Great place. Dave helped me through a problem with my Samsung 10+ phone. Tried several different options to get the job done. And he did it. I was facing needing a new phone. He saved me time and money. New phone wouldnt be available for month. Certainly did not want to go through that. Ive been fortunate enough to have great people helping me today. What an incredible team. We ordered our phones with Sabrina and she was very helpful in finding our deals. A couple of days later, we went in to pickup and get iPhones setup. Darin, totally blew us away…. Friendly, informative, patient, kind, and funny. Lars was very nice too.Darin went out of his way to help us. OUTSTANDINGThey stayed way past closing time too.We walked in. Felt welcomed. And the vibe was fantastic.I give them 100 Stars.Seriously…. Best client service. I definitely recommend this location. Overall poor experience. I brought 4 own devices been promised $150 per each device eGift from verizon. 7 months passed by multiple calls to verizon and visits to store got me no where. They would not even handle it stating have to go to Verizon and verizon states that dealer didnt submitted properly. Would not visit them again. If you want to be lied to go ahead try to deal with this dealer.

Im not giving Verizon 5 stars....Im giving Darren 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐That guy was knowledgeable, friendly, patient, polite and professional!First, he didnt try to make me feel like he was trying to sell me anything, it was just a normal conversation.Second, he was so patient - I got to the store around 630. The store was closing at 7. He didnt make me feel rushed or pressured to make decisions because he was supposed to be getting off work 30 minutes after I arrived.Thirdly, after the store closed he mentioned that his birthday was the next day. I was impressed that Darren focused more on our conversations and answering my questions than trying to get me out of the store quicker because he had plans to celebrate his 21st birthday!Im just saying that its nice to have such great customer service like how he did. Thank you, Darren! It is greatly appreciated

Extremely unprofessional customer service. Battery stopped taking charge, associate conveyed that they have no way to check and dont have batteries in store. However, prior to allowing me to speak, he began ranting about everything else it could be and wouldnt let me speak. When I asked him to hold on a second, we said dont talk to me like that, and leave the store

I would give zero if I could. The process of switching from prepaid plan to business took 11 hours!!! We were told that we will be paying $150 just received my first bill it is for $222! They added one extra line and did not apply credit for trade in phone. So many problems. I would cancel the whole thing if I could. Horrible experience!!!! Definitely do not recommend!!!!

Omg my first time at a Verizon store switching from at&t the best experience I have had I left another Verizon because of the wait time to come this one and was greeted right away like they had known for years I would recommend Jim and his side kick John Paul to anyone. The service is awful. I went in to ask a question regarding my phone. I kept getting a notice on my phone. There were two reps. They sit at a desk and never get up to greet you. When I presented my question the one rep asked the other and they both laughed at me. Im now looking for a new provider.

The salesman was nice but couldnt answer a number of questions. I wound up getting a Verizon plan, but I signed up elsewhere.

The guys at this store were excellent to work with. I always dread going into cell phone stores because for some reason the people that work in cell phone stores usually are arrogant, pushy assholes. I went in knowing what phone I wanted and they didnt try pull the typical douchey cell phone salesman antics. They were very helpful and not at all forceful about selling me accessories or anything like that. I did buy a case for my phone and they gave me a great deal on both that and a screen protector. All in all I had a nice, mellow shopping experience and it was great.

My wife bought the Pixel3 and within two weeks the screen started strobing, we found out that it a hardware error and she should get a new phone. Weve been to the store 3 times, called several times and always get the run around. Still no phone.
