But use Dr. Lum for your exam, and prescription.

I went to this location for an eye exam and glasses. The new manager was very kind, professional, and patient with me during my visit. The Dr. was also very professional and informative. I would definitely recommend and will be going back for my annual visits. Thank you all for the great customer service.

I can guarantee I will never go there again. After eye exam, the Dr tells me she is going to try something, I told her I just want what the eye exam says, she told me again, she wants to try something. After my eye exam, it took 12 days to get to speak to a person by phone. Contacts werent correct, and was overcharged due to them not running my insurance. Very, very shady location and Drs as well. Not happy at ll. Went tophone

All employees were very knowledgeable about their products. My Randy Jackson frames fit perfect. I went in for an adjustment, met the new manager and she was very helpful. I’ll definitely recommend this vision works to my family and friends!

My eye exam was Dec. 15, and I purchased glasses that day. Since then, Ive heard nothing from the store. If you call their number, a robot claims that they cant answer the phone because of COVID-19. Really.I plugged my receipt number into their website, and it says We have delayed your orders status to ensure your glasses are right. When they told me it would take 2 weeks. I could understand a holiday delay, but its almost February and no glasses OR communication from them. Dont. Go. Here.

I thought I had an appointment set up online, but unfortunately my computer skills were lacking and no appointment could be found. So the lady inside by the exam Machines had to reschedule us for the following week. Well as we were walking out the lovely receptionist Leah at the front desk saw our despair lol and took the time to see how she could help us. Well child this awesome young lady took the time to actually look and see that someone had a short visit which allowed my husband to have an appointment with the Doctor after all. Whew chile I am so grateful for this young ladies above and beyond attention to customer service that is surely lacking in this world. Thanks again Leah youre a Rockstar👏👏👏

Dr was great was told my glasses wouldn’t be in for 2 weeks when there website said glasses in a hour then was told I could pick them up on the 24th went there they were closed then told I could pick them up on the 27th got there still no glasses finally on the 28 th got them had to drive 60 miles round trip 3 times to get them never again!!! Please I repeat please go anywhere else but there

After completing my sale, I saw another pair of glasses that I liked better than one of the previous pairs. She very patiently cancelled one pair to substitute for the other. She wanted to make sure that I was satisfied. She and the manager even checked different options of paying to ensure that I received the best deal that they could offer.I am very pleased with my purchase and I have even returned to have adjustments made to my frame with no problem.I would highly recommend Visionworks on Florida Blvd.

I went to Visionworks because they were the only one still open because of the covid which was good and bad because I went before and they had a bad attitude and years later they still had the same bad attitude. The person need to know the difference between vsp individual and vsp because he had a terrible attitude when I tried to explain to him which one I had. Glad premier optical is back open because they are the best.

Wonderful experience here! Dr. Gautreaux is so friendly and positive which made my visit comfortable and enjoyable. Kael helped me picked out the perfect glasses and was so knowledgeable when I had questions.

The whole staff was amazing! I’m African American & it’s nice to see a whole staff African American. Dr. Donna was so kind & helpful. David, Carlos, the older lady at the front desk, & Lindsey as well were amazing! I would definitely recommend them to anyone !!!!!!!!!

I made an appointment and came in 30 minutes early to pick out glasses. The front desk guy NEVER told me I had to go sign in or anything so by the time my appointment arrived, they had 5 walk-ins and made me wait! After an hour I walked out and went elsewhere. If I would have been a walk in, I would have understood but I had an appointment and they were so rude. I will never recommend or go back.

Its hard to give an overall rating because the optometrist was excellent but the front of the store was hell. The lady inputting the glasses and lens order was continuing to add things we didnt want, charged us twice for the eye exam and the list goes on. Then wanted to argue with us about what we NEEDED to get. Finally my wife told her that it was our money and WE will decide how it gets spent, not you.I will never go back there again

Trina was awesome, honest, friendly and made me feel comfortable picking out my frames! Carlos the GM is really a top of the line fantastic person! If you want great customer service come to vision works off florida Blvd. Also Dr. Gauthreaux sweet as can be and made the visit simple and easy!

The employees here are absolute angels. Especially Mr. Carlos. Whatever you need he goes out of his way to get it done. And rices are great winch is a plus.

TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE PLACE! I had to have my glasses replaced immediately and because it is a 25 min drive for me, I called ahead. I asked if they do 1 hour glasses. yes What time did they close? 7pm. It was early afternoon so I headed over. After I go through ALL of the steps to place my order, she said, They will be ready tomorrow. I said, No, wait! You said 1 hour! Oh, the guys who does them doesnt work on Wednesdays. They will be ready by noon tomorrow. Why didnt you tell me this when I called? You didnt ask. So I asked her if they said 1 hour and the store opened at 9am why wouldnt they be ready at 10am? To which she replied, There are others ahead of you. So when I get there today at 12:30 they tell me they are not ready and it will be ANOTHER 15 minutes or so!!! Bottom line: This ONE HOUR has taken about 24 hours!!! Avoid this place!

Eye examination was good. But the older Lady was a trip needs more of friendly faces with smile if Im going to spend my money at this business.

It doesnt matter if the doctors are great when the person at the desk has the worst customer skills. She has been this way to me before in the past. Like I am an inconvenience but I just overlooked it because I liked the doctors. I went there many times over the years but when paying cash I am fine but to say you take my insurance and I drive the 40 minutes to your location only to be told no you dont. And as if its my fault , it clearly list my insurance on the web site. Also to tell my business in front of those there is rude. I am done with Vision Works.

Im torn on my review,the eye exam and picking out my frames were ok,but when it came down to putting my insurance in the computer I was charged for stuff I did not want but they said I needed it so I ended up paying out of pocket 150.00 for the extra stuff.Some of the staff was very helping and others couldnt stop talking about personal stuff. So I dont think Im ever going back here....
