My favorite store, I’ve been going here for 6 years now. He always take good care of me with affordable prices. He even held my daughter phone until I returned from out of town this past weekend and her phone was damaged and when he fixed it, it was like brand new. Very professional and work with you on prices.

I had to get my sons I phone 11 fixed and I just knew this was going to be one impossible and expensive task. To my surprise the tech asked what happened and how did I hear about there location. I replied on Next Door my local neighborhood watch group. He said oh yeah as if he was impressed Lol... He said let me make a quick call and see How I can help you. So after the call he said I’ll need the phone and your number we can help you. It was an 9 hour turn around time and the price was right. Phone fixed happy teenager. I really appreciate the phenomenal customer service I received I felt very valued as If I were apart of The Family... Phone fixed quick and nice accessories

Went in to check on a problem I was having with the charging port on my phone and the guy said he would need to reseat it. It didn’t seem out of place, but he was the “ expert”... I turned my back for no more than 2 minutes snd he said it was ready... I was stunned and amazed, even more stunned when he said it would be $89 !! YIKES!! Nearly $2700 an hour for labor!! That was bad enough but what I realized some time later was that the “ reseat” was actually a matter of clearing the port of lint with a safety pin...kind of shady tactics snd a poor way to gain customer loyalty... I won’t be going back, EVER

Still don’t even want to give this sorry place a one start, was told owner would be calling call never came, was told when I went to pick up phone let me fix it for free just remove the review. I still till this date have not been refunded my phone iPhone 6 Plus, have not been refunded for the month of service (they have had the phone longer then a month) escalating issue with proper channels, this place is beyond a scam, a scam is too good to call this place.

Great.. they are fast and very knowledgeable about products. Most parts are in stock. Very Friendly. Repaired a couple of iPhones with cracked screens and broken touch for a very reasonable price.

I went to fix my iPhone 6 screen and they replaced I think a ctr I don’t remember what he said 🤦🏽‍♀️ But it took 25 minutes for him to fix it and when I came back my phone was like brand new!!! I love it so much and I’m so happy and grateful ! I’m sure I will be visiting this place again ! Great prices and amazing work ! ‼️💗

Had a cracked iPhone screen replacement and afterwards the home button wouldnt work. He wouldnt own it claiming it was working properly because mashing down as hard as you could would make it work. Immediately took it to a reputable shop down the street who replaced their replacement and got it working again no problem. BEWARE. STAY AWAY.

Sorry place. I wish I could give it zero stars. Do not spend your hard earned money here. Worker took advantage of a young student , charged her $50 for a phone case that costs $19 on Amazon. No, she didnt do her research, and was naive, but fair is fair. I understand supply and demand, as well asmiddle man fees, but not $30 worth. Should be ashamed! Buyer beware!

Honest and Fair Folks. Took a iPhone 6 in asking for a battery replacement, they explained they would rather check it out to make sure it really needed a battery rather than just a chance it out. Got a call alittle later saying the mother board was killing the battery and we didnt in fact need one. Being truthful like this rather than just taking my money will for sure lead me to spread this company by word of mouth any chance I get.

Bought a charger from this store about six months ago. I went to purchase another one, only to run into a rude manager, who told me that he was going to charge me taxes when I am tax exempt and on top of that he was going to charge me a credit card fee because I was only spending 15.00 with his store. I told my assistant just to purchase the cord and I would not do business with him again. He refused to sell it to her. Owners should be careful about hiring people with no customer service skills. He told my assistant while I was on the phone that he wasnt hard up for money. With that attitude, lets see how long he stays open.

Went in for a screen fix , got my phone back 4 hours later the screen was fixed but now my phone is disabled and now I’ll have to erase it just to be able to use it again . 🤦🏽‍♀️

AND I DO NOT EVEN WANT TO GIVE THIS ONE STAR!!On 08/12/2017 I took Magic wireless 5 of our phones to be repaired and back to working order, Screens where changed out and four phones returned within 2 1/2 weeks. The fourth phone an Iphone 6 plus 6 was picked up 2 days ago on Saturday, Not only did this manager say that the phone would not work with any other service, so we had to switch it to his service, Fine the phone was switched to his service, and 2 other phones had the screen replaced, He charges me $70 per screen replace on the six because of the amount of work he has done for our company. So not only was my bill almost $600 dollars, But we got down to the cinema red light and the phone died, we got home 5 minutes down the road and plugged the phone in and the phone had lines all through out the phone, Magic wireless was already closed, so the next morning we call to ADVISE them that this phone was not fixed, and the guy puts me back through to the manager which proceeds to tell me we must have done something to the phone, and that if he can fix this its gonna be another $250+ dollars, NO I asked for a refund and he told me he would not issue a refund because he did his part and replaced my the screen. NOT only has this phone not been returned as promised but it is not fixed and this man refuses to issue me a refund. When I got him on the phone today he proceeded to talk over me and not let me finish and stated over and over that he did his job and replaced the screen, and whipped out the MIEI number to put his service on it. This man is a complete FRAUD. A complete FRAUD, I have reported him to the BBB and will report him to the city of Bartlett, Consumer affairs, and all news channels available to me ...... He also previously UNLOCKED 5 phones that are NOT UNLOCKED!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS CON ARTIST.
