I switched two lines to T-Mobile a couple of weeks ago. Both phones identified to completely compatible with T-Mobile service but there have been strange issues from the beginning, and T-Mobile people, while polite, seem to be clueless. They make promises of getting the issues fixed but dont follow up or get the issues corrected. When things work as they should, T-Mobile is good. When they dont, its a time consuming frustration. Ive been using cell phones for 30 yrs so am not a novice with all of this. Frustrating.

They good but always open late

I went to 3 stores and spoke to multiple customer service agents to get my Sprint account switched over, and Abdul at the Bartlett store was the only one who knew how to do it start to finish. Super helpful. Even completed secondary steps after I left the store and called to let me know it was complete. Best service.

Prompt professional and courteous service from Santino. He patiently went through the process of swapping sim card from Sprint to T-mobile on my phone and adding another phone to my account. Would recommend this location highly.

I went into this location to upgrade my phone, and I came out an extremely satisfied customer ! JESUS helped me, and he was AMAZING ! I didn’t even have to ask questions because he literally covered everything before i could ask. He was precisely informative, and you can tell he cares about the customer more than just a “sell”. His customer service is impeccable ! I found it impressive that he can multitask with more than one person, and task at the same time, with being both efficient, and not making anyone feel left out or unimportant ! I was in and out ! If you’re in Memphis or the surrounding area, please let this young man take care of you. This will be my new store from now on ! lol

Customer Service was excellent

The salesman with whom I dealt today was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He handled my issue swiftly and professionally. I did not have to wait in line today. Each time I go in there, I am always greeted by the staff and treated very well. The MOST Ive ever had to wait is 30 minutes. Ive ALWAYS had a great experience with this store!

I went in on Friday to pick up my I phone that I ordered and the representative there was little to no help. I left with partial to no directive in how to set it up or how to use it. I was transferring from an Android and not really knowing anything about it. So after not being able to transfer anything I went back on Saturday the same guy was there and unfortunately I worked with him again with no results. I returned on Sunday and had the absolute pleasure of working with Abdoul not only did he explain and get my phone workin and apps transferred he showed me how to use it. I was highly satisfied and he remained professional and informative and turned my bad experiences to a good one.

Good service. Helpful staff that does the most they can (that T-Mobile USA will allow them them to do on their own) to serve the customer. Horrible service, I dont recommend this T-Mobile anytime of the day. They waste time like crazy. Youll be waiting for at least 30 minutes to an hour. Sure they socialize but wayyyy to much. You are not here to make friends, you are here to work. OMG!!!

Terrible. The wait is way too long to have them skip you because they know the person who came in after you. Also i waited for over 45 minutes just for them to say they dont carry the earphones they have on display and that I cant use a code t mobile sent me. I hate this location . I wish there was another location closer!!!! I watched people leave because of the lack of customer service. I was the stupid one for waiting.
